    For 800 meters what should be running plan for best timing?
    Should i go fast firstly or go slow ?

      800 meters is a difficult race. You do not have time to change the speed. Try run the best in first lap but save energy for second lap so that you donot slow down.

    Sir i love this video...this one is the most safe and speediest way of running...anybody can try this and we can also save much time in the event or practice.... As i said u all you technics works good and perfectly on me i hope this will also do so..       Yes, it is a good height. Choose 400 meters.

      develop light training with weights. Try do more repetitions with less weight.
      work on upper body and abs too

      I actually do squats with 25-30 kgs at 9-10 per rep and total 3 reps that's gonna help anyway?
      I find my thigh muscles stiff while running.

    Thanks for sharing such an informative video with us. I am a beginner ( just a week) and started running just for keeping myself fit and active. In past I use to have back ache issue ( not severe) which is almost fine now as I do exercise everyday. Can you please guide how to run correctly so that I do not get any back ache issue because of running ?

      You are not taking various components such as gravity vector etc into account.

    Sir ,is video mein aap ne bataya ki par ko centre of gravity se Piche Rakhna hai . Yeh Baat Samajh Mein nhi aa Rhe hay. Sir please explain and make video on this problem please sir.

      No.
      Aap ka feet Centre of Gravity ke neeche padna chahiye, peeche nahi. Usme aapka area of contact best milegha. So force transfer will be best.
      However, if your feet is falling behind Center of Gravity, it is not as bad as heel strike.

    sir my height is 5.8 and weight is 64 kg.. i run alternately 4 days and 2 days i go to gym.... i started run last year. and i passed Army interview in this year January but in the medical test I'm rejected because i have varicose vein in my right leg.
    Sir now my problem is .. where i used to run that field is fullfil by water because of raining season... so I run in highway.
    after i complete my run my upper shin bone hurt a lot.. i can't do leg workout in gym from last 1 month. sir please solve this problem. i can't leave running at any cost.
    I'm preparing for next physical interviews.

      How are u feeling now.
      any pain?
      what does the doctor says?
      do not start running straight.
      start to walk first and then do strength and flexibility exercises especially around injured part.
      then start very very slow jog and develop it from there

    Sir muje 3months se it band ki problem. Ho gyi hai,,, ghutne ke bahar ke side pain hota hai,, mene bahot rest kiya jab bhi running g karne jata hu pain fir se aa jata hai,,,, muje kaha gya ki me apne glutes ko engage nahi kar raha hu running me ,, mera hip jo hai vo drop ho raha hai running g kya aap ispe kuch video bana sakte hai ya koi advise ki kaise isko correct karu

    Sir im 5'9 at 79kg but fat percentage at 10% i was a powerlifter earlier so im muscular already but now i want to prepare for athletics 400m sir pls tell should i reduce my weight would it increase my speed or should i train with this weight only although im losing muscular strength the day i have increased my running earlier i used to squat 230kg now its around 200 but thats no issue pls guide me how to prevail my further training. Reply will be appreciated im 24yo

      First see the training schedule.
      You have to do planned training
      Time depends on your current physical standard. Kids have reached 5 min in a month to in a year. So it depends on your body, your discipline and training

      Football is different than running. There you have to carry a ball. generally people do toe running only in that. However for better grip, you need flat foot on ground

      Running se pehle acha warmup karna hai aur stretching bhi.Aap running ke baad Ice lagaya karo.
      Training khatam hone ke baad compression clothing pehno 2 to 3 hours.
      Rest ache se karo.
      Running din main eek baar karo.
      Koi ache schedule follow karo

    Sir mujhe 800 meter 2.40 minute m karna hai but main 400 meter 1.40 pe hi mar pata hu aur thakne k karan rukna padta hai.
    400 meter k pahle 3 round marta hu.
    To sir 800 meter kaise hoga....Kuch suggest kare..

    Sir Exam ki physical test hone ke baad...normal days mai daily kitni runing karni chiye... jo ki muje agle exam ke liye prepare ho saku(100m ,1600m ,5km)..

    sir mei running Toe mei krta hu and running krne ke mere shin or ankle mei kafi pain ho rha hai jbki mujhe 1 month se jada ho chuka hai 3 km running krte hua kya ye mere foot movement ki vjha se ho rha hai ya koi aur reason hai plzz sir help me out. n sir apne acha samjhaya bt fir bhi abhi mujhe clear ni ho pa rha ki shi posture kya hona chahiye

      Aap mera video dhyan se dekho.
      Agar aap ka toe aapke aage land karta hai to galat hai. Warna bahut acha hai.
      Shayad aap sift running karte ho. Training schedule follow karo. Muscle develop hoga to hi daard jayega and power, speed and endurance badega.
      Natural running hi sahi hai. Bus itna try karo ki zabardasti apna step nahi badana hai. Natural step ki length pe bhagna hai

      Is prblem ka jawab mere video main hai. Toe running is good. Step chota hona koi problem ki baat nahi hai. Aap ke legs main power kaam lag raha hai! Aur aap apne leg change speed pe concentrate karo. Step se koi problem nahi hai

      Haar running main legs Centre of gravity ki neeche hi hona chahiye.
      Hill running ka purpose alag hota hai. Usse strength aata hai. Woh karna ache hai. per wahan pe steps ki correction nahi karo. Waha pe strength pe dhyan do

    sir mei 1600 meter running krta hu magar mera time lagta hai 6 min. ye time kam nahi ho rha bahut koshish ki. aap mujhe btao kaise running karni chahiye jis se mera time kam lage.

      Aap apn lap time lo. Pehla lap slow and last lap fastest hona chahiye. log galti karte hain jab start fast karte hain. Hamesha end fast karna hai.
      Last lap main upper body ka use zaida karo.
      Lap turn pe andar walla shoulder thoda dip karna hai.
      Nutrition and supplements ka video aaj upload ho jayega. woh bhi dekho

    Sir I need to run 5km in 25minutes for my exam...In my last 5 run, I ran that distance in 24:20 minutes, when I ran today, my time came 24:49 minutes...so I'm bit tensed right now about my increase in timing..my goal is to ran 5km in 23 mins...so how can I decrease my timing???

      Do not worry. Start enjopying running. If you remain tense, it will not help.
      Also do not do too much running. You will tire your muscles

    Sir Abhi meri 800m running timing 3:15 aa rahi hai aur mjhe 20 din ke andar 2:40 timing Lana hai Lekin mere ghutane me bahut Dard hota hai 1 Feb Ko mera physical hai ...plz kuch btaye sir .

    Sir mujhe 10 km running tips bataiye ki jisse main 30 minutes k pahle pura kar saku. Abhi mera jo speed hai 10 km 37 minutes

      Do not do too much running.
      do variation training with short distance, strength, drills, exercises, flexibility etc
      eat and rest well
