    After doing Hardcore+chest, I underestimated how hard an additional 20 min Tricep workout would be. I wanted to stop a couple of times, but powered through! Thank you Caroline for helping us to keep going and get stronger!!!

    I came across your page just before Christmas and can honestly say it’s changed my life! I feel so much better physically and mentally and can see changes in my body I never thought would happen. Exercise used to be a chore but now I look forward to your videos 😍

    Terrifying Triceps, that was not for the faint hearted, I could only manage with 6kg, still very effective and felt the 🔥! Kudos to anyone who matched Caroline’s weight!       Hi Geri...morning to you too! This was a little burner wasn't it!! I managed with 8 kg...except for some of the skull crushers where I had to go to 6 kg! I agree about yesterdays community post! Lots of interesting things to think about there. Sprinting sounds interesting...I was certainly planning to do some running and walking but hadn't thought about sprinting! Have a lovely day! Matthew

    Hi all, I just had to share with you lovely people! I just did the suggested 20mn sprint Caroline recommended, I would never have dreamed of doing this pre Caroline, it was absolutely super, really gave me a great adrenaline buzz! So guys my point is, if I can do it anyone of you amazing people can do it!! Thank you once again gorgeous lady! I definitely will find time to do this 3 times per week!! Go go go!!!! 🌹

      Hi Geri ! I really appreciate your sharing your positive experience with us ! What makes you say that if you can do it, we can do it too? I carried on running a bit during Epic I and I noticed that my newly developped glutes made things easier, but Caroline's leg workouts are sooo challenging, I often need two days to recover 😆.

      @@monikakaiser1643 Hi Melinda, hi Monika ! I've just finished day 33, followed by triceps...At the end, I thought, maybe I was just a tiny bit too ambitious today ? Then I did most of the abs workout 🤣, just leaving out the parts that were already in the core and chest workout, like sit-ups. Do you manage sit-ups easily ? Not so long ago I couldn't do them at all ! Enjoy the rest of your day !

      Melinda I did Chest first and then this, it was all a bit ouch 😳. Used 10kg DBs but as I say after the chest session it was tough. Those final pushups are torture, still loved it.

    It feels so good, after epic I & II, to now be able to perform multiple tricep push-ups... I used to be so weak in the triceps! Looking forward to this triset tricep workout to keep building that strength! Thank you, Caroline!

    Back from vacation and looking forward to this workout and the HIT from yesterday. And I will be walking my dog for an hour. Always good to get back to the routine. Even on vacation I checked in on the Caroline community daily. Now it's time to get to work.

      Hi Lucy...over the summer the uploads will always be 1 hour earlier as the clocks in UK have gone one hour forward. If you are in a place where the clocks don’t change then the uploads go an hour earlier. Matthew

    So powerful trisets and I am glad its upper body focused week and ready to smash epic heat of course! I want to say that Carolines workouts, epic 1 and 2 made me stronger and faster in running. I managed PBs at all distances and I think I owe it to these programs cause I didn't change so much at my running routine. Thank you so much ❤️

    Did this after row day of Epic 2. My arms have not felt so dead in, hmm, maybe five days. Cos that is when I did the "Dead Arms" workout:)
    I can just do some of these workouts ever so often cos they do not have as many push-ups, but the intensity is real! Thank You Caroline for providing so much variety 😊

      @@matthewalmond4688 Hi Mathew! OMG was that intense or was ut just me? My triceps were burning.. I had to drop at 60% from 7.5 to a 5 and that was still intense..
      Coming to the pushup section.. I did relatively good ranging 7-10 pushups in the 30 sec! Loved it..
      I didn’t do the chest day and still felt the heat!
      I instead went back to the strong and lean series!

    Did day 33 (chest trisets) followed by this new workout. Managed to do 195 push ups .... all done and pretty happy!😅😅😅 I absolutely loved this new one ... the trisets ... it was superb! Thank you so much, Caroline! That was awesome! Happy Monday!😃

    Thx you Caroline for make it so challenging. I did this Workout after the Hardcore and I really had to. Stop many times. Skullcrushers killed my arms. Good way to keep increasing the strength 💪🏼

    I'm not sure how I had the mental energy to do this after having already destroyed my shoulders in EPIC Heat Day 2, but I managed to power through. I used 6.5kg dumbbells for most of the workout; I had to change down from 7.5kg early on.
    And yes, Caroline looks gorgeous in that asymmetric sports bra! 😍

    Amazing sequencing, even the cobra pushups were a killer by the end of the workout! Used 6kg dumbbells and it was perfect to maintain good form while still getting a challenge 🔥
