Owen Shroyer, an InfoWars host and sometimes reporter who is a frequent guest on the Alex Jones Show, testifies during Jones' defamation damages trial at the Travis County Courthouse, July 29, 2022, in Austin, Texas. Infowars host Owen Shroyer, who promoted baseless claims of 2020 election fraud on the far-right internet platform, pleaded guilty on Friday, June 23, 2023, to joining the mob of Donald Trump supporters who rioted at the U.S. Capitol. All he says is "if you're not hurting anyone you should be able to do what you want." Of course he says it in that wishy washy manner, with an upward inflection like he's asking a question.
What he doesn't understand is that while you don't have to think they should make a law banning something, it doesn't mean you are free of holding a personal opinion about it. A person can think that something should be legal while still thinking that it's morally reprehensible.
Every time he gives the libertarian view it sounds like he had to look up what that opinion should be first. He holds the positions BECAUSE they're the libertarian view, not because the libertarian view lines up with his own belief: because he holds no real belief.

If anything black people get far more leniency. How many of these cases of murderers have we seen where they have a list of pages and pages and pages of felonies before the age of 25 period I could promise you as a middle-aged white man if I ever committed a crime no matter what the circumstances they would throw the book at me and lock me away and throw away the key.
