    Mishra ji Shin pain ko define kaise karenge ki ye pain ho raha hai ya problem hone wali hai...
    mai meri bat karoon to sometimes I used to feel very light pain in this area but not in muscles. I feel that pain comes from the bone. But as I said it is very light. Now I do not feel much pain but if press the bone with my fingers I experience that pain otherwise not.
    Also, aap ki before running jo warmup karna chahiye wo wali video maine dekhi hai bahut shandar hai lekin after running kya kare....
    at this time I do few hundred meter walk and then some stretching of legs but nothing more than that.
    agar ho ske to please ek video banaaiye after running exercise ke liye

    ap ne buhuth achi video banae hai but i will add some more info dont mind cox i am experiamcing this pain since 10 years. the first reason is when u start any activities sports runing dance etc u should compltly warmup ur body. second yeh majority os logo me hotha hai jis ka weight ziyada ho. third u should avoid eating spinach meat mutton pulses beans salt etc. and after any excercise or sports u should cool down ur body by some therapies and stretching. i dont have youtube chanel othr wise i would ha e shown. thanks to all
