    1. Set boundaries
    2. Limit exposure to negative influences
    3. Dont take anything personally. Book recommendation - Four Agreements
    4. Clean up your self talk
    5. Practice self care and mindful habits consistently
    6. Unplug from social media and technology esp doom scrolling
    7. Design a positive environment, physically(home, food), digitally, mentally (good people around)
    8. Find healthy outlets to express your emotions (Journaling, exercising, singing, dancing, running etc)
    9. Practice daily gratitude
    10. Choose yourself. Practice self love.

    One thing that i've learned actually on setting boundaries to everyone is that you will start to appreciate your worth you become not desperate in everything and i thanked myself for that.

    It's important to refer the people who vent to you to another outlet, so they still have somewhere to go. As draining as they are, they too need mental health support when you can't help them.

    I took a mental health break from school this past semester with the thought process that I would get to pour into myself, and instead, the past couple of months have been chaotic. However, through this journey, I realized how much of a people pleaser I was. It helped me to realize the desire to change and set boundaries. I will definitely be checking that video out next. I am in the headspace now where I refuse to allow people to disrupt my peace anymore. Thank you for this video and the amazing advice you give. Also, seeing your beautiful. home in the background was so lovely.

      You will get through this. Sometimes we go through things to teach us something or to be of help or service to others. I'm not sure that I want kids of my own but I did choose to be a teacher. Kids can be very fun and sweet, loving, & if you set healthy boundaries and use a calm voice they will listen to you. They will like you and you will all have a great time!     I’m a teacher in a junior high school and started to work in a new one this year, April. After super busy days, I took holidays. Then I realized that I sacrificed too much for students, their parents, and my co-teachers. Tomorrow, the new semester starts. To set my boundaries and protect my peace, I will talk to my boss about what I feel. I have just thinking about something you teach in this video, so it gives me kind of confidence for my thought.     Most of the time , i think i feel at peace in a solid 8. I think i am on the right path. Feeling at peace is something that i don´t think many people experience at all. And I truly achieved that. I suffered a lot throught my chilhood and adolescence and now, as a young 27 yr old woman, I am really proud of myself, even when i am stressed or sad i know it will pass because I never give up on myself. Peace is the main goal, not happiness.

    4. I'm immigrating to a new country soon, having so many problems with the ticket (because I need to bring my dog with me), communicating with the airline, closing the memories of my country here, needing some sort of closure for all that happened in my childhood with my parents/family etc It's just so hectic, to be honest...     I love all of these tips!! I am on a huge healing / resetting journey right now after quitting my corporate job just a few months ago. Right now I'm focusing on #7, creating a positive environment, because I find that cleaning out and reogranizing are very grounding activities - and decluttering space will yield a decluttered mind! I need to put some more focus on #8 though (properly releasing negative emotions) since there is an absolute windfall of emotion following such a drastic life change. 💖

    I tend to get tired of being alone, fighting all those negative thoughts,and thinking about my uncertain future, it's like a loophole,, one day i think I'll do it,then the other day i feel like how am i going to do that,then i try to find out what to do, and my environment has other plan,all those negative talk makes me doubt myself, it's all a mess 😢

    This video was amazing and really life changing and realstic as well.
    I will give about 8/10 cause I have already changed a lot(I watch your videos , do meditations and affirmations ) but sometimes some unwanted negetive things(self talk) bother me thats why I am on this and didn't give 10.

    I think another thing that stress out people is doing too much, we think the more we do the more we would accomplish but in the end it will make us burnt out, lose confidence, and we become more of a perfectionist. It's better to have a more simple routine or finish one thing at a time. Developing a habit and achieving goal could take years.

    Just a question, whenever you say we should act out gratefulness I don't really know how to, I tried Journaling but Journaling really is not my thing. I also tried naming 3 things I was grateful for in the day each night before sleeping. But I don't get it, often I'm just saying like I'm grateful for this and that but I don't feel it, and It's like I don't know how To. I can say I'm grateful for getting to hangout with my friends today and yet I don't feel the joy I should feel when being grateful. How does this work? Cause I kept on doing this but yet it didn't help

    I often let things to affect my inner peace... but since the date of gate 888 when I decided to be peaceful (so it won't affect my manifestations) and started to listen to your affirmations for peace... I can control my mind much better... in my opinion, hehe... mostly I felt much better ^^
