You know what? I'm slimmer than ever before thanks to your ideas. While yes I have been trying to eat healthy before, I know that I'm gonna crave the cookies, pizza, cheesecake, burgers, etc. So, why not just make them into healthy versions? When I've been doing that, I just no longer craved the original unhealthy versions. Been seeing the number on the scale decrease and veins popping out on my legs, torso, upper arms. Thanks! You rule!
With high protein baking knowledge you see what REM always do for a nice disadvantage: He uses basic whey and here isolate. That bakes like shit and you see this by the texture here. REM tries to cut the fork deep dive out... :) Man, just use a whey/casein blend or eg. a blend of whey/casein/vegan. But I really like to watch your vids and do my adjustments if i try the recipe.

you just need to eat higher calorie foods, trust me when i started my bulk i made the mistake of eating thoise recipes sure tasted good but i was too full at the end of the day

Becasue butter is higher calorie. But, as you said, it's healthier. So just use 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of butter he uses and add the rest in a milk or water.
@@JohnCenaWarriorPrincess you seem to forget the amount he used is whats necessary for the recipe. "Just use real butter but less" is ridiculous to say especially on a fitness recipe channel.
