Yo WHAT I've been struggling with shin splints for over 6 months and couldn't get rid of it. Today I was jumping on the tip of my toes to feel if I still had them and I definitely still felt some pain, especially in my left shin. I stumble upon your video and do the exercise (I did it with a resistance band around a table leg) and BOOM I don't feel pain anymore when jumping or running. Thank you!!

This video was very informational. I've been recently started attending street workout classes and trainer there recommended some exercises that were helpful. During first training he analyzed my body structure and came to conclusion that I have issues with shins, at the time I didn't think too much of it, but exercises he made me do proved his point. Now recently I've started running and I've encountered shin splits. Watching your videos I realized that his exercises focused on same muscles, thus both your and his exercises will make me avoid more serious development of shin splints. Now I need to add both exercises to daily training to help me increase my average speed and general running performance. Many thanks.

I used to get shin splints constantly. I thought about it a lot and thought about being a kid and we would run all day and nobody ever got shin splints. I decided that was because we ran in a loose, natural gait. When you start running for exercise you generally start trying to run x miles in x time. Then you try pacing yourself which makes your gait unnatural. If I snatched something vitally important out of your hands how would you run after me? That’s how you should run. I started to go out and just run with no concern for distance or time. I ended up going further, faster, and never got shin splints again.

I got mine in a bundle at 5 and below for really cheap; if that's not available then standard stretching is just as good. I personally only stretch when I'm about to play tennis, it's preference really, but I've got a sit and reach of 49 shockingly (which apparently tied me for the school record). Idk what unit of measurement they use though, now I don't even notice the pain from just physical activity and I'm varsity in my tennis team now sadly though my shins still hurt really bad when any kind of external pressure is put on them and I'm pretty sure a kick to one of them would break it. But in truth besides stretching just making sure you're up and active is enough. I spend too much time laying down in my free time and I'm pretty sure that's the root of my problems, even now I'm laying down and I'll probably be all weekend.

I jsut started walking every morning like one month ago. I didn't have any problem om my shin at all. But when I decided to take it to the next level by running, i thought i tore some leg muscle just by running for about 3 minutes. I will try theses exercises and will give an update in the future

Corexcell Sports Training & Rehab my hips hip flexors inside hamstrings glutes piriformis all tight as. All from a operation I had 20yrs ago on my ankle and never did the rehap to get full movement back on it. During this time I’ve been to so many different specialists thinking it was a back problem and even after always telling them it all started not long after my ankle operation not one looked at this as the reason for my problems. Very frustrating mentally and physically and has cost me thousands
