I met a japanese girl in splatoon and we used to talk through miiverse, it was so much fun talking to her, exchanging messages, teaching her some english and spanish words and she replaying with japanese and kanji. I was so sad when miiverse closed just for that reason, I miss talking to her and drawing silly things :(

8:22 ''Miiverse Veteran'' here The reason why the New Super Luigi U Community became the most popular and most chaotic is very simple honestly. Nintendo loved making horrible updates a regular for Miiverse such as (taking away the ''Yeah'' Counter (Which formed a fucking religion named FTU (For The Update) and ATU (Against The Update), limiting posts to only 30 a day, removing the Activity Feed, removing the top post section etc. But for some very bizarre Reason the NSLU Community never got affected by these Updates so it quickly became THE place to go to. Even at the end of Miiverse that place was booming with users. Gotta miss that mess of a platform, made a ton of friends on there, even am still befriended with most of them. Kinda curious tho, if somebody here might remember me I was ''Ninetails'' (QuoteFTW)
the redesign never hit sub communities 4 games, such as the nslu (sub community of new super mario bros u) n the wii sports club countries (banama n the various "hotels")
@@Cute___E yeah, that and a few sub communities for other games just didn’t get updated, though it is one of several shitpost communities that emerged, the first being the Smash Bros Communitiy, which then attempted to colonise the Zelda community when Smash 4 happened and the community was about to be deleted and replaced with the Smash 4 one, leading to one of the Miiverse Wars. NSLU would be colonised later on, and would become the sites general chat for the rest of its run. Additionally there was Wii Sports Club, whose sub communities were turned into shitpost chats as they retained the original formatting, and basically any obscure shovelware title, since about one person actually played them. There’s also meme run, which was one of several games made to pander to Miiverse’s off topic factions (I can’t remember if it was Smashers or NSLU community at that time though), mainly though the recurrence of Miiverse’s unofficial mascot Bigley, a stick figure of Ridley from the Metroid games
one really cool thing about the miiverse was how integrated the art was into the communication, having a reply function that's basically mspaint is a simple, yet really fun idea
Loved to see this! It's such a unique and interesting part of Nintendo history and sort of an example when you make the weird blend of something kid-friendly without good moderation.
@@AlterBridgeJericho Yeah, there was something more magical about the first Miiverse for Splatoon 1… Maybe because of the “Fresh!” not amounting to anything, I don’t know..
@@Mfenton10 i hope in splatoon 3, the drawing thing gets revamped into something more interactive, at least interactive enough where you can see the amount of freshes on other’s posts, and people had profiles where you could view all their artwork.
I had SO MUCH RELIEF years later believing that Miiverse had been wiped. Imagine me in 2019 having a crisis at night as I discovered my cringe posts are actually preserved on the archive page.
Bruh I highly doubt it's there, but the mention of the archive site which I'm just hearing about now, terrifies me 💀 if my cringe anime girl art from when I was 12 is still lurking on there somewhere, I may just combust on the spot

the only proud achievement i have on miiverse was creating an undertale community on one of the barren game forums. undertale had no official association with nintendo back then so i picked like some random air hockey game and i was like "hey everybody lets post undertale stuff here" and it miraculously worked
why does this always happen, everytime something good gets shut down / becomes bad someone remakes it and that person turns out to be a horrible person. every single yandere sim clone maker was a horrible person, 2 of the club penguin clone creators were also horrible, and multiple smaller miiverse clones had horrible clone makers as well. what makes horrible people wanna make clones of things so bad
Companies have tried so many times to make the safe and wholesome social media for kids, but they underestimate how feral kids can be and they'll always find a way to express it no matter how much you censor
@@yeethittter1285 I like this analogy. Meeting your platonic soulmate in a thread or an online game and then never seeing them after that is basically the equivalent of when you'd promise a kid at the McDonald's playplace to both come tomorrow to play together and then never see that kid again.
I never really understood why people were insistent on posting NSFW content on Miiverse when they could just post it on Twitter lmao. It was pretty obvious the platform was made for children
Always found that weird… you know it’s a platform for kids and yet you’re being a hypersexual weirdo knowing those kids can see that? (And you may even be interacting with them…) someone call Chris Hansen!
I think there’s 2 reasons. The first is that some people do deliberately want to expose children to sexual content. The second is that the contrast of a innocent website and a sexual message can be funny.
I'm surprised you didn't say "Miimories" instead. It would have fit the naming convention Nintendo used and still have been a pun. It was a Miissed opportunity.
I remember when Nintendo put a Miiverse stage in Smash WiiU. They almost IMMEDIATELY banned it from online play due to how the background was composed of actual Miiverse posts
From someone who started Miiverse in 2012 as a roleplaying anime kid and ended it in 2017 as a “miiverse artist” I can safely say that while that website was doomed to fail it definitely did have a certain quality to it that could never be replicated. I’m grateful for all those summer dog days as a young teen that I got to blow away on this site, and I’ll probably still remember it when I’m 70
Honestly same… I love how it was generally more positive than today’s social media and it was constantly trying to shove political messages down your throat.
I have Miiverse to thank for me even being a digital artist at all. Making Miiverse posts for Splatoon and watching them pop up in the plaza remains one of my favorite memories period. My days as Brown Bat the meme-posting Aerospray main somehow led to me going to college for animation, and that's just funny to me. The RPs were fun too, because it was so dang easy to derail them. Me and some other blokes had a jolly ol' time going into the RUclips Community, notifying others of any interesting-looking RPs to invade, and then just loading them with insanity. I think my favorite thing is that these would often just be B-plots, so it didn't really impede on the OP's setting too much while still garnering some responses. Props to Luna the catgirl OC for managing to escape Little Mac's apartment fire as a divine sea jelly attempted to unlock their "hidden soul of a ceiling fan," that one still lives in my head rent-free all these years later.
Real ones remember getting coached on how to do long division on miiverse while everyone else tries to see how much they can post before the moderators start doing their jobs
@@quite_contrary_9956 kids love explaining things, I've never been able to grasp long division but boy have I had plenty of kids voluntarily try very hard to teach me 😭
Okay so i have to take a moment to deeply, deeply, DEEPLY thank the voice talent that blessed us with their readings of the MiiVerse posts. Incredible. Effervescent.
God this brought back a forgotten memory of the only time I ever got temporarily banned from Miiverse. Some girl I came across had made a post where she wrote the word "banana" while holding her stylus in her mouth. I thought it was funny so I did the same thing. This girl then got mad that I was copying her, doxxed my username to her friends or followers or whatever, and I guess either she reported me or her friends did and I got a ban. Man, the drama of 10 year olds is strange.
Man, Miiverse drama was great. I remember making a bunch of "Love Wins" posts for Splatoon back in 2015, and one of them was a visual pun where I just replaced the name of the winning Turf War team with "Love" so it was something along the lines of [LOVE 73%/BAD GUYS 27%]. Then on the top I had written "Who won?" Just a simple, cute post for a nice day. This somehow led to me getting DMs from a 23-year-old inquiring who the "bad guys" are and something about a government. All written in the most pretentious, Redditor-smelling inflection, of course. I think their Mii had spiky black hair and a smirk, too. Truly the visage of somebody who knows the perfect place to start political debates.
Same but in a different situation. Back then I just feel like I want to draw dragonite from the pokemon card. After it was posted I was banned. I don't think I did anything particularly bad to the drawing or put it in the wrong place to post it. Maybe it could be copyright idk. Rip my old account. Xd
Fun fact, Miiverse is largely what made me an artist and writer. Eight years later and I've won cash prizes in competitions all because little kid me wanted to draw and RP her FNAF ocs on an obscure Nintendo social media. Good times.
I unironically liked to share my draws on the platform, despite their unhinged nature, the feedback i used to get, while not very much, at least it was positive, and the gamepad was pretty comfortable for drawing stuff overall. Good Times.
My heart sunk the moment I found out Archiveverse existed. Somewhere out there, obnoxious 12 year old me's posts still exist. My shitty drawings, obnoxious trolling, overall unpleasantness...immortalized. Thanks for the nightmares! :D Also, shocked Mii King was never mentioned in this video, I remember him being one of the most infamous trolls on the site (even though I doubt it was always the same person). I still joke about "be about the green guy" every chance I get.
I didn't know miiverse was archived and I just had a laugh looking at my old acc cause there's just a tposing looking makar and the caption is just "makar is ascending to a higher plane" 😭😭 I miss miiverse sm. I remember going to the smash / RUclips communities cause there were so many people just posting drawings there, really nice ones.. well guess there's still splatoon :'l
I’ll always think of the day Iwata died and Miiverse and Splatoon were painted top to bottom in mourning and celebration of his life. That day sucked but everyone was together about it in some way, y’know?
Hey everyone. I'm the co-founder of Uiiverse, one of the clones mentioned in this video. My life became hell during the one and a half years I ran that clone. I was harassed by a neo-nazi group, who went through the work of making up false accusations about me, constantly raiding both the website and the Discord server associated with it, leaking passwords for users, disabling my first Discord account, and doxxing me, by getting my address and my phone number. I was 14 when I started the project and I closed it near my 16th birthday. I will admit I made poor decisions when administrating that website, as would essentially any teenager, but the repercussions from all the harassment I received has rippled for years. It was not all bad, as I wouldn't have met some of my best friends without it, but it was pretty much stressful.
I would love to hear you talk about the really weird situation that happened on Tumblr when everyone freaked out that the last season of Sherlock was so bad and it lead to people coming up with conspiracies that there was a secret good 4th Sherlock episode and all of the bad episodes were just part of the “experience” because they couldn’t bear to think that the show really just wasn’t that good lmao
I unfortunately never got into miiverse, but this honestly reminds me a lot of Flipnote Hatena, which was one of my most fond social media experiences.
Miiverse will forever be one of the best memories i hold. I’m not sure if anybody has played style savvy but i used to hold miiverse fashion contests and have the time of my life
the only thing nintendo still has that can even be likened to the miiverse is the drawing feature in splatoon 2. miiverse posts were a pretty big part of the first game, with people in the hub world having posts above their heads and drawing posts becoming graffiti in multiplayer maps. they carried on the feature to the second game, but only the drawing aspect, text posts were removed. there's a community for the splatoon 2 "plaza posts" as well, but it's way smaller than miiverse obviously.
Splatoon 2 is the only reason I have a Twitter, and I'm never looking back at that mental asylum again. I really wish we simply had an un-Twitter where we could just look at the funni Sploon posts. Kinda like Miipedia but for Splet.
I DIDN’T THINK YOU WOULD COVER THE MIIVERSE CLONES Closedverse was an unfortunate part of my young teenage years, it was just drama after drama in there. Overall majority of the people I met where awful people or just edgy, but in a way im glad it existed because it was my first time on the actual internet with a computer and have formed friendships that I still have today.
Most of us were kids who had no idea what we said could be harmful. I was a former user on cv and oasis. Im glad it’s gone. Giving 2 teenagers to control an environment of 10,000 users in their teens or preteens on paper and in real life doesn’t work out. I’m glad you were able to get something out but having the memories of the shitty things Ive said are forever there.
If you don't look back at your past self and cringe it means that you're not self aware so don't worry about it this just means that you're better person now. c: I never actually had a Wii u but I spent a lot of time on hatena flipnote studio for the dsi and I'm ancient so I grew up on newgrounds making Flash cartoons (that browser extension that just got officially discontinued this last year) and trust me whatever stuff is making you feel bad about yourself that you posted on the Miiverse doesn't hold a candle to the horrible toxic shit that we all did on newgrounds and deviant art back in the early 2000s lol. I've never used that username again
@@pennyisdreadful I should’ve mentioned, but I was also a shitty person in CV. I was one of the edgy users, because back then my idiot teenage self though that being Edgy/offensive = funny But obviously I learned that it wasn’t and I don’t do that kind of stuff anymore.
i don’t think there’s a lot you could uncover with this, but i spent a huge amount of time on flipnote hatena and colors! 3d, primarily because of the community aspects of them! flipnote is just straight nostalgia with Increeedible talent that you can still see today. it also faced an unfortunate shutdown, and then colors, i actually remember using it to roleplay creepypasta characters under posts all the time and look at fnaf fanart which sounds like something you’d enjoy to dive into!
The reason why the New Super Luigi U community was filled with off topic posts is due to it being one of the few communities not being affected by the redesign in 2015
19:25 I was actually a user of closedverse at the time, I also remember that Arian allegedly ip blocked the entire country of France after he saw a handful of people RPing in french
I had completely forgotten about the whole France thing but I think he did end up blocking French IPs. There was a French community too at one point iirc.
obviously a disgusting and abhorrent person. but blocking the entirety of France for like no reason is incredibly funny to me. like the whole ass country??? the whole place???? what did bro have against the french????
Fun fact! My sweetheart and I met on miiverse, and are now living together since last month! It’s crazy to think I owe that silly little social media for meeting the love of my life!

Ah Yes! I remember creating a Splatoon OC where her whole gimmicks is that she speak Japanese and no one knows what she’s saying. I was so proud of this creation that I went to the Japanese Splatoon community and grab a random Japanese girl to show her my creation. Best part is she actually like her and draw Fan art of her on every post that have her. I miss her everyday!
I remember playing Miitomo and having a bunch of people hate an “Alice” Mii that was inspired by Alice in Wonderland. They would legit hard bully people who even dared to post an image with that girl. I got really sad when the game got shut down, but now I see why.
OH MY GOD MIIVERSE. That’s how I met my best friend! I used to be a HARDCORE Pokémon artist/roleplayer on it. I never got too popular but I loved roleplaying as my old edgy ocs with my friends. I don’t talk to any of those friends except for my best buddy, who I’ve known for like…. 8 years now. Miiverse was genuinely such a big part of my childhood.
To an incredibly lesser extent, this kind of stuff remains on Nintendos current online platforms. Apparently people talk to each other using the stage maker in super smash bros ultimate. One time I saw one that asked another user to make a vore stage. Kids will be kids, I guess.
I had the Wii, but never got the chance to get a Wii U, so thank you for making this video!! I always hear people talk about the Miiverse, so it's nice to have a window into what it was back in the day
Yeah same, I was too poor for a whole bunch of electronic devices growing up. /I already had a Wii after a while of doing odd jobs saving up for it, so my parents didn't see the point in getting the Wii U because it "basically did the same thing". Honestly I didn't see the point either.
8:23 I think the reason why the Luigi U community was so infamous was when that big update hit Miiverse, in order to post something on communities, you had to have the game and be on said game in order to post (I think, if someone could help me remember this it would mean a lot), there were a couple of exceptions to that whole thing though, with the Luigi U community being one of them
Izzy I adore you, your voice is so calming, I get paranoid and one of the things I like to listen to when I’m alone are your videos. Thank you for keeping me company and also giving my friends and I videos to look forward to!! Another great recap :)
God I remember back when Miiverse was a thing! I used to draw Hamilton fanart on there and then have adults yell at me for drawing Hamilton fanart on a Nintendo site, ah memories.
@@sora_animates_sometimes I believe under The Legend of Zelda The Windwaker, they had a mailing thing where you could also share drawings right from that game. If it’s not that then it was most likely just in a general Nintendo community. I did check a few months ago and my work was put up on the way back machine and the miiverse archive if you were curious haha 😂
HONESTLY i think the closest thing we'll ever get to miiverse on the switch is the splat plaza in splatoon. i wish theyd add miiverse but its highly unlikely😭
Every time someone mentions Miitomo I feel a tinge of sadness. Never bothered with Miiverse but I was aware that Miitomo was chaotic as well so that's why I joined. I miss the photo collabs oh so dearly. From back and forth scenarios to pictures full of many miis just vibing. It was a fun, wholesome and silly time. Yeah, there was the Alice situation but they didn't bother me and, far as I remember, I was on the side of the app that rarely mentioned em. I wish all the best to old Miitomo friends and fellow users!
I’m so glad I’m the only one who gets depressed whenever Miitomo is brought up. It was my favorite app of all time, and I actually spent real life money on it 😭 I loved how we were allowed to swear and hearing the miis actually speak and read out our messages (and emojis,) was the absolute best. Sad it’s over but I’m happy it happened I guess lmao
@@jewelxiat THE EMOJIS. YES!! One post that will always be in my memories was where someone, with a picture they made, said something about Donald Trump marrying his grandma or something and my sibling responded "I'll pray for her" with some other words in a goofy joking way with so many emojis between words and the sounds made it so funny. Especially the siren and trumpet spamming. Truly wonderful memories.
Nintendo shutting down and abandoning online features is such a sad reality rn. The pokemon XY/ORAS Global Trade System is overrun with hackers, Mii Plaza not being on Switch, Miiverse shutdown, now having to pay to play online...
@@meta9492 Nintendo uses a subscription service on the switch, which is what i am referring to. So yes, if you want to keep playing online, a lot of games require you to pay even more money than you purchased the game for to keep the subscription
God, those were the good old days. People always talk about how they grew up on club penguin or animal jam, I grew up as a miiverse artist and troll. I would sit there with my little 3ds, scribbling my low-quality oc comics, playing along with edaters and roleplayers when I was bored, and so much more. Simpler times.
This was so nostalgic, I remember spending hours scrolling through Miiverse and trading shiny Pokemon with other users. My username used to be Pokefan79. Also 12:02 that isn't a Miiverse post, it's actually a Splatoon 2 plaza post (which is like a whole other can of worms)
I think I hold the record for the longest going roleplay on Miiverse, called the FirstPrize RP. It was going on long before the redesign and kept going through tens of discussion pages. It helped me make a whole group of friends I'd never find otherwise. We joke about how awful Miiverse is but it truly had a good impact on thousands, myself included.
Gosh I miss Miiverse. I had nothing but good experiences on there and really loved seeing people's comments and drawings while playing Nintendo Land, Splatoon and Mario Maker. As an artist I loved seeing what I could do with the limitations of the drawing feature and I even had a couple posts blow up! It made my day back then as it's probably the most exposure my art ever got. Good memories 😌
I was too “old” for Miiverse but in the mid 2000s, AOL had its own thing also called Mii or Mee World or something and I feel like I’m the only person who remembers it
You mean WeeWorld? I had a WeeWorld account when I was like 11-13 and spent most of that time being groomed by old men on the site. It was a wild, lawless place.
oh i used to be all over something called meez? weeworld? something. there were two with similar naming conventions, one had short almost south park proportioned avatars, the other one was later with 3d avatars lmao
@@angelferrer3636 WeeWorld honestly feels like a fever dream now, like most of middle school feels to me these days, but my god what I do remember of it that place was like the Wild West with how unmonitored and unregulated it was. One friend on there committed suicide, another one died in a car accident and I was apparently important enough to her that a family friend called my number after getting it from her phone to tell me what happened, there were always old men pretending to be teenage emo boys on there to get with underage girls, lots of talk of sex, drug abuse, self harm, etc. it was crazy. The fact that a site like this existed and I was allowed on it to talk about this kind of stuff with little to no monitoring from site moderators or my parents at 11-13 years old was insane.

I was 16 when the Miiverse got started and stuck around until it ended. While I was clearly aware that there were RPers and all of that around, that was just never the site of it that I experienced, since, if you stuck to certain communities for the most part, it was a bit of a closed system for you. I was in the pretty massive Miiverse art community, where we would do art challenges, just try to do the coolest pics we could with the limited options available and all went collectively nuts when the new Art Academy game for switch dropped and finally allowed us to do more complex colored drawings. That community, at least in how I remember it, was really supportive and nice and I miss all these folks! For me and many others who couldn't afford an art tablet back then, this was how we got started in digital art!
oh man, miiverse. i was extremely active on miiverse when i was 15-16; i definitely remember posting edgy drawings in the youtube community and i would talk to other kids about art and original characters. i didn't know about the bootleg miiverse sites but i'm really not surprised that the head moderator of closedverse was like That. describing miiverse as "children and trolls" is a great way to put it but unfortunately having those two groups together also means that a lot of children were actively getting made fun of and even worse, there were kids on miiverse who were exposed to things that they definitely should not have been. i have a lot of great memories of miiverse but looking back on it is definitely a big realization of "oh wow, things were a lot worse than i remember"
Ahh Miiverse, my first social media site. Huge impact on me. I loved drawing on my 3ds and well, I've... seen some weird shit on there, too... Even as a 13 years old in 2017(the year I started on there and the year it sadly ended). It definately inspired me to get serious with my art and now I draw on a daily basis and I still think about my days in Miiverse, whether good or bad. The reason why the New Super Luigi U Community became the most popular and most chaotic is very simple honestly.
Kinda curious tho, if somebody here might remember me
I was ''Ninetails'' (QuoteFTW)
Wait, they took out the Yeah! Counter??? wtf???
And none of the updates went to the New Super Luigi community???
That's fucking wild
@@Cute___E it definitely/was pure chaos
the redesign never hit sub communities 4 games, such as the nslu (sub community of new super mario bros u) n the wii sports club countries (banama n the various "hotels")
@@Cute___E it was really weird. I was chronically onmiiverse and I can confirm it was a mess in that communi
I think society would be a lot better if Twitter was shut down and we all had to use the Miiverse instead.
For a while, but if we were ALWAYS using miiverse and nothing else i think the world would have ended in 2016
I second this decision, but every other social media site will also fall and bow down to the Ultimate Leader the Miiverse

one really cool thing about the miiverse was how integrated the art was into the communication, having a reply function that's basically mspaint is a simple, yet really fun idea
Loved to see this! It's such a unique and interesting part of Nintendo history and sort of an example when you make the weird blend of something kid-friendly without good moderation.
Ironically Splatoon 2 while having a decent drawing integration system, still feels a bit empty without the full Miiverse experience of Splatoon 1.
@@AlterBridgeJericho Yeah, there was something more magical about the first Miiverse for Splatoon 1…
Maybe because of the “Fresh!” not amounting to anything, I don’t know..
@@Mfenton10 i hope in splatoon 3, the drawing thing gets revamped into something more interactive, at least interactive enough where you can see the amount of freshes on other’s posts, and people had profiles where you could view all their artwork.

So many people did art I just role played lol

I have Miiverse to thank for me even being a digital artist at all. Making Miiverse posts for Splatoon and watching them pop up in the plaza remains one of my favorite memories period. My days as Brown Bat the meme-posting Aerospray main somehow led to me going to college for animation, and that's just funny to me.
The RPs were fun too, because it was so dang easy to derail them. Me and some other blokes had a jolly ol' time going into the RUclips Community, notifying others of any interesting-looking RPs to invade, and then just loading them with insanity.

Yep
But you couldn’t post pictures on the Miiverse…
@@Doppel_A oh the posts weren't pictures, they were doodles

Or when the entire INTERNET exploded after the late Queen Elizabeth 2 died.
Oof. I hope your ok now:(
yeah i get that and had a very similar experience on closedverse and indigo, got doxed by cedar's admins, who then got doxed in turn by an outsider.

the only thing nintendo still has that can even be likened to the miiverse is the drawing feature in splatoon 2. miiverse posts were a pretty big part of the first game, with people in the hub world having posts above their heads and drawing posts becoming graffiti in multiplayer maps. they carried on the feature to the second game, but only the drawing aspect, text posts were removed. there's a community for the splatoon 2 "plaza posts" as well, but it's way smaller than miiverse obviously.

@@sep_timius but you don’t pay another 60 quid though…
Splatoon 2 posts still be wild
I think I hold the record for the longest going roleplay on Miiverse, called the FirstPrize RP. It was going on long before the redesign and kept going through tens of discussion pages. It helped me make a whole group of friends I'd never find otherwise. We joke about how awful Miiverse is but it truly had a good impact on thousands, myself included.
What was FirstPrize even ABOUT?!
I was too “old” for Miiverse but in the mid 2000s, AOL had its own thing also called Mii or Mee World or something and I feel like I’m the only person who remembers it
Was it wee world?? Taylor Riley did a video on it and it seems really similar time period
@@mxsmer weeworld had the 2d short avatars, idk about meez. weeworld was my shit back in the day lol (along with club penguin)
The fact that a site like this existed and I was allowed on it to talk about this kind of stuff with little to no monitoring from site moderators or my parents at 11-13 years old was insane.
i know a lot of people dont know miitomo, but me and my friends basically lived on it 😭 the photo editing was our favourite, we’d make at least one new post daily for at least half a year.. miss her sooo bad
"doin lines with jesus"
bro i miss it so much 😭 i thought the app was more popular i went to redownload it and once i found out it was gone i got sad asf it much such a fun app
Fun fact about the comment at 7:57 that is my friend Ryan! She’s a gay trans woman who does amazing art! She often jokes about this post saying that only one of the three things she said remains true LOL
if thats actually true thats really funny
That's amazing
Ngl I would have been completely content and happy if this video was entirely the section of you having different people reading all the posts, that was GOLDEN
15:27 I cannot believe how fucking hard I cried when I saw one of the designers for the game tweeting about it and THIS photo came up
You know things get bad when even world-famous Shigeru Miyamoto, the self-proclaimed dad of Mario and Luigi, has to play referee on his own app.
Apparently the person who posted the post about Luigi being hot is now a trans lesbian
Good for her

Ik I made a Midna mii because at the time, she was my high time obsession. I honestly miss it
This made me super nostalgic for Flipnote Hatena... you should totally do a video on that if its something you're interested in! I played it when i was 10 years old and now I'm pursuing an animation degree 🙃
The Art Academy community was so cool tho! So many amazing artists drawing on their WiiU
The Miiverse was my comfort zone for such a long time- It was the place that exposed me to social media in the first place.
I found my dearest friends on there who I am still in contact with and seeing all the cool artists still being active on other social media is just so amazing
I need a one hour slideshow of the most obscure miiverse post , I will watch it on repeat .
"My parents left me in Walmart please help me."
"I wish we had white ink."
"This game sucks. 10/10"
*insert cringe drawing of squid kids playing with blood instead of ink*
- my personal favorites from the Splatoon 1 Miiverse
I never thought I would ever see a Miiverse related video on Trending! Nice job!
The person who VA’ed for Emilio sounds so much like Shadow that I did a double take. It catches me off guard every time I watch this video 😂
