Johnny sounds like a total abuser. I mean, he let Amber's family and friends stay in his apartments rent free. How isolating that must have been for her! How controlled she must have felt with multiple friends and her sister living right across the hallway! Surrounding a victim with their family and friends is classic abusive behavior! Pooof🔮⚡💥 The whole story is so fantastical it just appears to be perjury part 2 from what I see, the brief law classes I took. Not to mention body language from just common sense, but I could just be more perceptive which I'm sure most would have to agree doesn't lie, and the panicked "deer in headlights" reaction, and control by her sister sitting smugly back with a smirk/see look my sister in spite of our differences supports me ride or die yet at the same time knows she controls her financially and psychologically and loves seeing her squirm.
My favorite part of her sister‘s ridiculous testimony is when they’re figuring out where to go next, I believe it was when they were rotating lawyers, and you see Whitney look at Amber with this almost desperate look. Amber looks back up at her ,and Whitney looks down so fast like she’s ashamed almost. Now obviously I can only speculate as to what she was feeling or thinking, but it was very telling to see how she responded to her own sister from all the way across the court room

1) Amber at first (previous testimony) said she didn't remember if she hit Johnny. Now she's adamant she did. Certain.
2) Amber said she thought Johnny was going to throw her sister down the stairs.
3) Whitney says Johnny ran up the stairs, hitting her in the back. Amber NEVER mentioned this before AFAIK.
4) Whitney talks about something Johnny supposedly threw at another girl who was there but adds "she didn't notice" as the other girl already said it didn't happen
(There's more that doesn't line up. There's also a LETTER that talks about Whitney describing this completely different showing AMBER to be the instigator. Meaning Whitney is lying.)

The way he looks at Whitney, it's not a look of "how dare you lie in me" but you can tell that he's hurt, feels betrayed and disappointed in her. It's a look of pity towards her like he feels sorry for her knowing the extent she is going thru to lie for her sister and jeopardize herself, for someone who doesn't give a care about her well being.. and someone who she has been a victim of too. As an online expert pointed out, when a person has been talking in the past tense about past events, then switches to the present tense to recount a particular story, it suggests a high likelihood of deception.
This is exactly what Whitney did, like she was playing out the story in her head as told to her, rather than accessing memories.
Then there's the use of the exact same terminology, she managed to 'land one', she 'landed one', just as Amber had also termed it.
Almost as if she'd been told what to say.
She also used the word characterisation and 'Animal'. Which Amber used too.
Yes! 100% She uses the same wording as her sister. She's definitely been coached on what to say.
All this said by the same woman who also testified she's been sober in "rare" occasions!
The words honesty and integrity should not be affiliated with the Heard family. They have no shame.

Her testimony contradicts her sisters testimony. Amber said Johnny is in front of her sister that she was afraid that he will push her sister on the stairs. While her sister said Johnny is on her back on the stairs throwing things at her. Are this all made up story?

I don't understand there are three different versions of this event, two from Amber, the UK case and the Virginia case, and a third from Amber's sister. If you listen to all three versions, none is the same, they are different. The only thing that these testimonies show is that Johnny has special powers to be able to move from one place to another in unexpected ways.
I'm glad she has her own family. I'm sorry she felt she had to lie. She perjured herself. I thought it was interesting that she embellished the birthday night story by saying they'd just buried their mother. Their mother died 2 years ago.

I mean you technically could; but the essence here is how the stories do not go together and arent compatible with one another.
Both amber and her sister are wearing matching necklaces. Her sister wore a low cut shirt to draw attention to the necklace, and Amber wore the necklace over her sweater, it was the only time she’s ever been seen wearing this necklace. Just an observation made, they’re really trying to play up their sister connection for the public. Not a bad move, it’s just very intentional and most likely exaggerated to gain public sympathy

I 100% believe her "chosen sister's" story, that seems more believable if what she said was true regarding why Whitney moved out. You could also tell how hurt Johnny was just staring at her while she testified about the stairs. Hopefully the jury realized the two different stories both sisters told!
Only one problem, Johnny wears rings. You ever seen someone getting hit with ring fingers? Those marks on her face would have to be done with an open hand slap wearing no rings. A fist would have cause deeper discoloration and more swelling due to blood vessels bursting under the skin. (Don't take my word for it, look up images online of people being punched in the face.)
Not to mention they found a picture that was Photoshopped showing her injury much worse side by side with an identical picture where the saturation/tone of the image was untouched. Identical pictures, coloring was adjusted to enhanced redness.

Her whole family has been benifiting from amber being with Johnny and it seems odd hat amber records fights that she seems to be instigating….I think she was the physical abuser.

I'm so confused about this stairs incident. supposedly Johnny threw a red bull can up the entire stairs? AH says he was at the top of the stairs about to push her sister down, the sister claims he was at the bottom of the stairs and started walking upwards towards them... how tf can you think someone is going to push you down the stairs when you're at the top of the stairs and the "abuser" is beginning to ascend the staircase? you could literally just run the opposite direction if you were afraid??
so what I heard that she claimed JD is more of a saint than Elon. my thinking is that Elon fought back hence he had bruises in his face while Johnny didn't fought back to Amber hence the comparison.

I don’t trust the sisters testimony because she sounds like she’s not being honest . For example instead of describing it as a fight like saying they both were hitting each other getting down, she said Johnny was hitting her. And it sounds from her allegations that it was a physical fight that Amber started .
The only reason I can think of as to why Whitney would lie for Amber is that Amber must have something on Whitney. I get that Whitney may be afraid of Amber but it's not like Whitney can't stay away from Amber.
