      My legs are not fully knowed ,but it has a little bend near knees
      My knees touch each other when i stand with closed foots

      Weight loose karne a koi best time nahi hota hai. Aapko apna 75% heart rate mAin kaam karna hota hai. 220 minus your age is your 100% heart rate.

      follow a routine.
      do warming up, stretching at least 20 minutes.
      eat and sleep well.
      eat calcium and other supplements as required.

    Sir mana apne diet pa control kia, daily 1600m run karta hu, aur exercise bhi karta hu, mu sa sas bhi nhi lata dodta waqt n toes pa bhi dodata hu. Par phir bhi mera 1600m 7 min ma hi complete hota ha..
    Mujha 1600m 5:30 min ma complete karna ha. Army ka selection ka lia..plz batao..

      aap to mere hisab se bahut kuch galat kar rahe ho,
      Daily running nahi karna chahiye. Aap mera routine walla video dekho.
      Excercise konsa karte ho. Strength and flexibility of legs and core karna hai
      Muh se saas nahi leta ho per kya aap zabardasti to nahi kar rahe...
      Panjo pe running karne ke liye over striding to nahi kar rahe, Mera stepping walla video deho aur samjo

      Develop your legs muscles. Do drills, ladder, shuttle running, box jumps, hopping bonding etc
      Don't just do running. Do overall development

      Aap schedule follow karo. Core area and drills pe kaam karo. technically kahan galat ja rahe ho woh thik karo. Run ko plan kar ke bhago

      Depends abhi aapka kya standard hai. 30 days main aap 30 to 40 sec close kar sakte ho apna time agar technique pe zoor do to..khali running se nahi hoga

      Go very sow on running. Do strength and weight training too to avoid stress on legs and joints.
      Try battle rope too for cardio workout.
      Eat less carbs and more proteins.
      Avoid fast food, no smoking and drinking alcohol.

      Core exercise running ke baad bhi kar sakte ho ya alternate time pe. Agar aap subha running kar rahe ho to yeh sham ko karo
