fern with the headrest is amazing only issue is ur paying way more just to add that option. I paid around 1.2k for the leatherback fern w/ headrest but it's amazing. The seat adjustments and recline are amazing on the fern. I just wish the cushion was more durable and lasted longer. I'll be looking to replace the cushion again soon. I've had the chair for about 2 years now.
Yeah, from watching your content and searching for a lot of time in Mexico I did thought there wouldn't be a lot of good options. I eventually decided to buy a chair from OfficeMax called Silla Ejecutiva Praga Negra, which was about $200 dolars, and is not that bad. I will eventually consider buying a better one, but since I'm still a college student and don't get that much money I think I will wait a while still. Still, thanks for the effort. :)

Cosm speaks to my designer brain - looks beautiful but not right for me. Embody was great but not sure about is lumbar and if there are other options I should try. I wonder if you could recommend a couple of chairs using Alf's specs but with a bigger budget of 2000 plus?
Unfortunately, I didn't see any of my body type and preferences. 5'8", 220lbs(working on that part) I will be sitting for 8-10 hrs a day working from home. Prefer a mesh back. I've only ever had "gaming style" chairs. I don't always sit upright, prefer to sit with a slight recline. I do have back issues with lower lumbar and hips when sitting. I like to prop my legs up occassionally, probably due to crappy chairs. I had an ergo office chair at my last job, kinda like the Steelcase Armia(?), but made by Huno(Hono, Honu .. something I don't recognize). I won't mind spending $500-$800 for a good chair.
220lbs is well within the weight limit of any chair in this list! An Amia is fantastic, as is a Haworth fern (a bit more $$$). Buy with confidence as those brands do free returns!

I have really bad upper back pain, I think it's Thoracic pain but not sure. I'm 5ft 11 and lean forward a lot when I probably shouldn't but otherwise sit normally. I bought a Secret labs Titan 2022 because I can set the lumbar high up my back but it's not been great, backrest had to go back due to a really loud noise from the lumbar and the customer service wasn't good it took ages, the replacement does the same but not as loud as the first. I'm thinking of selling it but don't know what to get, I'm interested in the Sayle, I think it might move with my back giving it better support maybe. The Bowery isn't available in the UK currently on Amazon. Any help or advice to sit without pain appreciated! I sit for work all day and then often console game at my desk at night so the chair gets used a lot!
If you lean forward, should get a chair that can lean forward!! Try any of the Herman miller chairs (buy with confidence bc you can return very easily!)
Does office chairs like the one u suggested to David beats the Secret Lab TITAN Evo 2022 when it comes to posture/egrnomics/comfort/sitting leg under leg/ leaning forward cuz i m programmer ? height 180 cm, weight 80 kg, a chair with a similar and less budget of the regular evo - because u suggested to me that i watch this video but apparently none of these guys tolerate gaming chairs, while i don't mind them
The racing gaming style chairs will always have an advantage in terms of head support and the full tilt lean back mode. If you want to lean forward, the T50 does it OK, it's not amazing like on Herman Miller chairs. The way I put it is 50-70% of people will like the more ergonomic chairs, whereas 20-40% of people like the race car style gaming chairs.
Hi could anyone tell me what the difference is between the Aeron Office and Gaming edition is? You can get 10 percent off first order with the office verison but not the gaming so I kind of stuck in what to do,
Hey, so for the Aeron, there is literally no difference other than color options! The gaming aeron comes in like BLACK black. The darkest you can get in the regular Aeron is called "graphite" - think of it as a dark gray. You can also get the regular Aeron in a very light gray color. Also, the gaming Aeron does NOT come in size C. If you are able, please consider using my links when purchasing as it helps this channel a LOT!

In the Netherlands the average male height is 6'1. In north Europe it's 6' in general. Which means about 50% is taller than this.

Weight doesn't become a huge factor for folks unless you're going for mesh OR you're over 300lbs
