Sir while running I feel shinbone pains on both legs mostly on left leg. Iam stretching and even warmuping . Some days this shinbone pain is increasing and some times it's decreasing. It's never pain free. It's been 1 month since I started running again. I take a day of rest for every 3 days or 4 days cause of shin bone pain. After rest pain is reduced and again 2 days later the pain comes. Any advice
Apply ice after running daily no matter you have pain or not. Do stretching of shin, ankle and hamstring. Move all your joints well before you start running. Spend 20 min on these. Eat calcium supplements

Height is in genes. Just eat healthy diet, keep weight correct and eat all nutritions and mineral. Calcium supplements are good as generally bone density of indian kids is low.
