I am having an issue it's not a registry script and I copied and pasted - any advice I really hate the system 11 fonts and why did this make this hard most people hate the default settings provided

You skipped a step. How did you go to Notepad and copy/paste? Where did you get copy the file to past there?

my new font only applied partially, "win menu", calendar and settings menu and a lot of other native menus do not show my new font, including welcoming screen, it kept segoe ui

BE CAREFUL DOING THIS!
It can mess with your taskbar search function.
The code trick does not work on my machines and it can damage the registry. I hate the font change. Microsoft sucks cold moldy bricks.

Nothing changes. Not a damn thing. I even tried copying out all the extra lines of fonts styles the third time:
