I really like the 13ft. However, what if you're camping with someone you dont want to sleep with? Am I understanding correctly when I say you can get a bunk bed or a bathroom, but not both? Is there an option that the dinette can also have a bunk. without losing the table; or must one go up to the 16' to accommodate more sleeping space? Thanks for the tour!

I can't believe the luck of the algorithm recommending this video to me. My wife and I are looking for a small RV. I don't need to tow a monster, it's just the two of us, and most of the day isn't at the campsite, it's "touristing" where we go. The RV is really just to hang around at night and sleep. This is EXACTLY what I'm looking for, though we don't need the bunks so I'm going to look up the info on the other version you mentioned. So much glass, it's amazing. Thanks for posting this.

It might be a Rove Liite but I wouldn't consider almost $30k as a 'lite' price.

Best I have seen, but the price is a huge hurdle. Regardless, if I was in the market for an RV, I would be looking for a well maintained used one, because it makes no sense to spend $$$ on a depreciating asset.

Look at the Sunset Park Sunlite 16bh. Looks like they copied it. Bought ours in 2020 its been great. California and back last via Iowa, SD, Wy, Utah, Nevada down to Seal Beach California and back to Indiana. Its been a great trailer. They are in Shipsuana In. Less than $20000 if you look around.

cutting a hole in the frame like that for the sewer just creates a huge weakpoint in the frame... same reason you dont cut holes in joists to run sewer, its too big and destorys the strength of the beam

Only the outback can tow these. foresters can maybe tow 1500 pounds at best cvt probably will fry I own 3 Subarus 2 foresters and a Crosstrek one of my foresters is a 2025 and in no way has the towing capacity or power to pull any of these.

They could have added its own grey tank forward of CG line for added weight. Not a fan of combined blk/gry tanks for stinky reasons among others.

Very impressive design- small trailer but useful sized kitchen, bathroom, fridge and lots of storage. I'd prefer a separate standing screen door simply because it will take me only minutes to put a hand/foot through that screen and I suspect replacing it will be a nightmare. Wet bath should be standard and a mirror and small enclosed cupboards really are needed. Once the bed is made there is no where to sit in the trailer but lets remember the size. Aluminum construction- very smart. Walkable roof! Hitch capacity (more people are using heavier electric bikes). I suspect the tanks aren't heated. That roof honeycomb must be tough to allow walking.

They need at least a 200watt solar panel on the roof. What good is having a 12v fridge without one. They need to get rid of the China Bombs to. They need braces in the pass thru preferably metal ones all that’s there is plywood.

They have taken the original quality and design from the original Livinlites (before they were taken over) and improved significantly on them! Would love to be able to afford one!

I agree with the pros and cons for sure. I wish they would do small trailers like this with a comfortable bench instead of a dinette. And a Murphy bed up front. Having a nice place for as many people to lounge and wait out a foul weather spell would be such a valuable feature in a small trailer.

I am on the fence about the bunk beds versus extra storage. Do you feel the bunk is out of the way enough when you sit down at the dinette?

If they price this as a small trailer with minimal amenities, I’m in! BUT if they price it for anything more than $20,000, I’m out. Something in the teens, is reasonable. So tired of the small trailer manufacturers price gauging 😞

I would not buy a unit with acrylic windows! They scratch VERY EASILY!

Love your channel! Long time viewer, first time question. With all the different brands of small travel trailer walkthroughs, how does the Prolite quality, fit & finish stack up? This one is on my short list but I’m not able to travel around viewing the direct comparable trailers like the Rove Lite 14BH, Bontrager 17BH, Modern Buggy 16, Catalina 134RDX, Tayor Coach 16 Codester SD.

Thank you for showing this...almost a perfect unit for my family. Only thing I would change is the bunk to be over the dinnet and not the bed.

The Scamp is a direct steal of the Canadian Boler 13. My Boler came with a couch/bunk beds at the front and was best used with a sleeping tent. Easy towing with a 4 cyl. truck.
