I make 2 pizzas for breakfast. Use a carb balance tortilla, turkey pepperoni, no sugar marinara, no fat mozzarella oregano and sea salt. 600 calories and 70g of protein. Keeps me full for 5 hours comfortably (it's a lot of food)
Nice! Those tortillas are great! I also use the Mission carb balance tortillas (whole wheat version) as low carb tortilla chips. I cut them then I spray them with either no stick spray or with canola or olive oil in a spray bottle then I air fry them until light brown.
When I started following your channel I weighed 260pounds. I am at 238 lbs and haven't even stepped a foot into a gym or exercised at any level. I just use the recipes you show us. I make sure to weigh everything and stay in my calorie limit and get my protein goal in for the day and the weight simply falls off. Thank you for everything.
It's crazy how you and Coach Greg are basically doing the same thing but approach is so different. I like your style and he's admittedly won me over too.. it does warm my heart having seen videos that you two actually do get along. All the best to you brother... let's do itttttt harder than last time!
This is great RJF I tend to make nutrition complicated and often times not follow what I set out to do. This is easy to pick up each day and plan ahead and really are the same macros I need to follow. Thanks bro
Bro this is a great video. Most of us are working like crazy and you breaking down these healthy - high protein meals is gold. Great editing and summary.
Love it, I have been looking for some easy ideas and I think that adding in those Birds Eye bags is going to be great for me. I wanted to add that I take my chicken before I throw it in the air fryer and "dry brine" it by adding salt on the outside of it and let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins to an hour, i find it makes a big difference on the chicken in the air fryer for no real extra effort.
Thank you rem as a fellow truck driver that is over the road it’s so hard to lose weight I hope this works for me as I have crossed over the pre diabetic line and need to get better for my kids I’m 6ft5 and 450lbs and it’s getting harder to wanna be active and not feel like I’m gonna die
My brothers are truck drivers. Much respect for you! You can buy a hot lunch box you just plug in. So many great options now adays, pre- packaged ready to go rice, veg, and meat. Wrap it In foil and viola you can have a hot tasty meal. Just carry some spices with ya. You got this!
Bro, I love what you are doing and it is all good, but I would love to know what gear you take in addition to the good eating and hard working out.... as you and I know, but most of the public doesnt know, this is the true game changer... peds!
love the content, can i suggest when you do a recipe video post the page number in the cookbook. i cant tell you the countless time ive spent tryna figure out which goes to which. thnaks
Thank you Rem for everything. But where exactly you find those steam fresh meals? I probably visited 10 supermarkets, I can’t find them. Not even on Amazon. Please advise. Thanks 🙏
I would LOVE more simple plans like this. I have the cookbook and have made plans, but some weeks I just want something simple like this. I'm probably going to follow this plan for a week or two, swap back to cookbook, etc. More simple plans would be amazing and a game changer. Thanks Rem!
Remington!!! I just drove all the way to GNC to pick up the death by peanut butter! So yummy! Trying to get my hands on triple chocolate wasted! When will those be back in stock?
Could you do a full plan that just requieres a microwave and a toaster? I currently live in a catered uni so in order to finish my macros for the day those are the only cooking methods I got. It would be really helpful if you do🙏
As a type 2 diabetic that controls glucose strictly by diet, id love to see this in a low carb version. So easy to get some pretty good tasting food. But it is about 120 grams of carbs higher than my upper limit.
I’m conducting an experiment. I’ve always done a gram per pound of body weight but for the next 3 months I’m not going to track protein, just calories. I want to see the difference
Man I’ve never thought of this. I went and bought several of these packages and paired one with chicken breast very tasty and super convenient! Great idea!
Everytime I watch a food video I think how awesome it looks and fall in love with the calories and macros. But then I try to find some of the ingredients in the Canadian Grocery stores only to realize you can't get a lot of this stuff here. And it sucks
The Lewis 35 calorie bread is available at Walmart and is pretty good, you should try it! And it's pretty dang cheap... It's really helped me with my diet. Also, do you pay much attention to cholesterol or nah?
Great advice but as somebody who in last year lost 50lbs and is about 8-10lbs away from 6 pack abs again after like 30 years I think for most people the carbs are WAAAY too high. What really works for me is warrior diet fast 20 hours a day and then low carb, lower fat and high protein easy 1-2 lbs of fat loss per week when you workout most days and avoid alcohol. I think with this many carbs stubborn fat loss people would barely lose 1/2 lb a week and get discouraged and say screw it. For most people far lower carb is way to go and might as well get carbs in smoothie at night with blueberries or other healthier sources OR right after heavy weight training not nearly as damaging.
Gonna eat the air fryer steak tonight while recovering from surgery. Two birds one stone baby. I’m sticking with my diet and making my doctor happy eating protein for healing.
What about the folks that workout in the early mornings, work long hour jobs & dont get home until about 8 pm. Im talking about working out at 4:30 am, at work, by 8 am.
I think the reason why, is because lot of these anabolic recipes that people make are extraordinarily time consuming. Like some recipes legit take an hour to make and use a bunch of different equipment, which adds to the clean up time.
Yea that's true. For me cooking is natural. I'm the main chef of the family so I love being in the kitchen. But I work 6 days a week so it's all about meal prep. Iv found if I dedicate good 3 to 4 hours my day off Sunday I am good to go food wise and that keeps me on track financially too. To me the trade off is worth it but I know that's not the case for every individual.
I make 2 pizzas for breakfast. Use a carb balance tortilla, turkey pepperoni, no sugar marinara, no fat mozzarella oregano and sea salt. 600 calories and 70g of protein. Keeps me full for 5 hours comfortably (it's a lot of food)
Pizza all day and everyday

Great video. Just had the s’mores anabar. Very good
❤❤❤❤ I hope you and your business is ok in Houston!!
Bro the intro is me to the T! I even got your books months ago. I use my food scale currently to weigh my snakes. 😂
The spray butter is oil. Oil has calories. Just letting people who don’t know - it does add calories, so use it wisely.
A little over a calorie per spray
The quick shade on quest bars was crazy but i have to agree they are too chewy 😂
I feel like this video is gonna be a hit 🎉
This video deserves a lot of views.
I love your stuff! Ever since cooking your meals, been having issues keepinh my pants up, needed a belt. Just wish Anabars would ship to Japan. ._.

But have meals for my macros ❤ Thanks 🙏
Your grilled egg and cheese sandwich is my favorite meal---eating it at breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Boom! :)
My simplest meal plan:
Breakfast: Steak
Lunch: Steak
Dinner: Steak
Bank account: “Negative balance”
@@pheniox1578 Right? Like 15-25 per meal, x3, per day?! what....!?
You must be a Swanson
@@benzanino What’s a Swanson?

it's technically not zero calorie butter spray. The label says zero, but it's that if u spray it one pump worth . great video as always. thanks

@@waynegraham7608 meal prep is different though. I’m talking about just the anabolic recipes like anabolic protein pancakes.
I tried the Ana bar death by peanut butter and they are awesome
More diet plan videos like this one!
What about the sodium content? Is that of concern? Love the easiness of these meals
I'm gluten intolerant. What would you replace the Marinara spaghetti?
What tracker do you use? Can you do videos like this for women?
