    Cut out all sugar and carbs from your diet. This is an auto immune deficiency. The carnivore diet has saved my life, and can save yours too. Take omega-3, Sea moss, vitamin d3, Zinc, Elderberry, magnesium. Stop drinking coffee & alcohol. If you smoke stop that immediately. Exercise and drink lots of water. If anything all of this will put your symptoms in remission so they will not get worse. You’ll feel 100 times better overall the floaters will decrease dramatically. This is what has worked for me. 🙏

    I’m 5 days with stye (hordeolum) on my right lower eyelid. It got swollen and red after pool water got inside it. been using breastmilk as eye drops twice a day, cleaning my eyes with liquid baby soap/shampoo every time it’s itchy or clumpy. It popped yesterday after I applied warm compress of boiled egg wrapped in a paper towel, (I eat the egg afterwards 😅) Now the pus is draining, with blood sometimes. And I’m sensitive to the light of big screen of TV, not to my phone screen though thank God. But it’s not as tender, sore and warm as before since the pus is already draining out. I hope to God it will go away already because of its discomfort. I did not take any pain reliever tho. Just probiotics supplements and Vitamin C. I bought over the counter eye drops for red and irritated eyes but I think it doesn’t really work unlike the breastmilk, so I stashed it away. I also sleep a lot since I limit myself to screen time. It’s just so annoying to wake up with crusty eyes from the dried pus. I wash my eyes and face with warm water and liquid baby soap/shampoo. I also avoid meat now because it can worsen my inflammation. I drink turmeric latte twice a day for its anti-inflammatory properties. I may be low on vitamin A so I should have that pumpkin soup I’ve been wanting to have. Also need to eat carrots. After all vitamin A and beta carotene are good for the eyes. 7 days update: the pus is all gone and it’s not tender anymore. It is healing and I stopped putting breastmilk and boiled egg warm compress on it. I just blink when it gets itchy at times and try my best not to rub it as I’m afraid I might touch it with dirty hands. That’s why I’ve been washing my hands constantly, clean freaking. I’m also back to my skincare routine as I have stopped when my stye was really swelling. I am incorporating aloe vera for its antibacterial and wound healing properties. I massage it around my eyelids. more things I learned - eyelid massage with dry q-tip by Dr. Andy Rosenfarb - dry eyes moisturizing eye drops to help with the drainage of the debris by Dr. Noonci - if you have diabetes and high cholesterol, more chance of getting stye - adults are more prone to styes because they have more oil in their glands - IPL is the fastest way to get rid of styes by Eye School with Dr. D - it takes 7 days or more for it to start healing - people with stye have significantly Vitamin A and D deficiency by Dr. Eric Berg - take Zinc vitamins to boost immune system. Zinc is needed for vitamin A absorption - wipe sliced raw garlic on top of the infected eyelid by Dr. Eric Berg - use clean hands around your eyes always

    she is literally touching the pathway of the facial nerve to the orbicularis oculi so my guess is that a branch of the facial nerve serving that region has something wrong with it (entrapped, chemical assault, too thin, poor blood supply). When she massages the pathway, function is restored. Similar to percussional maintenance in electronics when wires are loose, but in this case to relieve the nerve/mechanically forcing action potentials.

    I use biofinity energys, and they work great for me. My first ever pair of contact lenses. I just got them about last month and they are very good for what I do. I'm a very active cyclist, putting about 30+ miles a week commuting to work, and around 10hrs/week just riding around for enjoyment. These contacts stayed in my eyes pretty well even with wind, and I'm also on my phone alot at night learning off RUclips or doing reasearch on things. These are great for me and I really don't even feel them at all. It feels like I have normal vision like I used to when I was younger, and I absolutely love it and I am NEVER going back to glasses as my daily eyesight.

    • @bluemootang3239
      @bluemootang3239 3 месяца назад

      Not to mention the energys are rated for a couple days of wearing, I don't wear them like that but it's comforting to know I won't get brain damage from accidentally falling asleep in them.

      @@doctorsmith it took about a week or less to go away. I did treat it with stye ointment by applying it on it with a Q-tip. On top of this I did apply a warm wet compress as much as I could daily. However I do notice that even weeks later, there remains a tiny pink dot on the lid. There is much itching on the inner outside corner of the eyelid too.
