I am planning to try this right now. Let's see how it goes for me.
Update: I could make delicious peanut butter. Here are some points to remember though:
    1. It didn't take 1 minute but approx 35min.
    Roasting: 20min in lowest fame.
    Cooling: 10 min
    Blending: 5 min
    2. It really doesn't matter if you have a good blender or premium quality peanuts or not.
Blender used: 8yrs old (blades are old)
    Peanuts: Regular ones.
    3. What really worked?
Roasting Peanuts in a very low flame with continuously stirring it till it returned golden brown.
Note : There wasn't a single black spot on my peanuts at the end. Also no peanut had white colour on it. It all turned beautiful golden brown.
    4. The blender does turn hot after blending for 2-3 minutes. At this point stop and wait for a minute to cool it down a bit before you continue. This is good for your blender's health as well.
    5. Add salt and honey when your peanuts are little crumbled. Adding at this stage will let it mix uniformly.
Enjoy! :) Thank you for the recipe Ma'am. :)

I wonder why would people be so stupid to believe something so crazy like butter being in Peanut butter..... Wait maybe it's because it is called PEANUT BUTTER. If I could I would recommend you for a nobel price since you were not fooled by this. Have a happy life and please also reconsider your life's choices.

Thanks for your videos! In my case I don’t have such a powerful grinder so I do add a small quantity of ghee and small amount of powdered jaggery and that supplements my not as powerful grinder also giving certain peanuts 🥜 mildly grinded for a crunchy taste. The ghee also helps to preserve.
