    I suffered from my heart and many symptoms like I couldn’t sleep and stress doctors couldn’t identify my problem they told me you have blood pressure with hypokinesia in heart they gave many of drugs but never became ok until I remember that dr berg was talking about salt deficiency then I discovered that my wife didn’t put salt in my food and salad to protect me from high blood pressure but the result was the opposite, after I took some hymalaya salt I became ok within 30 minutes, a little quantity of salt is very important, thank dr berg for saving my life again ❤️

    Wow, Ive been taking Dr Bergs electrolytes but one glass a day with a coffee in the morning...I know Ive not been drinking enough but over Xmas I ended up in hospital (15hr wait in a chair) with low BP and strange ecg readings! Had arythmias and artrial flutters. Could hear my pulse and feel it. I was dizzy after standing and wobbly walking around. The doctors didnt know what was wrong even after tests. Told me to stop keto and eat "normally" saying I need to eat carbs! They sent me home and still the symptoms persisted. Now this video has explained a lot. Ive since had a glass of pink-salt water and I feel so much better. So I am guessing the high potasiuum due to low sodium was causing ecg spikes...now symptoms all gone! My pee was dark so clearly I was dehydrated too! Thank you Dr Berg. (Viewer from England!)

    I normally run at 115 -130 over 75-85 BP but one day I was at 98 over 80 and felt weak and not great,I've concluded that stress and forgetting sodium for a few weeks (extra sodium) was the cause.
    Among other symptoms were, belching, acid reflux, chest pain and abdominal cramps.

    Interesting article,
    Just a few months ago one of my relatives was having major fatigue issues and it was all that he could do to remain upright,
    He was extremely weak and dizzy;
    I was surprised to learn that he was salt deficient;
    Blew my mind away;
    Especially since all I ever hear out of the medical community is how bad salt is for the human body;
    So my relatives fix was extremely simple,
    He started taking salt/ mineral supplements,
    Plus he started to eat lots of salty foods;
    And he had lost a good amount of weight over the period of a few years,
    So no problem with him eating just about anything,
    But he’s doing fine now;
    Definitely some interesting stuffs;
    Many thanks for your videos,

    Peace and have a good life 👍

      chinookvalley I believe that,
      My understanding is that the various Sea salts that are sold from most stores are very good for one’s diet,
      Because of all those trace minerals??:
      I’ve heard about the Himalayan salts that were either pink or green??;
      Not sure if there’s any taste differences in the various colors or not??;
      The taste benefit interest me the most;
      However my understanding is that the typical table salts have silicon dioxides in them ,
      And also a low grade iodine that depletes one’s body of various allergens, that leads to outer health issues??;
      I’m not a scientist,
      I just play one on television,
      Oh brother 😎

    For most of my life, I had low blood pressure. So low they wouldn't take it when I went to donate it. And during that time I was limiting the amount of salt I was taking in BECAUSE of the ADVICE of the Major Media citing DOCTORS. At 75 years of age, I developed A-Fib and the meds gave me HIGH blood pressure. I quit all meds AGAINST DOCTOR'S ADVICE and began a program of nutritional supplementation....along with research into health and nutrition. One of the first things I did was to eat all the salt my heart desired. It isn't all that much because I had not been eating it for a long time....this time I am using Pink Sea Salt from the Medeteranian Sea. My research led me to securing a Self secured Education NO COLLEGE seems willing to provide no matter what the cost. I learned more about the MEDICAL profession and its subsidiary, BIG PHARMA than I ever wanted to know.
    Now, at 80 years of age, blood pressure normal, NO diabetes, I am recovering from the first flu shot of my existence because the moment I got it I started coughing my head and lungs off, my allergies returned in full force (due to the assault on my immune system of the mercury and aluminum in flu shots) even when I had not taken my benedryl for months before the flu shot.....AND I became breathless just like I was getting out of the hospital. BUT months later, I am gaining the ground that flu shot cost me in my rebuilding health profile...AT 80! It's never too late , apparantly.
    I am so happy that more and more People are catching on to the LIES told by any organization that is under the thumb of the globalist government and its AGENDA of making billions of dollars off the Human Family being given BAD ADVICE on every issue under the sun. I have been called a "health nut" among the least pjoritive terms I have heard like 'hypochondriac'. or 'psycho' when I speak of my opinion of Alopathic Doctors in general and the whole Rockefeller Medical Profession specifically.

    Our bodies lose sodium and magnesium easily. But we hold on to calcium for some reason. I've heard the theory that we came from the sea where sodium and magnesium where plentiful. I think mag is the second most abundant mineral in sea water. And calcium would've been rare. So we tend to hold on to calcium more than the other minerals.

    Absolutely right. I do Keto and Intermittent Fasting and at the end of the IF cycle, when I’m getting hungry I put a drop of water on my finger and I put some LoSalt (66% Kaliumchloride, 33% Natriumchloride) on it so it sticks to my finger. I then consume it and bang, the hunger is gone instantaneously. All the dizziness is gone in one go. I might need to repeat it, sometimes 2, 3 times. I must admit I drink a lot of water all day long. Anybody has the same experience or effect?

    Funny enough I was doing too MUCH salt on my keto diet and ended up with Minier’s disease, my inner ear fluid was severly imbalanced which causes fullness, ringing, and clicking/popping, sodium triggers it and I have cut sodium out to heal it which has worked, but as soon as I have a salt meal my ears flare up. Sad, I miss salt and I miss my morning bacon!

    I had a problem with himalayan salt so switched to Maldon sea salt 6g a day in 1.5 litre of water which i drink throughout the day. I also salted my food well. Wondering why I am sweating too much (perimenopause maybe?) and last night I woke up and needed more salt (feelings of craving and my ankles hurt). So it seems I need more than 6g at the moment (on keto diet).

    i add a pinch of salt to every other liter of water. im really good self regulating, i feel how my body works, if i need to compensate with water i'll do that, if i drink too much plain water ill consume salt. its crucial for excersise or long hikes during hot summer days. i actually watched a boot camp documentary where one young man was forced to withdraw because he fainted probably due to lack of salt. they where sweating a lot, and replenishing fluids but this stuff isnt taught so he got dizzy and passed out. he was heart broken because it was his only chance at becoming a ranger or whatever they called it, it was Europe. weve been told to avoid sodium but the facts are clear that along with replenishing large amounts of water you also need to replenish your salt.

    Can you do a video (if you haven’t already) about MSG - I just watched a video from ‘Sauce Stache’ channel that said because MSG occurs naturally in food that there’s no issue with it. However I find it hard to believe. I think synthetic MSG is unhealthy.

      @@fan1008 Processed sugar and juice yes but fruit and berries are not so dangerous if you dont consume extreme amounts. Fytic acid and starchy processed foods like chips also seems to give cavaties.

      Xylitol kills the bacteria that produces acid. Chewing that throughout the day can drastically reduce cavities.

      I never drank sodas, but got much cavity anyway. I have a friend who live on sweets - he has no cavity. I can understand the idea that sodas affect the body, of course, but it's harder to see the logic that drinking sodas will affect the teeth - the cola hardly touch the teeth, and certainly only in a very short time - as we drink the cola we swallow it. I believe sugar does no good for us, but I find it hard to understand that sugars in drinks can be a problem for the teeth. I would assume sugar in food we chew, would be a problem for the teeth. Would be nice if Dr. Berg could dive more into the subject of dental cavity.

      Adrenal issues cause major cavities. It's not always from extensive sugar or carb intake. After a woman gives birth, this can put excessive amount of pressure on the system and tax the adrenal and deplete minerals. I had to have 4 teeth removed when my first child was 4 months old. After my second was born, I had major adrenal issues and suddenly 3 cavities and many others starting. The dentist insulted me by saying, you must be eating candy all day, every day! I wasn't, I was eating vegetables and meat mostly, some healthy wheat free bread, some fruit. Mostly health food. It was because of my adrenals. I had to show him Dr. Berg`s book to prove that this is the case!! Adrenal issues cause cavities!!!

    What are your thoughts on adrenal insufficiency and intermittent fasting?! If your adrenals aren’t working properly and not regulating your body, fasting sounds like it would further weaken them and be possibly dangerous.

    My brother, a Registered Nurse, worked for several years in mental hospitals. Some patients would drink excessively if allowed. He told of patients that had to be guarded from drinking out of toilets, mop buckets, even their own urine. People have DIED from this disorder! Needless to say that there were NO drinking fountains and liquids were rationed for this particular community.

    Hello, I have been complaining for 5 - 6 years, several symptoms, including: nasal congestion and white phlegm coming out of the throat, and the descent of drops of urine after urination, and complain of forgetfulness, and gosh look, all these symptoms are inherent to me and on a daily basis and permanent, I am 23 years old, longitudinal 180 centimeters, weight 70 kg, single. I have taken treatments for cystitis for a long time but for the benefit of them, and also dealt with treatments for allergic rhinitis but as soon as they left symptoms return, I want an appropriate diagnosis of my case, with guidance for tests that can be diagnosed with the cause, and I want a definitive solution, with thanks and appreciation and love to you.
