This is sooooooooooo crazy and BRILLIANT! All of this time I've been buying it off the shelves WITH all of the preservatives (DUH). Thank you for sharing. I've subscribed!
I have two questions: 1. what may happens if I don't bake the almonds? I mean, just use them like that after I rinse them. 2. Can I use wheatbucket flour instead of grain for the seeds butter?
your almond butter won't taste as good if you don't roast your almonds, roasting helps to bring more nut flavor out of any nut. if you don't want to turn your oven on you can toast the nuts in a dry pan for a couple of minutes until they start to smell nutty. the only problem with this method is that you have to have the nuts in a single layer so you will probably need to do this in batches (however, this way is amazing for a garnish or something like that, if you need a small amount). hope this helps!
The almond butter I did in a food processor for variety. It does depend on what one you have - I wouldn't do it with a not very powerful one as could just break it
Thank you for posting. Took more like 15 minutes to make the cashew nut butter. It came out so creamy and smooth. Definitely prefer it homemade!!!

Wait, how does the coconut get so runny without water if it’s dehydrated? Unless it isn’t .
It's just the oils - it becomes a liquid. I don't think fresh coconut with all that water would actually go runny like this :)
Can I not roast the sunflower seeds ?
Great video
Thank you :D
Amazing
what blender do you use
Look like a Nutribullet mixer
Do the cashews need to be roasted?
Will it work in a food processor ?

Some don't look appetizing.. add a bit healthy oil to smooth them out
