      I'm sure he learned the science of movements too, that's why he could transfer the in-depth knowledge so well. I have a coach for myself, but for some of the techniques that my coach shows me (not to compare training skill, mine is still a good coach). I couldn't get my head around it until I watch and understand Coach Han's sharing, it helps me change my mindset and actually help me to improve my skills a lot.

    1. Legs -> waist -> lower back -> elbow -> wrist
    1b. wrist movement is explained earlier in the video
    2. Start the next movement before the previous movement has completed: otherwise acceleration is impacted
    3. Legs are important but lower back is the most powerful part of your swing 6:28

    정말 멋진 영상입니다. 허리, 팔꿈치, 손목 순서로 사용해야 한다는 것은 다른 채널의 영상에서도 많이 봤지만 각 단계가 순서대로 이루어지면서 중첩이 되고 마지막에 모든 단계의 힘이 응축된다는 설명이 정말 무릎을 탁 치게 하는 설명이네요.

    이런 영상 너무 좋습니다! 저는 허리 어깨 팔꿈치 손목 관절을 기어 장치라고 생각합니다. 큰 기어는 천천히 돌아가지만 나중에 작은 기어는 굉장히 빠른 속도로 돌 수 있지요. 그리고 힘이 전달되면서 힘의 방향도 바뀌죠. 라켓을 휘두르는 건 결국 손목인데 그 손목 회전력을 높이기 위해서 어깨가 회전하고 어깨 회전력을 높이기 위해서 허리가 회전, 거기에 추진력을 주기 위해 점프. 이렇게 거꾸로 생각해보는 것도 재밌더라구요.

    Movement of the hip can be triggered by showing the heel of your front foot to your opponent (toe to the ground) and then snapping it back, hence ending with the tip foreward. Often seen in womans single badminton, what is a demo/tutorial for technique as they rely less on brute force.

    • @xyzbesixdouze
      @xyzbesixdouze 4 месяца назад +1

      If there is a lack of hip movement, then often the front foot is planted on the ground with the tip foreward. if you look a the coach weight isn't planted on the front foot, but shifts from front to back to front.

    Thank you very much. Can I have some questions ?
    1. Can it be applied to the back-hand shot (drive, clear) ?
    2. Depend on the tutorial, how can I have a stronger smash ? Shall I do the 1-2-3 swing faster ?

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  5 месяцев назад +2

      1. Of course. In particular, amateurs' backhand clearing is often late. This is because the timing of the racket head departure is not known.
      2. This is not a tutorial for strong smashes. To achieve a strong smash, the amount of practice is important, not the method. There is no shortcut.
      good luck :-)

    I got a question about buying a racket,
    Im a intermediate player, plays mixed doubles (boy), im more of all rounded player, flex: i think i can handle medium-flex at most, prefer head light balance
    4u-5u weight.
    Im thinking buying yonex nanoflare 800 game or yonex nanoflare 700 racket, can’t really decide which, if there are other rackets you can recommend please recommend them.

      70% 700
      30% 800
      700 is more advantageous for drive shots and defense. 800 is also good for single matches.
