    Sir while running I feel shinbone pains on both legs mostly on left leg. Iam stretching and even warmuping . Some days this shinbone pain is increasing and some times it's decreasing. It's never pain free. It's been 1 month since I started running again. I take a day of rest for every 3 days or 4 days cause of shin bone pain. After rest pain is reduced and again 2 days later the pain comes. Any advice

      Apply ice after running daily no matter you have pain or not.
      Do stretching of shin, ankle and hamstring. Move all your joints well before you start running. Spend 20 min on these.
      Eat calcium supplements

    Sir 5 Feb 2018 is my running text. I have pain in left leg pelvic mussels I got xray but it is normal. Plz suggest some stretch exercise so I can run. I take painkiller as suggested ortho. Plz reply

    Sir please mujhe ek baat pooch ni thi. Me like 15 mins warmup aur stretching ke baad bhi khula khula feel nahi kerta. To properly kiya kerna hai race se pehle wo bata di jiye. Aur proper stretching exercises bhi bata di jiye. Jo race se pehle kerni hoti hai. Over all race ke liye ready kaise hona hai wo bata di jiye.

      aap mera stepping wala video dekho. Agar step thik hai to aapko step small ya long ka try nahi karna hai.
      saans fulne ke liye breathing walla video dekho.
      Time close overall development se hoga. Aapko technique, strength, core area, diet, rest and planning se kaam karna hoga

      Do not run in pain.
      Pehle pain ko thik karo.
      Back pain ka eek common reason running posture hota hai.
      Running ke samay samne dekha karo neeche nahi aur shoulder back kar ke bhago.
      Muscle develop per bhi dhyan do

    Sir mai 1 saal se Army ki tayari kar raha hu mera 1600 meters ka time 5:05 5:10 aa raha hai abhi ..
    Sir mai long running karta hu tho dard lag bhag kam hota hai jese 3km 5km 4 ke pace se ..but sir ager mai Thoda bhi Speed karta hu jese timeing lagata hu .. Or 1km 800 m 400m karta hu tho bahut dard hota hai ..
    Or sir 100m 200m ki tho 1-2 hi stike lagata hu ki marne jesi lalat ho jaati hai ..

    Hum srif durte hai.. 1700 mtr run lagaye aur ghar wapis. kuch din mai Hat, per,ghutne mai dard hona chalu ho jata hai.. .Aise kavi Strength nehi bar paya mera... Sas ful jata hai jaldi.. lekin apse Sikha warmup , streching, rest, diating kitna jaruri hai..

      Height is in genes. Just eat healthy diet, keep weight correct and eat all nutritions and mineral. Calcium supplements are good as generally bone density of indian kids is low.

      By working hard and follow a routine. Do not do only running. Do overall development. Aim for 50 minutes

      Daily is not recommended for anyone. But they must be doing few striding, good stretching etc.

      Professional level ke liye aapko routine follow karna chahiye under a couch.
      Diet, rest etc per bhi dhyan do.
      Technique sabse zaida important hai
