- Considering that the only way to improve on a sway bars is to increase the diameter, I would have to say that the one from Turner Motorsports is the best (at least for the f22 platform), especially that it runs right up against the subframe. Perhaps there is more room for a bigger bar in other BMWs, but the TMS Sway bars serves the m235i well.

Awesome content. You're a legend! 👍 Doing mods on my F22 keeps me appreciating my car and falling in love with it every time I take it out for that first 'post-mod' drive. Thanks! 👍
I really enjoy the content you've been putting out on your channel. For this video, I wanted to point out that your explanation of the lift and dip is not correct - when making a turn, the outside dips and inside lifts, contrary to what you said. Whenever you make a sharp turn, especially at higher speeds, you will feel that your body is being thrown the opposite direction of the turn. This effect, known as body roll or sway, is due to inertia rather than friction of the tires on the ground. Everything else you said about sway bars is on point! Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the correction and sharing with everyone. I really want to encourage everyone to learn and grow, which includes me. Thanks again and I'm happy you shared
Appreciate the video with the very detailed explanation.
Getting mine in a few days bro I’m so excited!!
Nice!! Please share how you like them once you break them in.
Thank you for the video, really insightful. Hope you make one about the difference you felt with the SPL tension struts and lower control arms
Thank you. Will do. Just waiting to see if I want to do the tie rod as well
Great. Audio sounds superb
Good to hear!
Awesome video
Glad you enjoyed it
The RUclips Shorts are a great idea!
Thanks for the input
I upgraded mine and immediately loved the response but hated the ride quality. Sway bars are basically stiffer springs that are linked wheel+wheel. You will feel more bumps in the road.
Can you make a short about what to watch out for when maintaining an n55?
No problem
Hey Fritz, I have a 2018 F32 440i xDrive with KW DDC coilovers. I am trying to determine what ARB to use as the car is daily driver and I am thinking H&R on the softest setting to remove any understeer and avoided too much loss in suspension independence...
I find a stock m235i rolls like a boat. I've decided to go with H&R sway bars and SuperPro adjustable end links. I've also decided to put in some SuperPro poly rearsubframe bushes to hopefully put some power down and remove the rear end squirm.
NICE! How would you rate those subframe bushings?
@@FritzRamos haven't installed it yet but will let you know how it affects NVH and grip.
@@icebear1935 Looking forward to it!
Did you install the bushings yet?
@@trapgodnah9022 yes, more planted at the rear but more NVH (mainly harshness) is the trade off.
Audio was great. Who was riding with you?
Thank you. My shy co-pilot
Your links for the sway bars aren't active.
Probably a bit late to comment this (but not for anyone reading) changing only the FRONT sway bar out for a stiffer one is TERRIBLE ADVICE, as this will introduce significantly more understeer in a platform already tuned from factory to understeer. Changing one sway bar OR the other is arguably the best and cheapest way to change the handling dynamics of a car, swapping the 15mm standard F22 rear bar out for one that's 19-20mm is one of the most significant things you can do to improve the balance of the F22 platform. Changing the front 23.5mm bar out for an even stiffer one and leaving the McDonalds straw at the rear alone is how you absolutely destroy the handling of this platform. But hey, at least the front is an easier job 🤷
True story
Question if you will... I have a stock M235, and the shop said my struts are leaking. I guess I need new ones. What do you use?

Here's my current setup and I love it. Got this helps
today i suddenly changed the lane and after my car get crazy sway. its new bmw 240i 2022. do you guys know why it happened? even car was very slow. maybe 20 mhp
Could be as some as something was on the road, possibly oil or something similarly slick. Car wise it could have been traction control. Worst case scenario, check your control arms and bushings. Hope that helps
Does it increase under steer?
Inevitably.
But it can be compensated by grippy tires like Michelin Pilot Sport 4S.
Audio was fine.
Thank you
What about comfort?
Sway bars don't have an impact on comfort
@@FritzRamos Nice
@@FritzRamos do all these mods with the arms etc work with the adaptive suspension?
@@bossi219 sure do!
