That was shocking. It was unexpected...well...err...I mean, it was expected, just that when it happened was unexpected.

It's like they took the Dane Cook routine about the creepy co-worker who you talk to and buy a Snickers for so he'll spare you when he shoots up the office, and then played it serious lol

This is one of my favorite scenes because it shows how Arthur doesn't kill people who don't deserve it. Also the comedy when Gary gets spooked by him and disgusted by Randall's body is hilarious and realistic.

Judging by the comments, this movie is like an attractive light for sociopaths and edgy stupid teenagers.
If you are trying to decide if a person "deserves" to be killed, you are not okay and your worldview is completely broken.

I do agree that a lot of teenagers do miss the point of the movie and over idolize say Joker and Harley Quinn even for that manner.
This movie I believe is a depiction that yes "our world" plays a role in creating the monsters of our world...BUT
Accountability does fall on the individual themselves. Being bullied or mistreated isn't a reason to become a monster let's say "mass shooters"..... their faults lie on themselves.
Was it right how they were treated? No, but others don't deserve the mental trauma "or life lost" that comes with their actions which they believe is justified in their head.

Watched this again for the first time in years, always thought it was savage, but then remembering those horrible comments he made to the dwarf just moments before, I felt yeah he probably deserved it.

These guys man, Arthur greets them in full clown makeup with no shirt on smoking a cigarette after they KNOW he’s got mental problems and he locks the door behind them…I don’t understand why they didn’t see the signs. Why they didn’t run.

This is how I imagine an Arrowverse version of this set after the 8th episode of the 3rd season of Flash
Barry is in his apartment preparing for his appearance in Cisco's talk show, somebody rings the door bell, Barry opens the door and sees Diggle and Felicity
    Felicity: hey Barry
    Barry: Oh hi! Come in!
    Diggle and Felicity come in
Diggle: what are you doing Barry?
Barry: Iris died of her injuries. I'm really depressed. The dominator war was really awful
Felicity: yeah we heard. We came here to cheer you up. We're really sorry
Diggle: listen Barry. The police came to my house yesterday to ask me about Sara, Ray and Mick's murder. They asked me if they had a problem with someone before they died and I told them you had a fight with them for changing the timeline
Barry: they deserved to die. They had no right to be angry. It's their fault Iris died. If they hadn't been unfairly angry at me I would've wanted to fight with them
Diggle: No Barry! They did have the right to be angry! You erased my daughter! [he calms down] I'm sorry Barry. It's just the dominator war was really hard on me and the killings of Sara, Ray and Mick kind of made me lose my mind
Barry: yeah I understand. You're my friend. I forgive you
    Diggle: thank you Barry
Barry: but you're just like the rest of the world. You son of a...!
Barry stabs Diggle in the neck with his hand and then stabs him in the left eye
    Diggle: AHHHHHH!!!!!!
Felicity: NOOOOO!!!!!! STOP IT!!!!!! STOP IT!!!!!!
Barry starts to smash Diggle's head against the wall
Barry: I DIDN'T ERASE YOUR DAUGHTER ON PURPOSE!!!! WHY THE HELL IS THAT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND????!!!!
Barry smashes Diggle's head a few more times, Diggle dies and Felicity cries with horror
Felicity: WHY DID YOU DO THAT FOR BARRY????!!!!
Barry: do you watch Cisco's show? The idiot who turned the whole world against me invited me. I'm gonna get my revenge on him tonight
Felicity: I'm sorry that you went through all of this Barry but what you did was awful!
Barry: Oh I'm sorry Felicity. I didn't mean to scare you. You can leave. I won't hurt you
Barry opens the door and Felicity walks in front of the door
Barry: You've always been nice to me Felicity. You never turned against me when I changed the timeline
Barry kisses Felicity in the cheek and Felicity leaves
