It is good to understand theoretically, but the best way to learn is to learn visually. You will improve your skills by frequently comparing yourself to your figure and correcting your posture.
Really good technique help me to improve my smash now i only realize why sometime i cant smash accurately and my smash power is split because of my bad posture.
