I took a mental health break from school this past semester with the thought process that I would get to pour into myself, and instead, the past couple of months have been chaotic. However, through this journey, I realized how much of a people pleaser I was. It helped me to realize the desire to change and set boundaries. I will definitely be checking that video out next. I am in the headspace now where I refuse to allow people to disrupt my peace anymore. Thank you for this video and the amazing advice you give. Also, seeing your beautiful. home in the background was so lovely.
i am currently experiencing high level stress and anxiety right now. As someone who doesn't want children, I have to babysit kids for someone full time...
You will get through this. Sometimes we go through things to teach us something or to be of help or service to others. I'm not sure that I want kids of my own but I did choose to be a teacher. Kids can be very fun and sweet, loving, & if you set healthy boundaries and use a calm voice they will listen to you. They will like you and you will all have a great time! Last day on August 22 I found myself having a mental breakdown for almost 13hours continually for the thing doesn't exist and it's part of the past ..and now august 23 watching your advice make me feel better .
Most of the time , i think i feel at peace in a solid 8. I think i am on the right path. Feeling at peace is something that i don´t think many people experience at all. And I truly achieved that. I suffered a lot throught my chilhood and adolescence and now, as a young 27 yr old woman, I am really proud of myself, even when i am stressed or sad i know it will pass because I never give up on myself. Peace is the main goal, not happiness.
This videos literally came to me at the time when I truely need it, for which I am grateful. Thankyou aileen😊 I have anxiety disorder and from last few days acute attacks are precipitating so peace level: 4/10 My fav tip that i’ll be acting first is: unplug from social media and technology!

I'm immigrating to a new country soon, having so many problems with the ticket (because I need to bring my dog with me), communicating with the airline, closing the memories of my country here, needing some sort of closure for all that happened in my childhood with my parents/family etc It's just so hectic, to be honest... I tend to get tired of being alone, fighting all those negative thoughts,and thinking about my uncertain future, it's like a loophole,, one day i think I'll do it,then the other day i feel like how am i going to do that,then i try to find out what to do, and my environment has other plan,all those negative talk makes me doubt myself, it's all a mess 😢

I think another thing that stress out people is doing too much, we think the more we do the more we would accomplish but in the end it will make us burnt out, lose confidence, and we become more of a perfectionist. It's better to have a more simple routine or finish one thing at a time. Developing a habit and achieving goal could take years.

Just a question, whenever you say we should act out gratefulness I don't really know how to, I tried Journaling but Journaling really is not my thing. I also tried naming 3 things I was grateful for in the day each night before sleeping. But I don't get it, often I'm just saying like I'm grateful for this and that but I don't feel it, and It's like I don't know how To. I can say I'm grateful for getting to hangout with my friends today and yet I don't feel the joy I should feel when being grateful. How does this work? Cause I kept on doing this but yet it didn't help
I often let things to affect my inner peace... but since the date of gate 888 when I decided to be peaceful (so it won't affect my manifestations) and started to listen to your affirmations for peace... I can control my mind much better... in my opinion, hehe... mostly I felt much better ^^

Just a question, whenever you say we should act out gratefulness I don't really know how to, I tried Journaling but Journaling really is not my thing. I also tried naming 3 things I was grateful for in the day each night before sleeping. But I don't get it, often I'm just saying like I'm grateful for this and that but I don't feel it, and It's like I don't know how To. I can say I'm grateful for getting to hangout with my friends today and yet I don't feel the joy I should feel when being grateful. How does this work? Cause I kept on doing this but yet it didn't help
