Legion Slim 5 14-inch sounds like a really great laptop and I hope Lenovo keeps developing it in the future, for example making the RAM upgradeable. Looking forward to the upcoming comparison with Zephyrus G14 and other 14-inch laptops.
I think you should have talked more about the OLED screen, for me it's the most differential feature of the device and one of the important reasons why I'm considering it.

i got mine 2 weeks ago (the 32 gb ram one) man i'm loving the screen so far!!, dead quiet during lessons with the discrete gpu off, and when you need performance it delivers, got it with a studen discount at 1350 eur(here in europe the g14 starts like at 2k so not lenovo has no competition in 14" gaming laptops).
You are one of the RUclipsr i always watch in terms of laptop videos.... You provide us with great informations and deep comparison. I just love it... Also i wonder why you have very less views compared to others. Best of luck brother.
As I've seen all these reviews of different manufactures and hardware configurations, what has been a constant, is the consistency of the all around performance of the Legion Pro 5 with the AMD 7745HX/4070 combo. From the port selections, screen, and upgradeablity especially with the memory up to 64gigs which has been confirmed to work at lest with G.Skill Memory. The reason why I chose it for my wife's new Graphic Design and Tutorial recording laptop. Just updating M.2's and upgrading the ram turns it into a new laptop all over again in another two years. We saw a big jump with some programs by just replacing the 16 gigs that were in it with 32gigs.
@@SaleemAbounaag2006 Hey so honestly after getting it I haven't had the time to really check out all the features because of work but I love the amount customization I can do to the cpu/GPU, the ram, I can get it to work at certain speeds, I can have it set to focus solely on gaming or I can reserve battery through hybrid mode, there's so much at your fingertips and I haven't even scratch the surface yet, it's a great buy, plus it has a really nice sleek and small design, I recommend

Is there really no USB-C charging for this computer (as you say in the video around 1:01)? I mean, could you use a 100W usb-c charger while not gaming or doing anything intensive? Would it still charge the laptop? Or are you saying that none of the usb-c ports support power delivery?

Hey Ben, Looking forward to the compare between G14 and this beast. How do you compare the keyboard tactility and feedback of this keyboard vs thinkpad, the layout being the same ?
So difference between this and the Legion Slim 7 is just dimensions/weight, the screen and battery size? Oh and plastic palm rest vs the metal of the slim 7?
I know everyone is on about the RAM, but you are never going to find a 14 inch laptop with 2 SSD slots, that is brilliant, Lenovo is killing it this year
I'd rather have upgradeable RAM, storage space you can always find work arounds like cloud storage or external SSDs. There's really no work arounds for extra RAM
This thing's og price is hire than the 16 inch on best buy, but cheaper than asus G series. Worth it in comparison? I keep hearing negative about the asus g series. I just want my games to run smoothly and not explode with a great display lol. All the numbers and stuff are over my head

These laptops are completely pointless, new CPUs are coming out in a few weeks
I think the current CPU's are already more than enough for the most people. So for me it comes down to the screen, build quality, heat and battery
I second this! Plenty of performance for 90% of users
People still buy previous gen CPU's on sale. Not pointless at all buddy
