    Such a timely video, it helps with what I'm struggling with now. That the hitting point is where the racket head is with an outstretched arm.
    When playing matches, my body hasn't yet accepted that the racket is a part of me, an extension of the arm. But with many more slow practise swings I will learn it!
    Thank you for the informative and entertaining videos!

    I found the best way to practice this is to stand next to a wall to practice, that I need to raise my elbow to hit, to prevent my elbow hitting the wall

    Great video as always!
    Have you guys any video on positioning? My coach always tell me to chase to position not the shuttlecock. Which sometimes i still fail to do cause impatient
    I think it'll also be a nice video

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  3 месяца назад +2

      Great question.
      Positioning? It's experience and training, not skills, but..
      Nobody know where the shuttlecock will arrive. Of course, the most optimized position would be great, but it's not always possible. Something that can be changed. Something that can't be changed. Check the order yourself. Usually, it's advantageous to be as consistent as possible for small joints, joints close to the racket(wrist, fingers, shoulder). On the other hand, the step, knee, waist, etc. are variable.
      This is my answer.

    코치님... 저도 머리로는 이해하지만 자꾸만 먼저 튀어나가는 손목이 통제가 아니됩니다 ㅠㅠ

      Footwork is important in singles matches. The stroke is more accurate and longer than the double match.

    타점에 대한 좋은 영상입니다. 강추합니다. 5분 50초 ~ 6분 20초 쇼츠 나오면 도움이 많이 될 듯합니다.

      열심히 해보는 것도 중요하지만, 열심히 본인의 모습을 관찰하려는 의지가 필요합니다. 본인의 모습을 확인하지 않고 라켓만 휘두른다면 채점없이 시험만 보는 셈이거든요. 휴대폰 카메라로 본인의 모습을 관찰해보세요. 도움이 됩니다.
