A new provider has to be laser-focussed on their nascent user group and treat them very well. I have now lost confidence in BYD, but am open to adjusting if they improve.

It hasn't been an issue for me. Tried to use it once, didn't work, so went down the road to an Evie charger. Which is cheaper anyway.
