“Pain Free” ~ Pete Egoscue, PT. I’ve been doing these exercises for 20 years. This supported Cactus Pose is a life saver. It repositions my spine, relieves back shoulder neck pain, improves my gait and healed my year long plantar fasciitis within a week. I crawled to the bathroom every morning for a year till I started doing the back “E-cises”. The foot Egoscue e-cises didn’t help. I switched to the back because of low back pain. Healed the plantar fasciitis within a week of that year long pain. I’m glad this RUclips channel is available.

I had the idea that I wanted to create a series of follow-along videos that consist of the fundamental routines that I think most people can benefit from. That was the idea that motivated me to create these Posture Workout videos!
