There's some missing points on your end:
    1- upgradability
2- variety of choices 300$-5000$ laptops
Also as an engineer it's literally not an option since 80%+ of the software I need isn't even available on Mac.

The Dell XPS 15 is no slouch, and there are very few options, if any, that will give you a better, smoother Windows experience. Windows feels like it was made for developers and technicians and MacOS always feels like it was made for... people.
And I'm someone who has used Windows almost exclusively. But there are things which are hard to deny. In terms of pure, uninterrupted and joyful interaction with your laptop, Macs are just... better.

Not to discredit it as it is a great computer in itself, but you are kinda pigeonholed to 1 option. The Dell is something I would never choose as my option, and others might. I think you missed an extremely important point here, which is upgradability.
I replaced the battery on my 5 year old Dell XPS 15, and it is basically all new.
If you are someone who likes some tinkering, you can also upgrade the ram, ssd, wifi card, do repasting and undervolting.
I did all that in addition to switching to a linux operating system, and my laptop is performing much better than a new/stock laptop.
Edit: Some have pointed out that you can also upgrade on a MacBook, and you are absolutely right!
Though for my XPS 15 and other Windows laptops, switching batteries is very simple and I paid about 60€ for a 97Wh battery.
Another point is also that you can set the charging limit to say 75% which preserves its life expectancy even more. I am not sure if it is possible on a Mac though..
At the end of the day I think both laptops are amazing, it just depends on what you value more :)

I think repairability should also be an important factor. Apple is soldering SSDs and locking sensors and doing all kinds of shenanigans which make repairs either a nightmare, or so cost prohibitive that buying a replacement becomes a viable option.
Perhaps not very important for those who can afford to buy two $1600 laptops, but most consumers don't have that kind of money, and people often tend to go over-budget with laptops because "Its an investment, it will last many years".

MacOS has a wonderful thing called SIP (System Integrity Protection). All system files are on a read only partition and cannot be modified. Not even by root. So your system will likely never become corrupt. Malware Bytes can removed the vast majority of malware on MacOS. And by default, MacOS won't even open an application if it isn't signed by Apple. And if you want to bypass that, the OS will still complain until you right-click and then click Open on the application. And on top of all this, if software wants to gain access to your files, you have to explicitly allow it. In Photoshop, if I save a file to a folder, then I get a pop up from the OS saying "Photoshop wants access to XYZ Folder, allow/deny". All of this is of course moot if someone finds a kernel level exploit, or some kind of exploit in the OS to gain system rights. Although, again, Apple has auto-patching of the system if they gain wind of an exploit like this. Once a fix is made, your machine will be patched right away, making you safe from it.

Honestly, the Mac vs Windows laptop depends a lot of type of workflow. By that i mean that if your work usually involves the same general task, with very minimal or no need for alternative software in the future, then if mac has it and you are already in the ecosystem, the discussion is practically over.
However, when you have a workflow that involves a lot of new tools and experimenting constantly, you'd want that assured compatibility that windows offers, so you don't one day find out it doesn't work on your mac.
That being said, I can't help but notice that you pitch this comparison for editing purposes, but then pivot to analyze stuff that's not really related to that, like the webcam. So you keep alternating between a pro user view and average joe one.
And on that point, i find this comparison to have an Identity crisis, cause you're essentially comparing a device that has both its hardware and software from the same source to another where the OS is from Microsoft but the hardware is from Dell. And then bring up points of optimisation of OS on said device. I get the intention, but at this point you're not really genuinely comparing the devices themselves, but stating the obvious, that something will be more optimised if done by the same people.
In all honesty, i feel this should have been with a Mac OS vs Windows comparison, analyzing the actual systems alone, OR have the Mac go against, at the very least, a Microsoft laptop, to at least have the possibility of comparing from the same starting line (referring to OS and Hardware being handled by same entity).
I usually love your style of focusing on user experience a lot in your videos, but i feel that benefits more phones, where UX is arguably the biggest part of it. Because when it comes to laptops or computers in general, UX takes a step back for anyone who plans to use them for more than just the average office suite apps and net browsing, as at that point it's less about the UX of laptop itself and more about the capabilities of said apps. What i mean is, essentially, that you can't compare laptops in the same way you do phones, simply stating surface level stuff regarding the spec sheet and then just UX. Stuff like thermals, upgradability, none of which were addressed, are important.
Now I don't mean nor want/expect you to go full Linus Tech Tips on analysing individual components. That's not my point. But things like:
-presenting just one benchmark alone in regards to overall performance, when there's cases of some being overly optimised for Intel architecture, therefore may seem unfair to the Mac. (It can even be unfair for windows with an AMD CPU)
    - 0 mention of thermals, which is, arguably, one of the most important points for a laptop as that determines whether you'll even be able to use your system regardless of how optimised it is. I think this matters more than how loud or silent it is.
-if we're talking video editing, actual export times
Lack of these in a laptop match-up, even for general users, it makes it seem disingenuous in both directions, and I know you're not that kind of tech reviewer.
    Awaiting the next video. Cheers!

It's just that I felt he tried too much to apply the strategy of reviewing one product category to another without really taking into account that they require entirely different standards. In the sense that the average user of a laptop is way more technologically apt, and therefore has expectations of things beyond looking and feeling nice, than the average user for a phone, simply due to the more complex nature of a laptop.
In a more extrapolate sense, it'd be like if JerryRigEverything, who started making videos related to cars here and there would go and test the durability of a screen the car has in the center console, to see how it scratches, for example, cause he does that for phones. It's not as relevant in the grand scheme of things. Or, in the opposite direction, a RUclipsr reviewing a car and not once mentioning fuel consumption, in the same way this video, for some reason, avoided the topic of temperatures and high sustained load.

When considering Windows laptops, it's important to note that the Dell XPS 15 isn't the only option available. For example, Framework Laptops have a modular design that allows for individual components to be upgraded, such as RAM, storage, and even the CPU. This feature extends the lifespan of the laptop and keeps it current with the latest technology, giving it an advantage over Macs which are notoriously difficult to upgrade. In addition to its modular design, Framework is dedicated to sustainability and reducing electronic waste. They also offer a transparent supply chain, which is uncommon in the tech industry. While Macs have their strengths, the flexibility, sustainability, and transparency of Framework Laptops make them a compelling choice.

One very important factor for me is upgradeability/repairability. Today's Macs have everything soldered in and paired, even the SSD, which is a component that wears out with use over time. On a Mac you're screwed if the SSD fails, whereas on pretty much every other laptop you can just buy another M.2 SSD and replace it easily by yourself. I want a device that I actually own, not one where every component is soldered and paired, and the manufacturer is actively trying to prevent me from repairing it or doing whatever else I want to do on my own device.
EDIT: This is why Framework's offerings are very appealing to me. If they're available in my region by the time I need my next upgrade, I'm buying one!

Compatibility is a major factor, not just in software: As a windows user, I always found it easy to connect my device to beamers, smartboards, various sticks, cables and devices to exchange data with. Whereas with Apple, it's always a gamble and most of the time, I would have to install a specific programme on each device to allow data transfer, have a specific adapter which may not even work and be prepared to not be able to execute the programme. Essentially, Windows and Android can both simulate Apple and work with any device; vice-versa not so much.

Edit: GUYS OMG ITS A JOKE 😂 Did you think Arun would let the invisibility thing go in his video lmao
A couple things I’ve noticed on the editing
Biggest one is the text for me, mainly the font. It’s now comic sans which is more of a meme font, whereas it used to stand out in the video, be more aesthetically pleasing colour wise and use plain white translucent for the meme text
There’s also a couple of odd transitions like the star one towards the start of the video. There’s also not much visual stuff, it’s more minimalist, removing the counter and timer. When showcasing the editing at around the 14 minute mark, there were some odd choices, the pixelation and an odd clip of a frame at 14:53, just looked a bit strange to me, especially with the gradient on the side
At 0:24 the invisibility thing didn’t work at all imo, it looked a bit clunky, given the screen on the plate shot didn’t match the colour and the shoulder is still visible. Also didn’t really see the point of that. Can also still see Jozef in the back after receiving the mac which looked a bit awkward but that’s not part of the editing

My freind has had her 2010 macbook pro since it was released and it has been really good to her besides the battery (which is to be expected) The hardware itself doesn't seem to be an issue (although modern macbooks have some pretty nasty anti repair tactics- see Hugh Jeffreys channel) its more the software updates they receive, and security, compatibility, and software operatization degrading over time. What forced her to upgrade was her photo editing platforms no longer being supported on her older mac. With windows you can just keep upgrading until your hardware simply can't run the OS smoothly anymore.

Want to use a 3rd party mouse with your Mac? You can forget about using the middle mouse button or the forward/back buttons unless you buy Logitech and install their software or special utilities. Game controllers, headsets, etc. There are many little quirks like that with peripherals and applications that you just don't realize until you get one. - no comparison of work in corporate networks,
    - no comparison of work in multi-user mode (work account and personal account),
    - the claim of resistance to hacking is very dubious,

In fact, the whole choice lies in the task: you need a beautiful laptop for sitting in a cafe - a Macbook, you need a working tool - any good laptop on Windows/Linux

I gotta say, Josef did a pretty good job editing his first video! I liked how he tried to recreate the same style.

We have both in our house. The desktop is a mac, we have iPhones and my wife uses an iPad. My laptop is a HP windows machine. I like the stability of apple products etc. but find that some types of software like microsoft products don't always translate things well, some types of applications don't really have much in the way of choice for mac but lots for windows. In my experience I say look at what you want the machine to do and pick the platform that has the apps.

The title of the video is very misleading, it should rather be mac book vs Dell xps or you should specifically talk about the software side
