  • Ayesha's Kitchen - AK presents Easy Kuta Bhuna Gosht (Eid Special) Recipe.
    This recipe is burst with flavors yet requires just a handful of spices. It's versatile too - pair it with some creamy Raita and Roti for a satisfying meal, or serve it alongside your favorite Sabzi and Roti for a wholesome dining experience.
    Ingredients:
    Beef Fillets or pieces (Gosht) - 1/2 Kg (Beef should be soft or you can use under cut Beef)
    Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste) - 1 Tbsp
    Salt (Namak) - 1 Tsp full or as per taste
    Meat Tenderizer (Kachri Powder) - 1 Tsp
    Crushed Black Pepper (Kuti v Kali Mirch) - 1 Tsp
    Crushed Coriander (Kuta wa Dhania) - 1 Tbsp full
    Red Chilli Crushed (Kuti v lal Mirch) - 3/4 Tbsp
    Allspice Powder (Garam Masala Powder) - 1 Tsp
    Oil (Tail) - 1/2 Cup
    Onion Rings (Pyaaz) - 1 Big
    Green Chillies Thick (Moti Hari Mirch) - 2, Remove seeds and finely slice
    Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) - For Garnish (Optional)
