ap ne buhuth achi video banae hai but i will add some more info dont mind cox i am experiamcing this pain since 10 years. the first reason is when u start any activities sports runing dance etc u should compltly warmup ur body. second yeh majority os logo me hotha hai jis ka weight ziyada ho. third u should avoid eating spinach meat mutton pulses beans salt etc. and after any excercise or sports u should cool down ur body by some therapies and stretching. i dont have youtube chanel othr wise i would ha e shown. thanks to all
