Coach Han does it again! Teaching his avid overseas students what isn't taught else where. I usually hit the back hand with more force than shown here but I Believe it's a combination of intense rally that I need to be in defensive to catch it as there's not enough time to go round the head forehand. But there's definitely times that I'm hitting at the wrong timing as explained here, that 0.1 sec chance for sweet spot hit means a lot between mid court and back line clear 😊
Thank you. We often get confused about the minute timing. But what we must remember is that the racket shaft bends. In order to utilize that power, you must utilize the moment ‘just before’.
I play double, everytime I try to backhand, the shuttle is already close to me hence I can't swing due to shuttle is too close with my body. Maybe I'm stepping too much to the side, do I need to just rotate my body or what? Sorry if this question doesn't make sense. lol
Moving the body/feet faster the racket is a common issue. Coach Han has some videos showing that. If you film your game you should be able to see it. Also if it’s close to body then round the head is a better option. Above all the more you play/practice your response will get faster. I also try to hit myself shown in the video but when it comes to game situation it’s not easy to replicate the same shot.
Aaah make sense. It just sometimes it is difficult to do overhead shot because shuttle is already too low. But hey like they said, practice makes perfect!
Backhand clearing involves tracking and hitting a location where it is already too late. If the shuttlecock is close to your body, take a round swing or start one hour later. When you start to see a shuttlecock from the other side, count 'one, two' and start. Results will vary.

Make students do by themselves. Wow. Real mind for education.

Coach Han did it so smooth as usual. But when we do it, feel so hard to understand even we try and error so many times 🤣
He's been swinging for 40 years. we are...?
What string and tension is he using with his racket?
Can u be hired? 😆. Another great video. Thank you.

the grip is normal forehand grip?
I think a forehand grip would push the shuttle out of the court. A bevel grip would be more appropriate for a better direction.
whatever. it's not important in this issue :-)
How tension racquret string for beginner and midldle
around 25-26 lbs maybe?🙂
Thank you
Why can't we do it 🥺🙈🙈🙈😂😂😂
we got hits :-)
I can't do it 🥲
you got this :-)
👍👍👍💐💐💐

잘생깄다
내가 봐도 점점 잘생겨지는듯...
The title should've been "At what moment do I SQUEEZE the grip?"
Answer: At the impact
thank you so much. but my answer is 'Before impact' 😆
@@full-swing oh yeah, my bad. it's the momentum just before the impact
