I really wasn't sure if I should even upload this video. I ultimately decided to because 1. The chair RUclips world is tiny. If someone has seen OfficeLogixShop, then they have probably seen me/my channel. 2. There is a significantly higher number of one-time viewers than return viewers in this niche (most people will watch videos to buy a chair, and then never again). 3. This means first impressions are very very important. If someone watches OLS' video and doubts me about one thing, then it casts doubt on every review I've ever done. This concretely damages my reputation and therefore, my business (my channel name is "Ahnestly"...). 4. If someone finds me untrustworthy on their own terms, totally fine. However, if someone doubts me because of unsubstantiated / false claims, then I feel I should respond to those allegations. I believe I have done so in a professional manner (stating facts with evidence, not hearsay). Monetization has been turned off (as of 6/6, I turned it on due to some weird accusations. Since OLS came after me first, I don't feel guilty about earning money from this). It goes without saying, but I do not condone any kind of harassment *Update as of 6/1/24* 100% confirmed OfficeLogix is buying bot views for their video and buying likes. You can see how views were removed from their video here www.viewstats.com/@officelogixshop/videos/F77yHG9_1cw They also added a comment, which kinda makes it seem like I'm spamming their channel with racist comments? "Regarding the comments on this video: we did not publish new comments because many were racist, xenophobic, and even violent. Most shared similar vulgarity, almost as if written by the same person."
Thank you for telling us about their unprofessional behavior. I'll be sure to tell every single person I know that the company is total trash and to avoid them at all costs.
It was also important to know that various different company names out there are actually the same seller doing business under different names in order to dilute negative reviews.
The reason the lawyer was speaking in analogies is to make a lawsuit pretty much impossible. He compared Dan's critiques to that of another shady, non-existent, person *without ever saying Dan is actually doing any of those things*. It's annoying, and how shady lawyers and marketing departments operate.
@@tjc20 that would possibly still count as potential evidence of defamation due to the inferred comparative natures from equivocating the behaviour with an analogy that's describing a negative trait in context of dismissive characterisation of said individual.
That's crazy you got a brand to do free advertising of your RUclips channel for you, normally its the other way around hahaha - You're living rent free in their minds (and turn monetization on, you deserve the ad sense for your troubles)
I love that you pointed out the difference between a personal attack and attacking your argument. So many people resort to personal attacks when they don't have a logical argument because it's lazy and a cheap cop-out. Keep doing what you do best. Love your review videos.
@@MrVizziato23some AI plebs on twitter don't like the bad review of the AI tag, not because the review is badly made but because the product itself is bad. Yeah, sounds stupid

RUclips "Bad reviews kill companies" and youll find everything youll need.
It's always a bad look, imo, when a company can't just respond to the criticism itself and instead resorts to character attacks. Says a lot about them and what you can expect as a customer.
When that guy said he is a lawyer and also co-founder of the company, i close it straight. Coz that itself is already some sort of conflict of interest.
I recently purchased an Embody from Herman Miller during their sale. I watched your review and comparison between the Atlas headrest and OfficeLogix headrest. I purchased the Atlas headrest based solely on your review and comparison. I even paid full price and didn't use your discount or links. This just confirms to me even more that I made the right choice. If a company cant take constructive criticism and attacks a reviewer's character and not their review and just says something is "laughable" without making an actual counter claim to debunk a reviewer's statement is just a company I don't want to give my business to. Also, who puts a warranty on the box??? It should be stated on the product page or in documentation you receive in the box, not on the box. The box is the first thing you throw away!! 🤦♂
I also recently purchased an Embody, and I’m returning it. Not only do I find it to be very uncomfortable due to the plastic ribs poking me in through back, but the plastic materials in no way justify its crazy price, even after the sale discount.
@@zoiks6631 Yeah, that’s disappointing for something that is so costly. I purchased the Gaming Embody so hopefully that won’t be an issue with the extra padding it has.
@@zoiks6631 That's too bad, was this the first time you've used a Herman Miller Embody? I had the regular Embody when we used to have a physical office before going 100% work from home and loved that chair, so I can only assume the gaming one would be just as good if not better.
@@Chilly613 Yes. I’ve used an Aeron before, which is what I ordered after getting a return authorized for the Embody. I tried the Haworth Fern too, and it was just awful. The chair reviews on RUclips are laughable and obviously skewed towards whatever gets the RUclipsr the most affiliate link money.
First! Insane that they responded in this way. Usually companies have to pay a lot of money to get valuable user feedback like this. It reallly goes to show you what a good company vs a bad componay would do in response to "negative reviews". Instead of coming back at you like this, they could have taken the opporutnity to address the concerns and make a better product. Proving that they listen and even giving you a product to rereview and drastically helping them in the long run.
I bought an Aeron headrest from them and can confirm that it is terrible. The only thing worse than the headrest was the customer service I had to deal with when trying to get a fix for the shoddy product they sold me.
Me watching Office Logix's bashing Ahnestly with my kid. My kid: That guy is a Liar Me: No buddy. He's a lawyer. Not a liar. xD Even my kid caught his BS LOL
I literally had no clue who or what this company was before this video. Now I know how ultra shitty and bad they are and how I'll be telling everybody to avoid them.
Honestly your content and knowledgeable outlook on chairs is what got me to buy what i have now. I had a secret labs older version it was okay but foam started to feel hard. I watched a lot of your content and compared to others and ultimately got the HM Embody and the Atlas Headrest. Im still on the fence if i love the Embody or not. When my partner came to visit i let her use my main set up and i used the Secret labs. there are things i love from both chairs but i daily drive the Embody im still working in proper sitting position to use the Atlas headrest more. You never come off as someone who is pushing a product and only trying to give your honest opinion and view point. You try and help people make an educated purchase so what they buy fits there needs. Your honest from everything i can see and i hope you stay that way and have strong integrity to keep going the way you are unlike other content creators. So far i would recommend anyone looking for a chair to your content. Im glad you keep all the chairs you get as 99% of the population dont have access to the ability to test and look at the chairs to compare. You having them helps all of us. If i remember correctly you even have invited taller people to help you test the seats for different body types and even if you disagree with there views you publish that and allow us to have that information and get our knowledge to make the best investment for ourselves. Chairs are expensive and most people can only invest into one for 10+ years. Thank you for all you do. I didnt hear about this and havent watched a lot of your content since buying my Embody as im not in the market anymore. Randomly clicked on this and watched it all. For me alone i wouldnt want the Office Logic regardless of everything said. I just dont like the look of it The Atlas matches the engineering and esthetic of the embody and looks seamless. I wish for the Logitech Embody we could see the tag but thats not a big deal. From the clips you showed today they were trying to discredit you instead of taking feedback. i still should watch there content and not be biased but i think you showed me enough to know how the content will go. Thank you for a clear response and even going into how you make your money from these videos and affiliate links it shows transparency and shows that you could make more money with them but you care about giving people the knowledge they need to make there decisions.
Thanks to you I got the atlas headrest. Just got it 5 min ago. Can't wait to test it out! Thanks for all your work and time you put into these reviews!
I've actually been to the Office Logix HQ in Columbus, Ohio and have met the owner. I was going to buy a chair from them a few years ago but I'm lucky to have not made that mistake. Thanks for shedding some light on this company and their shady practices.
If that dude was any sort of rational thinking adult, he could have contacted you via email and set up a time for you and him to speak privately and discussed how to possibly make it better if needed. That's what I would have done
You killed this video! Sad to see he chose to slander you rather than take the criticism on board. But hey, what do you expect? The company looks shady from how they operate on Amazon and their reviews. Thanks for the great content as usual. Looking forward to the next vid!
Another issue with the analogy is that it's really easy for us, as the viewers, to go get a second opinion. By doing so there's some feedback about how reliable you are. Whereas with a doctor or a judge, it'd be pretty costly to do so. There bad faith use of concerns around conflicts of interest/sponosred content (which is a real issue in general) really shows how little they care about the customer experience
I find it funny how he like you can’t trust Dan cause he has stake in the company… dude office guy works for the company he has stakes in his own headrest so in his own words we shouldn’t believe him either since he has stake in office store.
I did some digging while watching the video, the defenders on Reddit are crazy. It’s a bunch of people saying any complaints can’t be true because they know him personally….Wouldn’t that mean they have a clear and open bias? From what I’ve looked into, it’s clear the business is shady.
Great video, Dan! Thank you for demonstrating excellent integrity. I value your honest and truthful reviews. Office Logix is unprofessional, petty and has a purely defensive stance. Nothing productive comes from blaming, complaining or defending. Sounds like they have a lot to hide....
What a scummy thing to do. Why not just roll with it, thank you for the review, and see what other input you could provide to help them shape future products. Thank you so much for posting this video, i know it was probaby a stressfull thing to deal with. People need to know when a company does this, they show that they are not worth spending money with them and they they really only lookout for themselves and not customers. Thanks again for posting this. love the videos keep up the great work! p.s. The "I'm not an engineer but i do have common sense" killed me lol
I would not be surprised if Office Logic doesn't welcome criticism about their products in order to make better future products because they are just buying them in mass from China with no say in how the products are made.
These are definitely good problems to have in life, two grown men fighting over headrest. Much better than starving from hunger in some part of the world.
You actually put the nail in the coffin for me to order a desk from Desk Haus and I couldn’t be happier with my desk I found your review informative and very neutral.
bought and sold over 7 HM chairs since i started watching dan's channel. trusted him so much that i bought the atlas headrests for the embody and the aeron without thinking twice when he reviewed them. his opinion in this field is king. was stupid for OL to make an enemy in such a small field. keep it up dan. cant believe this is even an issue rn.
When I first started my office/gaming chair journey, your channel is the most informative! Pleaes keep up the amazing work and thank you for being "Ahnest" 👍
This tells a lot about the company, glad I didn't spend a penny on them. Genuinely thankful that you posted this! BTW, I got the Herman Miller Embody + Atlas Headrest thanks to your review. While it is a perfect comfy chair, I still get upper back pain, shoulder, and neck pain.. I have a slight herniated disc on my neck so that explains this but I was wondering if there are other chair that you have suggestions to that target upperback/shoulder/neck pain? Thanks in advance!
Herniated disk sounds serious man. Maybe Dan has a chair suggestion, but definitely sounds like something that is only fixed with Physical Therapy or dedicated streching and conditioning. Good luck
@@PantsaBear totally true! I was thinking maybe chairs with thorasic support or specialty chairs like HAG Capisco would help. Curious to hear stories of people who are suffering neck/shoulder/shoulder blade pain and what chair they are using to help alleviate the pain 😢
Your video was the reason I picked up two headrests from Atlas. Thanks for posting this video and double confirming that I made the right decision. So unprofessional and quite frankly shady of them to have attacked any review of a product like they did. Shameful.
Why didn't he just take the criticism and improve the design ? Instead he took the low road and now all potential future customers will see him as unprofessional and won't even consider his product. Thanks for bringing this to light, now I 100% know the Atlas headrest is the better choice. Also I just subbed😄
I agree with you, but just want to let you know that there were some hypocritical elements in this video.. Like when you said they didn't ever debunk anything from your review but then cut to a clip where he's trying to debunk a clip from your review.. And when you called them out for using ad hominem attacks and then went on one yourself by showing their different store fronts with bad reviews.. I understand the information and I understand where you're coming from, but it also looks a bit bad (and this is coming from a long-term viewer of yours who has bought chairs you've recommended in the past in videos, and head rests for those chairs, including an atlas for my herman miller aeron) when you point these things out as a negative approach on their end and then do the exact same thing.
I bought the gaming Embody chair about three months ago after watching dozens of videos on computer chairs. Your reviews of all the various chairs is what led me to order the Embody instead of something else comparable like the Fern. I will say, I have missed having a headrest the entire time. I'm a little bit taller at 6'2" and really need that neck support due to past injuries. The chair has been AMAZING btw. 15/10 would recommend to anyone. Anyways, today I purchased the Atlas headrest after seeing this video. Not only do I agree with your criticisms of the other headrest, but I think that's a really crappy way for them to treat someone who just gives their opinion. I made sure to use your code too lol.
I’ve got both the gaming embody and the atlas headrest for it, your reviews were factored into my decision on both purchases and I couldn’t be happier.
I'm 5'5, 160lbs... If you had to choose between a secondhand Aeron off facebook or a brand new Haworth Soji.... (given they are comparable in price) What would you recommend?
Dang bro! I salute you for responding and bringing receipts! 🙌🏾 Kind of weird how they just didn't simply defend their product. Makes you question it even more. Kendrick and Ahnestly won! 🏆
Avoiding bad reviews is definitely a thing but it's not the only reason. I worked for a company that had multiple brands. The reason for this was that the owner of the original brand made a deal with 2 senior employees (one of which was relative) to launch their own websites as well as their own Amazon/ebay branches. While they had the same suppliers each of them did have interest in selling different products from the owner in addition to the bread and butter. Regardless the owner didn't have to take the risk on products he didn't believe in while earning a fat percentage for allowing these guys to spin themselves off. He also took note of their marketing strategies and copied them when he confirmed their methods sold the same product better than he was doing. The only time a major conflict came up was when he felt one subsidiary was undercutting his own sales too much because at the end of the day he still earns a much bigger margin from selling directly.
I knew Dan in high school, he is one of the most stand-up guys I ever met. I haven't seen him in over a decade, and I'd still trust him over most of the people I know. Hope you've been doing well man, keep up the good work!
Man am I happy I was part of the first shipments of Atlas Headrests for my Herman miller Embody x Logitech. The Atlas headrest perfected my embody and I'm seriously impressed how they made it look like it was "meant" to be there. Top notch even if they need find a better knob solution. I'm just blessed I didn't even know about Office Logix until you brought it up and now I know who to dodge. Thanks for keeping it Ahnest brother!
Thank you for all your work and effort. Your channel already helped me and some people around me to better understand what we have to look out for to find really good matching ergonomical chairs for ourselves. I really hope you can keep doing this for a long time to come, as there really is nearly no one I trust as much with their feedback and criticism on such pricy products.
it seems pretty clear to me this guy doesn't do this for the money, i can tell just by watching this video that you make plenty of money doing whatever your main job is, 66k subs is not enough to pay for the studio/office that you're filming in, it's so easy to tell that this channel is a passion project that you enjoy doing and not even close to your main source of income
I think all reviewers are biased. There are some things they like that might not agree with what I like in a product. The important part is not biased for reasons that don't impact users of the product (being paid off by a company, etc) But I think you handle your biases well by fully demonstrating why you think something so I can learn about the product. For example when you showed the way the product looked, you didn't just say one didn't really look good, you showed why. Some people like me would see the slightly off shade of color and not care because you actually show the issue. (ie show the raw info so I can come to my own conclusion)
This company has a bunch of red flags before PR dude makes himself look like a douche. Someone should really do a hit piece on this company as a whole, I'm sure the rabbit hole goes far, far deeper than anyone expects.
It does, but it’s pricey and requires a 3d printing machine. A viewer of mine sent it over. Check Reddit for leap v2 3d printed headrest + atlas headrest
@ronbxmb yes! The downside is that the atlas headrest is more expensive. I have the 3d printed attachment and plan to make a video on it in the near future
I held my order for the Leap V2 headrest. Supposedly it will be here sometime in the next 2-3 weeks. I'm not expecting it to be as nice as the Atlas Fern one (which I also have), but I'll be thrilled if it's comfortable and of decent quality. I thought about cancelling (after numerous delays), but decided to hang in there. If it's good, I'll be honest telling folks that it is. If it sucks, well, it certainly won't be my first lesson learned (and probably won't be my last either). I've decided to keep a positive outlook unless/until proven otherwise.
I’ve never watched this channel or heard about that company, all I do know is that I find their response video very unprofessional that’s not how a company should respond to negative feedback. Just because of that I would never consider their products personally or professionally.
This is why I trust honest reviewers like you and honest companies like BTOD! What kills me is, when you go onto their website to look a headrests, there are some decent looking product pics followed by some terrible photoshop pics. It just screams crappy Chinese product.
sounds like a shitty greedy company... its sad they had to " re make a follow up " content on multiple platforms at that but yet said not personal... typical shitty company
It's clear, there is something up, when a company attacks a reviewer. A good company doesn't even care and never gets involved in such petty fights, because they don't need to. But there is also the elephant in the room. Where is the Sihoo S300 review that we were promised? Since the chair was given to you by them for free, but now there is no review... Is there no review because you don't dare to be honest about it?
then where do you guys get your refurbished or remanufactured herman miller chairs? (aeron classic, aeron remastered, mirra 2) is there a vendor that's trustworthy??
Crandall office if you want to make sure you’re getting warranty on the chair. Otherwise, those chairs are pretty common and any vendor should do a decent enough job
lol no idea how i landed here as i never thought of buying a head rest but definitely not buoying from office logix with that kind of representation. thanks for the heads up!
Ahnestly, when I was looking for a computer chair I found yours and it was the most helpful. I've also been really happy with the Fern recommended. Full support for you and your channel.
Your channel is only one of two including all the various websites I'd ever trust for honest reviews on office and gaming chairs. The majority out there are biased towards their affiliate commissions, which is extremely obvious with the big name gaming sites that give awards to the same "gaming chairs" and no-name Amazon office chairs every year that are known to be horrible quality. I wouldn't worry about their responses or potential slander for you giving your opinion on a sub par product. I can't believe in 2024 companies that like still try to attack people on the internet only to be surprised once the streisand effect shines even more light on them.
You have provided an excellent explanation as to the context of what has transpired. I would contact a liable attorney and explore the defamation of your brand by Logix. I would not engage any further in defending your reviews and opinions, nor would I provide any further explanation for any further claims and assertions Logix makes. It's not your problem and will make you look defensive when there is no need to be. People see how thorough your reviews are-- they're fair and not senicle or abusive. The comfort of a chair is subjective and therefore so are the opinions of reviewers. Their assertion that you are corrupt is provably false. Consult with an attorney regarding the damage caused to you and your brand-- please protect yourself.
I have to say, you're an amazing reviewer. It's a shame that they didn't want to use your professionalism to improve their products and instead, attack you. Keep doing what you do best, don't let this bring you down. Posting this video was a good move.
I recently received the OfficeLogix headrest for the Steelcase Leap V2 and it's subpar just like their Embody headrest. I should of cancelled my pre-order after watching your videos.
So it all started with people complaining that MKBHD's reviews bankrupt companies, and now any company that receives some criticism, they go full on attack on the reviewer. Why dont they focus on creating a DECENT product and promise what they are making. But we all know the answer, greed and lying is much easier to do.
This was fascinating, but, my man, what is that chair you are using? It looks beyond comfortable to me. Every chair I have used hurts my thighs after a few hours.
I came across this randomly and I am glad that I did. You got a new subscriber because I value honesty, hard work, and communication skills. Thanks for the video.
You are really lucky because I’m a lawyer and I can tell you if I were him I already would have served you and started digging so deep in discovery motions. Every text message, phone call, email, financial record would have been unearthed. This dude literally is advertising a promo code which funnels all traffic. Burying a link in a description is like burying a disclaimer in the middle of a manual where no one reads it. If that person ever decides to sue this is a cake walk.
Their link is the second link out of 3 links. That's called a silver medal. With bold letters to help distinguish it from other text. In a separate section called "LINKS TO EVERYTHING IN VIDEO". And suing that moves into discovery? Over a video with 6k views? 🤣😂
it's clear that both of those chairs are made or at least designed by the same company. they have the same backs made in the exact same way, the same bottoms, very similiar side arm rests and bottoms. it's just the top part of the spine and headrest that is different.
Quality content. I really appreciate your candour with this one, can't imagine who thought releasing the video they did was good for PR. I just bought the Atlas head rest with your affiliate link. Can't wait to get it 💪🏻
Is possible that those were separate companies, resellers, who sell the chairs as a middleman but they are warehoused and drop-shipped from the manufacturer.
Nope. I looked into this. K&O was incorporated by the guy you see in the video and Office Logix is under that (you can find this in the About page on Office Logix’s website). K&O incorporated Damasko Ergonomics. And if you go to Walmart, El Kursi’s storefront actually has Office Logix’s logo paired with it. It seems more likely than not that they are all one and the same company
I just subscribed after watching this video. I bought 3 Logitech G Embody chairs during Covid and waited patiently for my 3 Atlas headrests which felt like forever. Although like you stated that there is still a bit of play even after you cranked the knob so the headrest would stay in place, I feel the overall build quality is still amazing and I would definitely buy more if I ever bought additional Embody chairs. Having a home for the allen key is the only other thing I wished the headrest had but it was an easy diy fix. I really appreciate your honest reviews and can definitely relate to bait and switch or dishonest companies....AT&T and their "free phone trade-in programs anyone...." Never again AT&T! Keep up with the great reviews!
The funny thing is that i thought they were in good faith, just had a bad product and that's all... With their defense instead (not even your response, but their video alone), now i think that they are just liars and a very unreliable company... Just from the warranty they say "it's on the box"... WHAT??? So instead of being informed about it, just in order to know the warranty i MUST PURCHASE your headrest first and only THEN know the warranty?... And this was THEIR DEFENSE... this is crazy.
I'm not sure the analogy is necessarily as bad as you say it is. The guy wasn't saying that you were hiding the fact that you get commissions he was just saying that you get commission from one company but not from the other which is going to inherently bias you toward that company. It's not even necessarily anything you're doing wrong but if one thing is paying you and the other one isn't you are going to be easier on the thing that's paying you.
Hey! So I go over that point later in the video - I actually get paid commissions by both companies. I actually get paid more per headrest with Office Logix Shop (Around $5.40 per headrest sold). It's just that with Office Logix Shop, the commission is handled by Amazon via their Amazon store. Also, once they click my Amazon link to their store, I earn commission on EVERYTHING in the customers' cart - Even if they decide not to buy the headrest. Instead of incentivizing people to click my link, I flat out said I don't recommend it at all. I didn't mention these aspects in the video, but I told them this fact 2-3 weeks before the video was released (they put out a "heads up" YT Short weeks before they released their video - I commented there), but they never mentioned that part in their video. Also, I actually had to buy their headrest through their Amazon store because it was sold out on their website. If you take a look, 1-2 headrests are cheaper on Amazon than on their website and certain models are sold out on their store but are in stock on their Amazon store.
@@Ahnestly ah ok. I didn't watch the end of the video but the way it was being worded in the beginning it made it sound like you weren't getting commissioned from both.
Yeah...they obviously left that part out because it negates their entire argument 🙃I also mention that I have no stock or stake in Atlas or with the CEO, negating their other analogy as well.
@@Ahnestly Right on. I was definitely not trying to defend them because what they did was not cool. I just think it's important for us to recognize that if we get something for free or if we're getting kickbacks for sales it will inherently bias our review to some degree. No matter how honest you are paying for something, not paying for something or getting paid for something will always change how you view it.
As a consumer and an obsessive researcher, I actively try to look for negative reviews on products I am very interested in buying. Knowing what is a "real" con ("con" as in "pro and con", not as in "fraudulent info") is an important part of my buying process.
One considerable big reviewer says X product is not so good as the company is saying. What should that company do? 1) Anonymously send the X product to others reviewers and ask for a feedback without any pressure, so that at the end if the negative points are mentioned again they will now know the problems are common and the product should be revised to improve. 2) Ignore the reviewer, see what consumers think by they online reviews or feedback and number of sales. 3) ATTACK THE REVIEWER (at a personal level) and lower the level of trust people have in the company. All this without even trying to improve the product. I really wonder what will they choose in this case....
I really wasn't sure if I should even upload this video. I ultimately decided to because
It goes without saying, but I do not condone any kind of harassment

It was also important to know that various different company names out there are actually the same seller doing business under different names in order to dilute negative reviews.
Sue them for defamation.
He would need to prove monetary damages from their bullshit and theyre are such nobodies that I doubt they did a dent to his income.
The reason the lawyer was speaking in analogies is to make a lawsuit pretty much impossible. He compared Dan's critiques to that of another shady, non-existent, person *without ever saying Dan is actually doing any of those things*. It's annoying, and how shady lawyers and marketing departments operate.

This is how you counter unfounded attacks from companies online. A masterclass. Great job!
I love that you pointed out the difference between a personal attack and attacking your argument. So many people resort to personal attacks when they don't have a logical argument because it's lazy and a cheap cop-out. Keep doing what you do best. Love your review videos.
So since the MKHB debacle, companies this doubling down on bad design and "attacking" reviewers is the way to go... huh... interesting twist.

I got a Herman Miller Embody a couple weeks ago and bought the Atlas headrest along with it. Best decision I've made for chairs. Thanks
Office Logix giving massive Artesian Builds vibes... "And there's the reroll!"
Looks like him too.
@@Chilly613 I ordered a Gaming Embody too. :/
Call em out! They are trying to bully you. Your channel always provides transparent info. Keep it up!
Shady ass company for real.. scary
Thank you Office Logix Shop for single handedly helping me decide to choose Atlas for my embody
My kid: That guy is a Liar
Me: No buddy. He's a lawyer. Not a liar. xD
Even my kid caught his BS LOL
"I'm not an engineer, but I have common sense" LMAO
I literally had no clue who or what this company was before this video. Now I know how ultra shitty and bad they are and how I'll be telling everybody to avoid them.
Never thought that I'd see the day that we got office chair drama, but here we are.
Thank you for a clear response and even going into how you make your money from these videos and affiliate links it shows transparency and shows that you could make more money with them but you care about giving people the knowledge they need to make there decisions.
you'd think a company with a PR team wouldn't allow their attorney (doubt) be immature and ruin the reputation of the company
I ordered a headrest from them. Ended up cancelling due to crappy customer service regarding my questions. Thank you for bringing this to light.
Also I just subbed😄
terrible business ethics... I bought a Atlast Headrest instead. I bet they are going to lose sales due to their actions.
I’m glad my videos helped!! :)

(ie show the raw info so I can come to my own conclusion)
when you see someone sitting in between cushions you know that person is full of shit with everything they are saying to you
6 months later and their website still doesn't have warranty information on the headrests, comical

CrustyOldJarhead really came in clutch here
sounds like a shitty greedy company... its sad they had to " re make a follow up " content on multiple platforms at that but yet said not personal... typical shitty company
Never heard of this company before, and now I know not to trust them if they shit their pants from one negative review...
Drama in the chair bizz! This is AS CRAZY as the BTOD Desk saga!

Ahnestly, when I was looking for a computer chair I found yours and it was the most helpful.
I've also been really happy with the Fern recommended.
Full support for you and your channel.
This is like the MKBHD and humane AI pin all over again. Bad reviews do not kill companies, bad products do.
0:45 this is exactly what I hate about some headrests as well.
Why don't you represent him, instead of spouting utter nonsense about a subject you know nothing about?
@@AhnestlyHe's a lawyer that belongs in a kangaroo court.
it's clear that both of those chairs are made or at least designed by the same company. they have the same backs made in the exact same way, the same bottoms, very similiar side arm rests and bottoms. it's just the top part of the spine and headrest that is different.
@@Ahnestly Ahh, well there you go.
What diy did you do for the Allen key?
Keep looking out for the best interests of the consumer! Don't let them get you down
As a consumer and an obsessive researcher, I actively try to look for negative reviews on products I am very interested in buying.
By the way, having multiple accounts under the same company breaks Amazon's TOS as a seller.
