      Breathing during race natural rakhna. Kabhi apne ko force nahi karna. Practice runs main nose in and mouth out main recommend kart hun. Per kabhi bhi yeh nahi sochna ki yeh hi thik hai. Agar aapka kuch aur style hai aur aap comfortable ho, usko natural rehne do.
      2 in 2 out is good but in between you will have to clear air. Please watch my strategy video

    Jitender sir 800m 2minutes 15second mein kaisa pura kare,,,mein bohut try kar raha hu lekin expected results ah nhi raha ha,,,agar 2.15minutes 800 meter pe laga toh,,,baki 800 meter 3minutes mein complete ho jayega....
    Aapke pass agar time ha toh uspe ak video bana kar or ak help karna,,plz

      It will take time. Get variation in your running. Work on technique also. Strength and flexibility is very important

    Sir mere right leg mein shin splints ko 1 month se jyada ho gaya but abhi tak wo sahi niji hua h.
    Jabki mein rest kar raha hu.

      Aapko shin pain se recovery pe 2 videos milege usko follow karo. Schedule ka video bhi hai 1600 ka. Usko follow karo. Flexibility and strength exercises pe sabse zaida kaam karn hai. Baki videos bhi dhyan se dekho and samjo. Agar video samaj ke training karoge to kissi coach ki xarurat nahi hai 1600 clear karne ki

      Sir ma 2 ghante workout karta ho pehle 10 11 mnt warm up ke bad 1600 meter lagata ho uske bad gym ma workout karta ho 1 hour 30 minutes...daily except friday.
      Aur mujhe subah ma bhi koi problem nahi ha ma kal se morning ma bhi start karna chata ho ap proper plan da mujhe to ma kar sakunga Thanx.
