I’m obsessed with Worth It! Dropped everything I was doing when their Vegan episode dropped lol
    .
    .
Side note, I have only been watching you for a couple months but I want you to know you’re doing beyond great! Depression/anxiety is not you but an attack on you from the enemy and I’ll be keeping you in prayer❤️ I struggled with it for a long time and am a suicide survivor and it is a battle you can overcome by His Grace. You’re a beautiful, strong lady✨ Thank you for being honest and vulnerable with us. Something I wish I could do so I admire you for that.

I have to say Sarah, I love that you make veganism so approachable. Though I’m not a vegan myself, I have started to eat more plant-based since watching your channel. Keep up with your “specific references” to certain tastes and food, they actually really resonate with my childhood and what I like as well. You’re doing a great job! ❤️

Tip for cleaning blenders: first rinse out the blender quickly under the tap, then add a bit of water and a squirt of soap, and blend the soapy water until the sides of the blender look clean. So much faster than washing by hand!

Awesome video Sarah, as usual! Tip on cleaning your Vitamix (pretty sure I got this from the Vitamix guide)... rinse it out immediately after use, then fill it with warm water and a few drops of dish soap, blend that for 30 seconds, then rinse again and tip upside down to let it air dry. Then it's ready to go for next time. So quick and easy.

Sarah's Vegan Kitchen...If you want killer leg muscle tone, go for the bike. Not hard on the joints compared to running. Just get the proper bike, learn to use the gears [very important]. Riding technic is everything. The seat is key...used to do bike touring, you'll find it's more enjoyable than running...then again that's just me, everyone has their own niche. Anyway, glad to see you're still working out.

My mom would make bread using a bread maker. I love that sound it makes when kneading the dough or whatever its doing, and it always smells amazing. She still makes banana bread pretty often, love it, but i never see the machine anymore or get the full experience of it. Oh and i would hate getting caught in the gym filming myself, idk why. I guess cause unless your like totally jacked (at least for guys), then its like what are filming even? Id say "what am i filming??" *goes away for 13 months "im filming This" *shows slightly transformed body to nobody..

Mic the vegan was pretty persuasive about bcaas and women's health. And the heavy metals in protein powders--scary. But I'm still using vegan smart shake powder. I have it I'm not going to waste it. A love all the Dave's killer breads, yum. I have a great vitamix but use a personal high speed blender I got at Aldi to make a smoothie because it keeps the serving size reasonable and it's much easier to clean. This was like hanging out with a friend, loved it.
