I started playing again and I tried using this technique for the past few months. It's a game changer and feels more natural + more power. If only I knew this when I first started 12 years ago maybe I would have had a chance against the top players in my province 😅
I feel bad for this guy. I have the same issue, the movement is more or less right but the smash is weak. The timing and overall explosivity required is very hard to perfect. I'm going to try to apply the coach's advice. Thanks a lot

When your arms are extended about 90%, the racket and shuttlecock should meet. :-)
