My prob is phele sirf lower shin pe pain hota tha after running , but now even while I'm sitting ideal while studying, it pains like koi bada raha ho mujhe waha par (in pulse). Any Suggestions what to do for this and why it happens?
Yes, you have shin splints.
Please try and wear compression clothing for more time. Also apply ice for atleast 20 minutes twice a day.
Speak to a doctor and take anti inflammatory medicine such as Diclofenac Sodium etc.
If the pain still persists, get an X ray done. It may have lead to stress fracture.
Stop running immediately.

Sir mujhe 3 saal se hai shin splints sab medicines,ice pack, physiotherapy,laser therapy,naturopathy sab krlia but jab bhi running krta hu next day pain hta hai bht
This shoes your muscles are less developed and have very limited flexibility. So for 15 days increase strength and flexibility of legs muscles including calf and ankle

Sir I want to complete 1600 mt in 6 min..and I completed 3 round 1200 mt in 5 min but in last round I can't complete it in 1 min...because in last round I feel much pain in my shin and thigh and much tired....how can I complete it ..pls tell me sir
It is difficult to finish last round in 1 min if you have put full power in first three round. You have to save energy for the last round.
Try cut a few seconds every round instead of making last round in 1 min

Try kar sakte ho per bahut hardwork karna hoga. Sirf running nahi karna. Apna core area develop karo. Apni technique pe bhi kaam karo, Steps, breathing bahut zaruri hai. Diet, Supplements and rest bhi karna hai

Apply ice soon after run. Then use compression clothing. Do proper stretching and warmup of calf muscles. Also run a bit slow. Increase strength of muscles and then increase speed.

I am from Assam....preparing for Assam Police..... Physical examination for Assam police AB UB is on 1 October 2020.....and i m really very much worried because of my Posterior shin splints....I have watched almost all video's on RUclips and done almost everything but i couldn't fixed my shin splints...... Please help sir....only 1 and half mnths left for my physical examination......🙏🙏

Sir this was a very informative and nice video. Sir m basketball khelta hu, or mere shin splints bhot pehle se h mene beech m rest bhi lia tha lekin sahi ni hua. Or mera roz bus m kafi time khade hoke ana jana bhi h,(aaj kal kam kia h mene) . Sir jabse ye hua h tabse meri jump kam ho gyi h , legs bhot jaldi fatigue ho jati hain. Mere purane shoes m pronation kharab thi to mene unko change krdia h , ab ache shoes h. Par sir mere per theek nahi hore h, please aap kuch suggest kijie ki m isko once and for all theek kar pau . Please sir mujhe bhot time se ye problem h or meri performance bhot down ho gyi h , please sir i hope for a good reply thank you.

Hello sir. Hope you will be fine. I’m having this pain because of newly start running. And I think I’m having stress fracture. I’m now on a rest. What do suggest should I have to do stretching as well while in a rest days???
I don't think it is stress fracture. It is shin splints only. Try ice and compression. Work on strengthen legs muscle and flexibility. Rest for 14 days and then start slow and shorter distance
after watching your video i think i have stress fracture, because you said in compartment syndrome me pain goes away after 2 hrs but in stress fracture even after you rest you will still feel pain when you touch the bone as you shown in the video.
now my question is will icing my legs would be enough or should i go to doctor for that stress fracture. and whether or not i should go for run tomorrow i mean i have to run for telangana police 800m in 2:50 sec which is in four months and i can't even run more than 2 minutes i easily get out of breath i think maybe i have COPD or DYSPNEA.
IF YOU COULD PLEASE REPLY IN TWO DAYS I WOULD BE REALLY GREATFUL SIR.

I am suffering from shin splints if I am not running for long pain will go...but just after 5k or 10k finish or during regut running in first step itself pain starts in above ankle portion. So I could not run faster what should I do....which compression sleeve or shoe I should wear for long running.

Sir I used to do fast walking for approx 1hour but I feel the pain in my shin in the initial 3-4 rounds but afterwards it gets reduced what exercise I should perform to curb the pain ?? Thank you sir

It is good to run in sand. It has good cushioning effect, it has low resistance, so muscles work more. But you should not only run in sand. Try running with a schedule so that you have variety in running

I watch ur video, its very nice, actually i suffer from shin splints both front middle part area, how I can cover else ice use. This pain always start with running and I dnt do fast running from last 20 days I don't go for running I used regular exercise And some one told me use palak (Lid) but I hv stone problem thats why I cant take regular... give me some more suggestions..
rest and get alright.
after that for 7 days do strength and flexibility exercise. calf and ankle is very important.
after that 7 days do warmup and above.
only after 21 days you start to run again

Salam Sir, I listened your video , it is amazing you explained very well all three problems of shin.. My problem is when I run 3 kilometer , lower part of my tibial bone and muscles hurt even i cant jump.. If i jump in a standing position it pains me.. and pressing with finger on my tibia bone hurts me.. and after 3 to 4 hour it does not pain that much when i press... walking does not have any prob.. kindly tell me what problem do I have. I have also taken vitamin D3 high dose thinking may b I had bone weakness..kindly tell me what should i do to run faster without any draging due to pain of shin or tibial bone..also telll me what problem do I have and how to cure it..
week bones would have led to very serious problem. It is not the case here.
Your muscle strength and flexibility is less. But we all humans can generate more force to run than the strength of our muscles. However when we run fast, our muscles and ligaments feel under stress. This causes pain.
you start doing proper warmup and stretching before practice. start doing strength training for legs and core. All will be ok
