Go very sow on running. Do strength and weight training too to avoid stress on legs and joints. Try battle rope too for cardio workout. Eat less carbs and more proteins. Avoid fast food, no smoking and drinking alcohol.

My legs are not fully knowed ,but it has a little bend near knees
