Sir , my my routine makes me run 5 to 6km daily and i often get injured, my running form is not that good while running my shoe make sound ,which is often notice by anyone running with me , how to improve my form and go for smooth running

Due to the Coronavirus; School is cancelled therefore so is Track Srason which means no practice. I will keep her training with thesr warm up drills and then do the basic runs that her Coach sends me to have her do. For some reason their Team doesn't do the bounding drills at all. pugele, with all due respect, heel strike is a no no in most running circles. Heel strike causes a braking effect to forward motion. Also ,it transmits the impact to the knees and hips . Landing on balls of the feet is the way to go.
These techniques are awesome. I know they will help with sprinting but I can't stop looking at this woman. She is the best looking woman I've ever seen.
Another excellent and imperfect sprint warm up: where is the isolated core warm up? Where is the isolated upper body warm up? Where are the arms (elbow and shoulder)? Where is the neck? Learn this: the human run is unique in the animal kingdom. Unless you are a chicken or another bird, your running is upper body force and lower body motion. If you can't generate the force effortlessly and without pain, you cannot maximize your lower body motion. Don't focus on just your lower body; you shortchange yourself.
Try placing weights on top of your feet and lifting them up with it balanced there and holding for a minute to five minutes. You'll get stronger very fast and be able to do a lot of stuff easy.

I train track and field since 1992. I'm now 61 and still sprint. Thank you for posting such excellent video.

Although her butt kicks she should focus on front side mechanics by bringing her knees up and her ankle overs she should keep her foot dorsiflexed
