    60g vanilla protein powder
    30g flour
    20g peanut powder
    10g coconut flour
    7g zero sugar pudding mix
    10g sweetener
    1/2tsp baking powder
    pinch salt
    1 egg
    130g FF greek yogurt
    15g light butter
    15g sugar free syrup
    14g choc chips
    17-20m at 350 degrees

    Also a cool substitute: instead of chocolate chips, I like to chop up a Gatsby bar and add that. It's half the calories of normal chocolate, so I can add twice the amount! Lovin the recipe

    You know what? I'm slimmer than ever before thanks to your ideas. While yes I have been trying to eat healthy before, I know that I'm gonna crave the cookies, pizza, cheesecake, burgers, etc. So, why not just make them into healthy versions? When I've been doing that, I just no longer craved the original unhealthy versions. Been seeing the number on the scale decrease and veins popping out on my legs, torso, upper arms. Thanks! You rule!

    With high protein baking knowledge you see what REM always do for a nice disadvantage: He uses basic whey and here isolate. That bakes like shit and you see this by the texture here. REM tries to cut the fork deep dive out... :)
    Man, just use a whey/casein blend or eg. a blend of whey/casein/vegan.
    But I really like to watch your vids and do my adjustments if i try the recipe.

    I like the recipes, but I don’t need to lose weight, I am already underweight. I need to gain weight. Will these recipes still work for that?

      you just need to eat higher calorie foods, trust me when i started my bulk i made the mistake of eating thoise recipes sure tasted good but i was too full at the end of the day

    What's the cast-iron skillet? Got a good recommendation? Finding decent cast-iron is hard.

      Better for you how? Also its lower in calories by using it and not butter thats super calorie dense

      Becasue butter is higher calorie. But, as you said, it's healthier. So just use 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of butter he uses and add the rest in a milk or water.

      @@JohnCenaWarriorPrincess you seem to forget the amount he used is whats necessary for the recipe. "Just use real butter but less" is ridiculous to say especially on a fitness recipe channel.

      @@metalhead4ever69 fitness Channel telling you to use fake food over real food now thats really crazy. If fitness is only about looking good then have at it but if it's about being in better shape and being healthier or rather eating foods that benefit the body then whipped seed oil ain't it my friend.
