    Whole Spice (Sabut Masala):
    Clove (Laung) - 5
    Black Cardamom (Bari Elaichi) - 2
    Black Peppercorns (Sabut Kali Mirch) - 25
    Cinamon Sticks (Darchini) - 2 small
    Bay Leave (Tez Path) - 1 Big
    Dried Red Chilli (Sokhi Lal Mirch) - 4
    Beef Mince (Qeema) - 1 Kg
    Cumin Seeds (Sabut Zeera) - 1 Tsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste) - 2 Tbsp Full
    Salt (Namak) - 1 Tsp Full or as per taste
    Tomatoes (Timator) - 4 crushed and without skin
    Crushed Coriander Seed (Sabut Dhania) - 1 Tbsp
    Crushed Red Chilli (Kuti v Mirch) - 3/4 Tbsp
    Cumin Powder (Zeera Powder) - 1 Tsp
    Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) - 1 Tsp
    Yogurt (Dahi) - 1 Cup
    Bihari Kabab Masala - 2 Tbsp Full
    Brown Pyaaz (Brista) - 3 medium size onions
    Oil (Tail) - 3/4 Cup
    Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) - 1 Tbsp crushed
    Whole Spice Powder (Gram Masala Powder) - 1 Tsp
    Vinegar (Sirka) - 2 Tbsp
    Coriander (Hara Dhania) and Mint leaves (Podina) - For Garnish
    Thick Green Chillies (Moti Hari Mirch) - 2 without seeds
    Ginger sliced (Adrak) - 1 Tbsp
    Onions (Pyaaz) - 2 medium onions, Cut in ring shape
    Charcoal (Koila) - For Smoke (Optional)
