Nice unit! I've been doing some research into what would work best for me and getting something like this would mean I don't have to buy a new truck. These pop ups have come a long way!
Yea, its a cassette toilet that is used extensively in europe. Kind of new to some U.S. rv companies. Some Class B coaches are using them. Might take some experience at dumping situations. it only holds 4-5 gal. of waste.
Perfect little camper, I wish we had this instead of our current R-Pod we got screwed on and are having to have reposed :( Absolutely love this camper wayyy better than a pop up (That we used to have) lol. Funny how I've never had any interest in these until now. Never realized how much room they actually had! ;)
I'm looking forward to the edition where it all pops out from a suitcase. I say that tongue-in-cheek, but in the near is it impossible? Technology is advancing at a rate, so who knows? A caveman probably dreamt of a penknife but now we almost have the whole eating cutleries as well as useful tools in a Swiss Army knife, so the future is looking exciting, folks!
The Great Outdoors TV. Hi from a UK resident. I have been looking at these phenomenal campers the designs are just mind blowing I have never ever come across anything like them here in the UK it takes going on sightseeing holidays to above and beyond to another level. What is the starting price range for something as so incredibly amazing please. Thank you. 💂👑💂👑💂
I love that it is rigid as opposed to the old soft wall pop ups. I'm just curious of R value I the colder months or possibly even winter? I know not made for cold climates but I always consider everything for a survival situation. Love that there is a shower and tub for the wee ones. Nothing worse than using public toilets/showers at camp grounds. I've yet to find any that are immaculate.
meckleboy , I would have to say there is a temperature rating if you contact the manufacturer. there is a propane heater built in. I would have to say probably around zero to minus 20 max
Love this. The hard top seems more durable and leakproof than the traditional pullout camper materials. I'm gonna see if any dealers have any of these. Very interested.
You should put a clickable link within your description so we can easily find you to inquire about price =) It looks like a great little rig. I want one =)
20 lb lpg tanks stands for 2, 5 gallon tanks. for batteries is always better if you do lots of dry camping to go to 2 6volt batteries instead of 12 volt.
Awesome little camper. I wish it was a little more aerodynamic. Not everybody has a duelly diesel truck to pull these things with. Wonder if it can be pulled with a class 1 hitch?
n4mwd , a V-6 suv can pull this camper just nice. most V-6 motors are at around 300 hp now a days. more than enough. you wonder be on a NASCAR track but you will do fine. this is what this type of camper was designed for
This looks pretty neat. Great for towing cause it has a very low air resistance. A bit strange is the outdoor-battery, thought. Is there no cover for them? oO
Actually it does come with a battery box and strap for the battery to be protected and stay in place. We just temporarily put one there to turn the lights on for the video.
This camper has outlets on the bottom of the sink and shower. The Gray water can Be Run off or collected in a Bucket, they also come with hose fittings so you can flow away from your campsite. Thanks for your question
Hello Dan Bresler, The A214 HW is going to be the one for you, it is the biggest A frame HW by Rockwood that has a bath included. the width of this rv is going to be 84in. and the length is 20 ft. 10 in. Thanks for the comments happy camping!
Thank you for your question Dwight. The A frame does an excellent job with the rain. We are located in Evans Colorado so we see just about everything that mother nature can throw at us. Through all that, there has never been a drop of water found inside this camper. It's very well built. Thank you for your question .
+The Great Outdoors RV I love this camper, but what if it was raining whilst setting it up? Wouldn't rain get in there through the sides? I sound like a Debbie Downer, thinking the worst, but most logical, but hey!
Just curious, does anyone know of something similar like it that can be light enough to tow with a 2008 Toyota Prius along with a hitch upgrade? I have been thinking about having something that can work as my own little tiny home so I can have space to be separate when living with my parents, and also to camp in my campground in VT when I don't have access to the original one my parents own, when they're off hiking in NH.
what a great video! you guys would be fun to work with on the job, or work with during a purchase. Wish your place was here in Omaha. My dealer isn't too helpful or friendly. Update: I went to your website, and tried to find one of these in your inventory. NOPE.. nothing there?? .
Yes, The RV Refrigerator runs off of all three. one at a time 120V Propane and 12v battery. Thank you for your question. If you want to learn more please watch our video on RV refrigerators Tips and Tricks. ruclips.net/video/vXr4d8w1msU/видео.html
Hello Kathleen P, There are a couple of options that you can do for your bikes. One is a front tongue jack mount which sits between the camper and the towing vehicle. Or a roof mount rail system, both can carry two bikes. Thanks for the question.
I'd say have a receiver welded to the back. Then use a hitch mount rack on the back. Putting it on the front, as Ive seen suggested in replies, would tend to limit your maneuverability when turning. You will eventually do damage, or limit turning, when maneuvering. Only sensible part of the front to mount a rack, close to the front wall, would block access to this unit's front storage bin. (Different if there were no storage locker in front.). This practical person who tows a lot, and has crushed own truck bumper when backing up into driveways, advises put bikes on the back.
This particular RV sold for around 18K I would research RockWood Dealers in California and see if there is one near you. if not they or we can have one shipped to you for a small shipping charge. Thanks for the comment.
We have some on order that are scheduled to show up this spring. To see our up to date inventory check out this link. www.thegreatoutdoorsrv.com/pop-up-campers
Oh his name is Mait. Now it makes sense. Cool little camper.
He'd catch hell if he ever went to Australia,or New Zealand.
lol was about to make fun of the way he said mate.. glad I waited till the end
No one says "mate " in NZ.
tom peabody Sorry about that.
As a yank,I was going by the hollywierd stuff in our media.
:)
I like how easy the toilet is to maintain.
Very nice. I love it. I even like the hanging wardrobe and closet.
Nice unit! I've been doing some research into what would work best for me and getting something like this would mean I don't have to buy a new truck. These pop ups have come a long way!
I had an old A liner if you didn't feel good it took a minute to set up. 20 seconds if you felt good
this is good camper triller for my country.i love it
definitely didn't figure there would be a bath tub I'm in love 💘
what a cute thing, and that bathroom is really nice.
This looks like a great alternative to building a tiny house: plus it's portable! Tons of storage. The price for this unit is 17,000.
Looks lovely from the outside but I thought it would look nicer than it was on the inside
Compared to others, I thought the inside was actually, very, very nice !
Owners always have their own personal touches. I've seen some that looks very homey inside.
I think the bathroom was a bit much, the other models without the bathroom have a nicer layout I think.
Looks so awesome I want one so bad .just had my first baby boy me and the wife and the boy I have so many awesome adventures in something like that
Yea, its a cassette toilet that is used extensively in europe. Kind of new to some U.S. rv companies. Some Class B coaches are using them. Might take some experience at dumping situations. it only holds 4-5 gal. of waste.
I love the bathroom feature on this model.
mixflip
mixflip I love your RUclips channel you do an awesome job
mixflip dude I've seen tons of your videos. What a coincidence

i been debating a SCamp or teardrop but this Aline is looking sweet.
Pretty cool. One worry with all those moveable parts(walls, roof, etc..) too many seams that can eventually leak?
In addition to the rubber seal, there is an over hanging lip on each seam to help prevent leaks. Thanks for the question.

Thanks for the comment. Just so you know the R-Value is 7 not including the windows.

I will get one as soon as they can fit a 2-lane bowling alley. But seriously, this is PERFECT for overnight fishing trips.
I wish they had this one with the big deck on the front for ATV's and such
I would totally love minimal like this.
You should put a clickable link within your description so we can easily find you to inquire about price =) It looks like a great little rig. I want one =)
They mentioned that the price is around $17,000.
Who else thought he was calling him mate
me. I thought they were austrailians with American accent LOL
These two guys need todo every camper made. One is a joke and the other is so serious 😂😂😂
praia grande
They should design a model the sides higher put tip outs on both sides and put a loft. That would be a really cool model.
20 lb lpg tanks stands for 2, 5 gallon tanks. for batteries is always better if you do lots of dry camping to go to 2 6volt batteries instead of 12 volt.
I've often wondered about this. What's the advantages of two 6 volt over two 12 volts?
Will it come with a TV and why is all the good stuff not in Australia
Thank you guys for making my day learned alot😃😆
I think A liners look so cool and way better than conventional pop ups, but how do they do down the road with weatherproofing and what not
I like that you guys roasted each other.
Rusty Maverick “you NEED a shower!” These guys are so funny
Great video! I would of liked to see more detail on the inside, but well done! what about the steps? Do they fold up or come off?
Muy buena la casa rodante y el plegable no ocupa tanto espacio se pasaron los felicito saludos desde ARGENTINA

I pull our popup with a 2014 Mustang GT. One thing Americans are known for is overkill on the tow vehicle.
That's a lot of work

Not so sure about leakage on these trailers! I not sold just yet on this idea!
wow! nice camper popup!
Pretty cool. Kinda like origami LOL I'm wondering about leaks because of all of those walls collapsing and connecting together. Hmmm.
Looks nice from the outside but the inside it pretty blah.. I expected a lot more I guess..
In the collapsed mode, does the rooftop double for cargo carrying atop the camper?
Thanks Guys , I enjoy the impromptu.
Mike
we need more sales man like y'all 2 😂.
do grey and black water all go into that one small cassette?
cool concept!
This camper has outlets on the bottom of the sink and shower. The Gray water can Be Run off or collected in a Bucket, they also come with hose fittings so you can flow away from your campsite. Thanks for your question
+The Great Outdoors RV I like their thinking!
Blazin'Blades s
Blazin'Blades , no, gray water does not go into a black water tank, only toilet, black.
doesn't seem to have plug outlets, and ive been watching to see if they mention that but don't. are they well equipped with outlets?
Would love to own one of those, but they are not available in the UK.
AWESOME VIDEO LOVED IT ✌️✌️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🔥
this video was fun to watch!
Great video! Should call it the Origami Pop Up Camper! lol
I'm thinking real hard about this, I really like it, is there any close to Alabama?
That's cool, it looks like a house.
I'm liking just because he said cards against humanity
Is there any way to mount a TV and still fold the camper shut?
How wide is this one and what is the biggest one they make with a shower in it? Thank you very much.
Hello Dan Bresler, The A214 HW is going to be the one for you, it is the biggest A frame HW by Rockwood that has a bath included. the width of this rv is going to be 84in. and the length is 20 ft. 10 in. Thanks for the comments happy camping!
how does it do in a heavy rainstorm? any Leakes? Looks like a lot of areas that could leak
Thank you for your question Dwight. The A frame does an excellent job with the rain. We are located in Evans Colorado so we see just about everything that mother nature can throw at us. It would be nice if you posted the weight, empty and full
The motor was squeaky not sure if would last long
This is awesome. How much are they?
Thumbs up just for the good board game references.
RV salesman are intense!
Great Video !!!
need that!!! it looks expensive though??
I'll be impressed when I can fold it into the size of a key chain
Awesome design
ok mate
The guys name is mait lol
Yeah, until they explained at the end, I thought Tom was just saying "mate" as a friendly expression, like the Aussies do.
Toys
How wide is that door? It looks really small.
This is like a comedy skit 😂
That's some fine camper Ay Mait?
Hi. My garage is 20 feet long. Is there anyway to fit it in the garage e.g. by removing the spare tire or any other parts?
what is the length of the dinette bed? can a 5' 8" person sleep there?
So there is not sewer connection, right?
its a casette toilet they are wonderful
Kate Dunno No! I don't wanna have to deal with that all the time.
+Ndutim Enang yes,you have to!!!
You can tell these guys are pros because of all of the awkward banter.
duz this model have a screen room type attachments ??
Yes there is a Tent/Screen room that you can add as an extra. Thanks For Your Comment
How about ac conditioner?? Where u put it? How much it cost for this rockwood pop up camper.
It's funny trying to figure out what the one guy is saying when the other one leaves lol

Hahaha omg, the husband just said something hilarious about the toilet receptacle on wheels...."It's a pooter scooter" lololol /died
Does the step fold inside and can it be removed?
Yes, the Step can be removed and also tucks in under the door. Thanks for your question.

does it come in only one color....?
Type of refrigerator? AC/Propane/12v?
Yes, The RV Refrigerator runs off of all three. one at a time 120V Propane and 12v battery. Thank you for your question. If you want to learn more please watch our video on RV refrigerators Tips and Tricks. ruclips.net/video/vXr4d8w1msU/видео.html
fishnfool972tx , yes, three way fridge, it's a camper yo
the only thing that sucks is that you need a vehicle to tow it with.
It looks like a mini house on wheels when you pop the window up lol
Interior tour at 6:33
0:09 epic intro fail
Hot water heater? If it is hot, why heat it? It is just a water heater. :)
Cute little pop-up. Tom is cute, too.
Imagine being in that thing in a blowing rainstorm.
Tom! lighten up on Mait.... geeze!
Where could we put a rack for 2 bikes?
