Jet's first five game point total; 93 points. Exactly the same amount as last years' QB Wilson's total. No improvement. Rodgers averaging 6 yards per attempt. Lazard leads all receivers in drops. Why does anyone still listen to a single thing Rodgers has to say? I wouldn't believe him if his tongue was notarized. He's the Jerruh Jones of NFL players.
What was the point of getting Rodgers under the Jets if they barely played any games of the combo under their head coach before firing the head coach? This is unprofessional of The Jets. It was too early to let go of Saleh before seeing what more could be produced of Rodgers.
Man, it's wild how fast things can change in sports. Just a few months ago Saleh seemed like the right guy for the job. Gotta feel for him, but the NFL is a business. And those promos are just pure chaos, lol 😂. Let's see who they get next! 🏈
I like Pat McAfee and the guys a lot, but when it comes to Aaron Rogers he's just wrong. I get it that they are friends, but as talented as Aaron is, he has become a cancer for coaches to deal with.
I've been a Jets fan since they were the NY Titans in the early years of the AFL and couldn't afford to launder their uniforms. So I'm old and my once sharp memory is deteriorated. So I'll ask the question: Does anybody remember if a head coach of a team with high expectations entering the season being fired mid-season, and his replacement was able to take the team deep into the playoffs? Off hand I can't think of a coaching change like this one ever leading to anything dramatically better in the same season. I do believe the Jets will likely emerge as a tough team as the season progresses, with or without Saleh. If there is a coach on the team who could be justifiably fired it is probably Nathaniel Hackett. But it could be that he is too well liked on a personal level by Aaron and other players to be sent packing now. I see some issues with Saleh too. He doesn't seem to have an aggressive coaching style/demeanor or charisma for leadership, but the AFC East is suddenly the NFL's Least when they were supposed to be one of the most competitive divisions. The Jets with Saleh would have more chance than all but Buffalo to win the division, and Buffalo may enter a period of free fall here.
Yeah man of course Aaron is going to come out and say “yeah I went behind his back and got him fired.” 😂 Come on, be serious, we all know what he’s going to say.
As an old, long time Bills fan, we have always highly respected the Jets. We can also relate to some of the things they have going on now. 8( Wishing Jets fans best of luck getting what they need/want for the future! Peace --gary
Ulbrich has been a HC in training for some time. Broke Hawaii school record for single season total tackles. 10 years in NFL all with 49ers. Coached linebackers at UCLA. Coached under Pete Carroll in Seattle. D coordinator for Atlanta and NY Jets. Fierce competitor. He will fit the role nicely.
The only message Ulbrich needs to deliver to Rodgers is this: You're an employee just like I am, you're 40 not 25 and the only thing I want from you is that you tow, the EFFING, line.
Why did Saleh called out Rogers on cadence...something he has no clue about as a defensive coach. That's where it all started. Even Belichek commented on how stupid it was for a head coach to do that publicly after a loss
Just in time for the Pat Rodgers show!! 4:15 - "was it Coach Saleh's fault"? "Was it the offenses fault"? "What do they do with the rest of the season"? Never heard the words "Was it Aaron Rodgers' fault? No bias here. 🤢🤮
Let's not pretend Saleh was a good HC or had a good tenure with the Jets. Firing him MAYBE solves a few issues like lack of accountability and no gameplanning, but this should've been done either before this season or after. Firing an HC creates more issues as well, which are only then exacerbated when its done midseason. But my main issue is that the things he is at fault for are SO far down the list of priorities, and not all problems are solved by firing people (except for Hackett he needs to go). Also when has letting one player have this level of influence ever worked out

I’ve never worked for the jets before but any company I ever worked for, if a boss fires someone it is because that someone is not pleasing the boss, NOT because an employee below the person being fired says so.
Pat recapping the game without mentioning Rodgers' 3 INTs 😭
We’re two plays away from 4-1. Not saying Saleh was great, or even decent, but this is kinda lame. They also had to do this now bc they’re gonna beat the Bills on Monday, Saleh beat them at MetLife the last 2 years and then how do you fire the coach of a first place team.
Bro you guys just suck, have sucked forever, and will continue to suck for a long time.
Certain teams have a curse type thing going on and the Jets are definitely one of them.
You're never 2 plays from 4-1.
Also a few plays away from 1-4. They almost lost to the Titans lol

Didn’t Rodgers say on Sunday that the most important thing is that we stick together because nobody else believes in the Jets right now? 2 days later his HC gets fired. I’m sure Rodgers didn’t do much to back him.

Jets: 2-3, "Fire the coach!"
Colts: 2-3 and losing to the only winless team left in the league, "We have complete faith in our coaches. We like our guys."
Not sure which is worse tbh.
Now do Cleveland lol
Jets had expectations. Colts are still building.
jets werent wrong to fire salah. Rodgers might be done but either way Salah isnt the guy . They should be desperately trying to get Belicheck in that building
Colts being 2-3 seems where they should be
Indy's coach is 11-11. Jets coach is 20-36. Indy's QB is out. Their backup (who Saleh had and couldn't get him to move the offense) put up 34 points and looked good. The Jets have their QB and have 26 points in the last two games.
@richardprescott5939 the kicker lost the last game for the jets no Salah. The jets should be 3-3 right now, which is like half of the leagues standing, not like they're 0-5 or something
What a NYJets move🤣🤣🤣
Just saw the Aaron interview Wed at 12:10. Woody called Aaron just to check up on him? Haha. I remember my boss going around "checking" up on people when he needed to fire someone and calling everyone asking what do they think of a certain person. If Aaron wanted Saleh back, he would have put in a good word for him. Aaron is the ultimate sociopath.
Jet's first five game point total; 93 points. Exactly the same amount as last years' QB Wilson's total. No improvement. Rodgers averaging 6 yards per attempt. Lazard leads all receivers in drops. It is the offense not the defense. Good news. AFC East is terrible. All teams making live game management mistakes causing losses. One game separates leader from rest; Bills 3-2, Dolphins / Jets 2-3 Patriots 1-4. Hope is eternal.
...Saleh got bloody
Hammer Dahned across
the pond, Love.
Now fire the real problem. RODGERS!!!
You can't right now but you can get rid of saleh
That's the real problem 😂😂. You Rodgers haters are weirdos. I've rarely seen anything like it. The real problem, maybe get an offensive line, maybe make btr in game adjustments, maybe the HOF player isn't the "real" problem 😂😂
@stevenp25100 He do not deserve to be fired and the fact that people is blaming Robert Saleh is insane. He didn't draft Zach Wilson. In his first year with the Jets, the Jets went 7-10 I believe and what has everyone saying at the time. They was saying if the Jets had a quarterback better than Zach Wilson or just a Hall of Fame quarterback way from the Jets really good, the Jets would be making the playoffs and would be Super Bowl contenders. That was everyone was saying at that time so the Jets traded for Aaron Rodgers and everyone was like, okay the Jets have a Hall of Fame quarterback in Aaron Rodgers, the Jets are gonna make the playoffs and they could be Super Bowl contenders and then last year, Week 1, only 4 plays in, Aaron Rodgers tears his Achilles and it went from the Jets are gonna make the playoffs and be Super Bowl contenders to like damn we're back to square one with freaking Zach Wilson at quarterback and the Jets had no chance in making the playoffs with Zach Wilson and then coming to this season, Aaron Rodgers knew he missed the whole season last year and instead of building that chemistry the players, he didn't show up for mandatory camp, mini camp, OTAs, or any other offseson activity and didn't play in the preseason. So basically Robert Saleh only had Aaron Rodgers for only 5 games and he gets fired and all the blame goes to him. Hell nah, Aaron Rodgers got him fired and besides, how does Robert Saleh getting fired fix the offense. I mean if there's anyone that should had been fired, it should had been Nathaniel Hackett for hos terrible play calling and he's only there because Aaron Rodgers brought him over just like how Nathaniel Hackett got the head coach for the Broncos a couple of years ago because of Aaron Rodgers. Robert Saleh didn't deserve to be fired. The dude had no chance to succeed with the Jets
@@Kings0424 hes 20-36
His defense isn't good. You have no argument
The jets problem is Nathaniel Hackett
No its Aaron Rogers

GM Rogers fires head coach lol
Rodgers*
Will be interesting to hear what the defensive players think about this. They were playing at a high level.
Hackett needs to go too 🤷🏾♂️
Holdon yall expect a coach who went 20-36 to turn it around,Weres Aladdin an the Magic Lamp😂😅😂
Lol Pat going to do his best to spin this for Aaron
Why is this guy imitating Steven A Smith 😂???
fired for wearing a Lebanese flag is the real reason!
No one on the MSM wants to say it but its the most likely truth
Shocker … after that non-hug I knew it was a wrap like a Christmas gift
Absolutely the dumest thing the jets could do
Man, it's wild how fast things can change in sports. Just a few months ago Saleh seemed like the right guy for the job. Gotta feel for him, but the NFL is a business. And those promos are just pure chaos, lol 😂. Let's see who they get next! 🏈
PAT IF YOU HAVE ANY BALLS YOU WILL CALL OUT RODGERS ON YOUR SHOW!!
The Rodgers curse lives!
British ambassador woody Johnson didn’t like losing in the UK.
With his coach wearing a 🇱🇧 flag patch either
Do Zac Taylor next
Ahh yes because Saleh threw 3 picks on Sunday 💀
Yeah man of course Aaron is going to come out and say “yeah I went behind his back and got him fired.” 😂 Come on, be serious, we all know what he’s going to say.
This show doesn’t want to talk about Baker Mayfield because Pat doesn’t like him.
This show will however kneel and bow to whatever A-Rod says
Why do you think Pat doesn’t like Mayfield? Real question no sarcasm as I haven’t watched Pat for very long
Y’all are protecting Rodgers, cut the crap. He threw his coach under the bus
Us Bengals fans are waiting for this video for Zac Taylor
Wait until the Giants send them back to cincy in pieces then you'll see it
Once I saw Zac Taylor miss that kick in the bengals game, I knew he was cooked
THE NEW JERSEY KAARONS 😂
About time they fired him.
Jets Brass watching Darnold go 5-0...probably has more to do with the inability of your coach to develop players
Aaron might not hate Saleh, but he definitely doesn’t like him. Rodgers definitely has the keys to the kingdom, he brought in Hackett, Lazard, etc.
Kaaron talked to the manager.
Other teams are worse off ? 5 weeks with Aaron does that 😮
As an old, long time Bills fan, we have always highly respected the Jets. We can also relate to some of the things they have going on now. 8( Wishing Jets fans best of luck getting what they need/want for the future! Peace --gary
I see when they talked about the game in London. They didn't mention Aaron throwing that pick to lose the game. 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
it should of been holding in the first place so shouldn’t of even been a pick
It was a holding and Williams didn't turn his head soon enough. He shoulda looked for the ball and been in position. That wasn't on Rodgers.
@@Loepfe7 it was definitely holding and if williams turns for the ball and try’s to play the ball it would of been PI

Pretender Rodgers stunk the field, but always put blame on others. That pretender caused 2 coaches fired.

Not much he can do with a qb that yeets the ball to the other team on a 1st and 10

Sorry saleh but it was a matter of time tbh and it really wasn’t just him.. the whole offensive staff needs a reset
Nobody thinks it’s cuz he wore the Lebanon flag after Israel attacked them?
In New York of all places...terrible business decision
So the defense is the problem?
Because the only problem I see with the Jets it's the offense
Let's not pretend Saleh was a good HC or had a good tenure with the Jets. Firing him MAYBE solves a few issues like lack of accountability and no gameplanning, but this should've been done either before this season or after. Firing an HC creates more issues as well, which are only then exacerbated when its done midseason. But my main issue is that the things he is at fault for are SO far down the list of priorities, and not all problems are solved by firing people (except for Hackett he needs to go). Also when has letting one player have this level of influence ever worked out
McAfee bias towards Rodgers???? Nooooo color me shocked
Aaron's been really open about disrespecting Saleh. Pat's turning in to a joke. You cant keep it real 99% of the time and keep peoples respect Pat.
Good job covering for your meal ticket, Pat.
