    I started jogging since 1.5 month, normally jog on road about 2-5 KM. Since from few weeks I have mild heel pain. Especially on right leg. Now I have stopped jogging from past 8 days...
    What do you suggest sir ji??

      You are running on hatd surface thats the problem and you put heel on road instead of feet.

    सर जी मेरा सीन पर हुआ है जब भी मैं रनिंग करता हूं तब तब मेरे पांव में दर्द करता है जब भी मेरा नहीं बंद बंद करता हो तब नहीं दर्द करता जब भी मेरा मन करता हूं तब दर्द कर रहा है मैं दफ्तर के पास गया था तब का मैं डॉक्टर के पास गया था मेरे पाओं का एक्सरे कराया गांव में कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है सामने मेरा आर्मी रनिंग है मेक केक मैं क्या करूं सर बहुत दर्द करता है पांव में अभी जो देखा मैंने मैं ज्यादा रन किया इसलिए हुआ मैं हर दिन दुख भी मरता हूं Achanak se 10 km Marne फिर मेरे पांव में दर्द कर रहा है क्या करूं यार जय हिंद सर गुजरात शहर
