  • Dr Smith with the Stone Canyon Eye Show discusses the possibility of getting rid of eye floaters naturally by using new natural remedy based on findings from a recent study on eye floaters going away after eating pineapple. By eating a certain amount of pineapple per day, you may be able to reduce or even eliminate eye floaters that cause cobweb like or worm like stringy shadows that we see throughout the day especially in daylight or bright light conditions. Watch this video to find out what this study says and the amount of pineapple needed per day to possibly get rid of those annoying eye floaters.

    So far it’s working for me. I’ve been eating a cup of fresh pineapple everyday for a week now and I’m seeing less floaters already. I also eat 1 raw carrot, 4 stalks of celery, 1 cup of papaya, and 1 whole mango everyday. I ditched all my other daily supplements/multivitamins except for 600mg calcium/D3 tablet and 1 tsp of Norwegian Cod Liver oil. My eyes are definitely much much better now! I hope this helps others!

      Pineapple is the only thing that changing the floaters but it can make it worst or making floaters moving more and this is more annoying be careful.. floaters with alot of people sink in the bottom of the eye or stop moving so brain remove it from the sight final pic no need to take drugs or vitamins for I have one big floater four months ago but with days I feel it don't appear much and become more grey not black like before

    I have a huge, horrible ocular floater after my cataract surgery. My quality of life has gone down because of it.

    • @doctorsmith
      @doctorsmith  2 года назад +1

      Ya a lot of people notice their floaters more after cataract surgery because their ability to see contrast goes up. Sometimes we have collagen or connective tissue floating around near the inside back wall of the eye and we don’t notice it because the cloudy lens (cataract) near the front half of the eye is scattering light and making it hard for us to notice. Then after cataract surgery all of a sudden we notice them way more. They are annoying for sure.

    I started with this challenge 10 days ago, and the only 1 thing i noticed since then, it's that my floaters seems faster than before. I have 1 in my right eye that it was outside of my central vision and now is more on the central vision and moves a lot. Same in my left eye, i had one similar to a wave and i noticed it a coples of time when i move my eyes fast, and now i notice it more than before. So, idk if continue or no

    • @doctorsmith
      @doctorsmith  2 года назад +3

      Ya they can begin to mover faster with time as the gel inside our eye liquifies over time. If you notice a lot more you should consider seeing your eye doctor about it just to make sure it’s just eye floaters and not anything else of concern.

    I'm 19. I have -3.5 spherical and -2 cylindrical number in both eye. I notices some floators in my left eye since past 10 days. They are always moving around. The good thing is that I only notices it in sunlight. I don't notices it indoor in led light even if the led is bright. My doctor have suggested me diluted fundus test.
    Could you please answer my few question--
    -do floators increases with time
    -is there any chance of there disappears with time
    -would they come in my right eye too
    -do they have any relation with screen time.

    • @doctorsmith
      @doctorsmith  Год назад +2

      Great questions! They usually increase over time and even can show up larger. After that they often times settle out of view and only show up once and a while. If the larger ones later in life never go away, laser floater removal may help them settle out of view. They will most likely come into the right eye with time. Especially the larger ones later in life. Not sure if screen time would cause them to progress faster or not.
