Fantastic walk through !!❤😊
I'm really excited about the 720 !👌👍✌️
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
Note about the Laveo Dry Flush toilet… It doesn’t incinerate waste, it vacuum seals and compresses it. Then, like you said, you change the cartridge after X number of flushes. Doesn’t use any water.
The toilet on this rig is a real enigma…the factory rep didn’t seem to understand it and the website is very vague. Thanks for clarifying!
So you keep a pee bucket in the bathroom ?
That is one impressive camper,Thanks for the tour Rob.
Glad you enjoyed it 😀 Thanks for watching!
When I first saw it i thought of the old high -low trailers you look old and gray so you probably remember them 😊
Thanks for watching!
It is.
Very nicely built. Thank you for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it 😀 Thanks for watching!
I just love these😘
Innovative trailers 👍 Thanks for watching!
Should come with 20k in cash. That price is absolutely insane
Thanks for watching!
I was thinking the same thing, waaaaaay over priced!
For that price You can get a unit and you don't have to do any work to function in it that's for sure
Brilliant
Thanks for watching!
This is a really cool trailer. I like the aluminum construction and it's a great concept. However, if you're going to pull this off road at all, independent suspension is really necessary to keep it from bouncing all over.
It has a torsion axle, which is independent! It’s not a full on control arm setup, so it’s not a rock crawler, but I think it’s be OK for light off-roading. It’s too long to be a rock crawler: departure angle would be a problem. Thanks for watching!
Pretty cool! I’m thinking about their prices. But hey everyone knows you are paying for what type of glamping you’re doing. Thanks Rob very cool to see something new and unique!
Glad you enjoyed it 😀 Thanks for watching!
We bought a used one (2005 model) about 8 years ago for $7000. The new one is not much different. Ours gets used every year and has been reliable and very useful. There are many used ones out there that can save you a huge amount of money. The new price is just crazy high.
Proof of good quality and reliability. Happy camping 😀 Thanks for watching!
@@DayHikerFromTheSix Just to be clear. Our trailer has had it's share of repairs and updates, but that is to be expected when a trailer gets some years and miles on it. Still way cheaper than $58.000 for a new one. Our friends bought a new leftover Thor class c motor home for $59,995. That is a trailer and a new truck! Just saying. I like what you are doing, but the industry is starting to price the average buyer out of the market. When we bought our used Trailmanor a dealer offered to sell us a new one for a little over $24,000. I don't know about you, but my income has not more than doubled in 8 years. I do wish you luck though.
Yes...a gas furnace is a lifesaver.
Agree 😀 Thanks for watching!
This has been around for decades. It's called a Hi - Lo camper. First one was built in 1956.
I still see old ones in use in campgrounds…which is a good sign! Trail Manor have put a lot of work into updating it for today’s market. It will be interesting to see how they sell going forward. Thanks for watching.
No 2 totally different campers. I had a Hilo awesome camper. Trail manor is smaller where traveling.
A high low camper just adjusts straight up and down and takes an electric motor to do so. These cantilever out mechanically. No electricity.
Hi-lo campers are not quite the same. They simply rise up, not pivot up like these do.
Hi-Lo was the other company that built these. This style kind of peaked back in the 80's and 90's, but I would love to see them come back
I was super interested until I saw the $50k price tag at the 10:30 mark! Holy crap yall are out of your MIND! This trailer shouldn't be more than $30k - $35k based on what is available on the market in that price range.
If you compare based on sq ft per dollar it’s expensive. But given the composite/aluminum construction, high end suspension etc…I think the price is similar to comparable trailers. It’s definitely not a price point unit! Thanks for watching!
They didn't show enough of the setting up and take down. Also, are the fridge vents covered in travel mode? That would mean no cooling while traveling.
We're not sure about the fridge vents but we assume they would be uncovered during travel. Thanks for watching!
😍
Thanks for watching!
May have to trade in my 2013 2922KB (aka, "Storm Trooper") to keep up with the Jones, lol.
Thanks for watching!
It comes with all the extras, other campers it’s all additional cost.
I agree, it’s well equipped but I think the materials, chassis, and heavy duty axle are what really impresses me. The basic trailer seems built to last.
where was this filmed? looks familiar
Tampa Bay, Florida RV Supershow 😀 Thanks for watching!
If 1 of the rubber rods fails inside the axle, you have to have a mechanic fix it, if a leaf breaks, you can get a piece of flat steel at home depot or lowes and fix it good enough to get to where you need to be, I'll stick with leaf suspension
Thanks for watching!
Noticed you are from Toronto. Can you purchase Trailmanor in Canada? Or have they talked about expansion to CDN market?
I believe they are actively looking for Canadian dealers…keep checking on their website and/or reach out to them. I believe they have options to sell direct to Canadians.
More info about the suspension and tires, please. Thanks
Check out Trailmanor website for more information. Thanks for watching!
👍
Thanks for watching!
does it have a black water tank ?
The standard toilet on the Sport is a Laveo dry flush style with no black tank. They also offer a cassette toilet as an option, and a recirculating flush toilet is standard on non-Sport models. Although Robert mentions black tank in the video, there is no mention of one on the website.
Thanks, no black tank capacity on website ,that's why i ask you this question.i don't like cassette toilet.@@DayHikerFromTheSix
The recirculating toilet is discontinued by Thetford and is no longer an option. As of right now, there is an option for a Dometic SeaLand toilet which is a real porcelain toilet with freshwater flush. It sits on top of a pedestal base which is a 10 gallon black tank. I have this toilet in my personal TrailManor and it works well.

Isn't a full size Queen 60x80? Not 78?
You might be right, it's a matter of 2 inches. Thanks for watching!
A full size queen bed is 60x80, not 60x78.
Thanks for watching!
Two inches REALLY matters to this guy... 👀
How many times can you say OK?
Thanks for watching!
2720? So you are saying this RV will be available 696 years from now.
LOL
That’s the model!
Looks leaky
This trailer has been around for a long time and it's a proven design. Thanks for watching!
Looks can be deceiving. It doesn’t leak. 😊
I love Trailmanor R.V. trailers. I hate my bank account. I can't buy one.
😀 Thanks for watching!
more movable components; more expensive problems over time
Thanks for watching!
I have a 94' trailmanor, it does not work right at all. Do you service them?
I think you meant 34' trailor. Check out the Trailor Manor website for their contact information and give them a call. Thanks for watching!
@@DayHikerFromTheSix Maybe he means a 1994.
There are too many moving parts. More things to break.
We agree, it requires more maintenance. Thanks for watching!
Yep I watched this video until I saw the price I can buy a house for for that kind of money
Granted it's not cheap but it's the trade off for quality. Thanks for watching!
lol
Where in the us can you buy a house for $50k?!
That’s ridiculous
Too much work to setup in my opinion. Who wants to do all this work after a long drive to a campground? And for what they cost, no way.
I'd rather have my camper. Cost way less, and not including level8ng, unhitching, and plugging in, which all campers require, I only have to push one button until my slide opens, and it's setup.
You mentioned you only have to push a button to slide open! Just out of curiosity, which trailer do you have? 😀 Thanks for watching!
I spent years building RVs and mobile homes, as well as toting them.
While I think the collapsible concept is good for some people, where this bumper trailer fails is:
Single axles are dangerous. One blow out and you will likely wreck, if driving faster than 45mph. Even if you manage not to wipe out the rig, the potential damage risk to the blowout side is great.
And second, that hitch is ridiculous. And very dangerous. Never never Never pull a trailer with a tongue that can be broken down, whether with bolts or a hinge.
If it's Not one solid tongue, from coupler to trailer chassis, then do not pull it. You're just asking for a tragic road mishap.
Hinged hitches/tongues are stupid and dangerous.
I had the same concern about single axles before I bought our single axle trailer. I added TPMS to my trailer so I can monitor tire air pressure and temperature in real time. That at least minimizes the risk and hopefully will provide a few seconds of advance warning if a tire is about to blow. Re: the coupler/tongue design, it does require some trust in the engineers and safety regulations. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Put good tires on that single axle and check pressure lug tightness and grease the bearings before each trip and you shouldn't have problems. Some people will buy a trailer and run those cheap China bomb tires they come with. In a case like that yes watch out. Our camper had Castle rocks on it when we bought it. I got rid of them within a week.
And yet, TrailManor has been using that swing tongue for going on 30 years with no real issues.
While I agree dual axles are better than single, have you ever had a front tire blow on your car while rolling down the interstate? Thats a whole lot more dangerous than a single axle tire failure. TrailManor has a guard over the plumbing to protect it in case of a blowout (5:52) and several owners have added protection on the door side to protect the floor. These do have a neat option called a “spare tire” in case you do have a tire failure.
