I’m sorry truly to tell you, that not ALL people will enter into the kingdom of heaven as you say. He did die on the cross for our sins but only those who believe and have faith that Jesus Christ is the only son of the father and that he is the way to eternal life, and one repents of their sins and builds a relationship with the Lord… then they will enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 7:21-23 "Not everyone who says to me 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven..." "Not everyone who says to me 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven.”
Firstly, perhaps the Olympics should stick to sports and ditch the pomp and circumstance, not to mention the social commentary. Secondly, if one doesn't like the complete waste of time the opening/closing ceremony is, perhaps one should change the channel, turn off the television, or walk away. Thirdly, perhaps one should stop and think. From whence did the Olympics come. Ancient Rome? Maybe, just maybe, this ridiculous whatever-the-heck-it-was was more of a shout out to ancient Rome than a basardization of da Vinci's basardization of the Last Supper. In other other words, perhaps it really isn't about you and you need to untwist your knickers.
