I just gotta say, this video is AMAZING and so informative!!!! I really enjoyed this video because I am a curly hair specialist in Grand Rapids, MI and this is exactly what I tell my clients to do. Everything starts with a well balance diet, eating your vitamins, drinking water, taking care of your body because it is all connected and helps with hair growth or affects hair issues. I am still in the learning process of the science portion and I appreciate how easy you make it to understand it. Thank you for sharing some of your knowledge!

"And of course, if you wear your braids for months and you don't feel like you have any issues...You don't have to march into the comments to tell me about it! Enjoy your style...(insert shoulder action & purple hearts)" LOVE THIS! People get so disrespectful when they share a contrary opinion.
