I can’t get this thing to work . I got the software going. It’s connected. I’m sending files. They start to print and nothing just a dripping from the plate . The plate dips into resin, then pulls out of tub then starts to make mechanical noises going up and down with it just dripping into tub. Machine just doesn’t work right if anyone can help me out here please help.
I'm deciding between the Mars 4 Ultra and the Mars 5 (base model). I want the Mars 5 Ultra for its features, but it's unavailable in my country. Is the Mars 5's auto-leveling system a game-changer for a beginner, or should I stick with the Mars 4 Ultra?
Good day, I'm calling to inquire a little bit more information about this and really all resin printers. I scored a brand new one of these for a hundred and eighty eight dollars canadian yesterday at a liquidator brand new. How severe are the fumes and vocs? I am mildly familiar filament printers I have A ender three v two That was gifted to me. I soon realized it wasn't what I needed. I play. D and d and other Nerdy stuff. I've gotten mini's down Pretty good with the ender, but they're a nightmare to clean up half the time they break.
They are toxic. Full stop. Don't operate the printer without good ventilation and even when I've got mine vented well I still wear a mask. Most people don't wear eye protection. Do. I've had resin prints fall off the plate into the vat and splash resin everywhere. Resin also heats up in uv light. A lot. So make sure it's not on your skin when you go outside. I realized I had some on my arm when my arm felt like it was on fire. All that said, resin printing is very rewarding.
@davetriesthis Literally haven't done anything with it yet.Except for taking it out of the box still have to purchase wash cure station and resin I will probably reuse my enclosure from my Ender and get an amazon air purifier To throw in there as well, most likely won't have everything up and running for another couple months budget wise.

It really is a game changer. Wait for that to become available. I'm working on a video on it.
Which Resin did you use?
Elegoo sends resin when they send a printer so I used their 8k.
