Like the changes, but would also like to see more of the process of building the updated version. Like what parts where used step by step. Maybe like an proper instruction.
Thanks, yeah I know but I just didn’t have time this week. Ideally I would redo the whole build to make it stronger and fix the gaps in the wheel arches, and the back window.
I was blown away by this 2pack. It felt like speed champions really stepped up. Some really Fun build. With that being said, I’m not really a Mercedes’ fan and the fenders of the truck felt very amateurish to me.
Can you upload the stop by step tutorial please? These improvements solve my main issues with the car and it would look even better than it already is with these improvements.
And to increase the ground clearance by a little, you can remove some of the black plates from the bottom of the car. I have done that and the car is still quite sturdy.
Yeah it was a lot of deconstruction and reconstruction on this one. I haven't done a step by step yet as i was going to try and improve on the changes i made. I will most likely get back to it later in the year.
@@TheBrickChannel-j9k yip, i removed everything i could without it coming apart to increase the ground clearance. There is now a brick height clearance.
I could not believe how lego messed up this boxy car... this should have been an easy job The whole construction needs improvement to get the right proportions.
Indeed, Sometimes the speed champions team try to make it more complex than necessary. I would like to have all the cars in roughly the same scale especially when you have quite different cars like this one otherwise it just looks wrong compared to the others.
good try but you need to go out of comfort zone y mod the audi and the ferrari and now are less front and in the doors more short keep the colors and design
Sorry I havent had time yet. I will try and go back to this one and make it stronger. I will try and do a rebuild video of the end result. if i have enough time i will also make digital instructions

Great changes! I think your modifications make it look much better! Especially the hood
Thanks, still needs more development and once I get something suitable I will can the back window

Yes it’s quite a step up compared to the other June releases.
I think i like the way it looks now, i was blown away when they leaked the set lol
Yes great set, bit too big compared to the rest of the speed champions though
@@speedybrick understandable i won't complain
Thank you! I was waiting for this!
Your welcome 😉
Be interesting to see what comes out next, will they make a speed champions Land Rover as well that would be nice
@speedybrick Actually it would be nice! A new and old Defender 🔥

@@speedybrick I look forward to it
I was wishing you would do something like this!! 👍💯🔥
Thanks appreciate your support
Looks good to me but think I will leave mine how it is
Thanks, good choice the Lego designers did a great job, lots of nice techniques used.

It still looks cool though
@@TheBrickChannel-j9k indeed it has some really nice elements
Honestly a mod that would make the car smaller would solve it all the whole car is like 3x over sized
Basically a complete rebuild, you’re probably right.
When the scale and foundation of the the build if all wrong in thr first place, there is not much you can do to improve it I think.
True, sometimes you just need to start again
Do you think black was the right colour? I think a white with black highlights would've made it better, great foxes thought bravo 👏
Not sure, most of the G wagons I see are black. Thanks
I would have love to see a vibrant blue G Wagon.

Thanks, I couldn’t find the actual dimensions of the Audi as it’s different from the standard S1, so left it as it is. Which Ferrari do you mean?
@@speedybrick ferrari 812 if you like i send you pictures to the email adress in your profile (not virus)
Will you do a tutorial?
