Thank you! Running on carpet there is a lot less cleanup when you're done. But it looks so cool out on the dirt! 😁 Just a shame it's so hot right now! 🥵
Looks great and was a lot of fun! 👍 Clean up afterwards was a bit of a chore though! 😅 Good thing about indoor carpet - 5 seconds with the air compressor and you're all done. 😁
What a cool track! And the buggy definitely belongs out in the dirt, it is doing fine! Great video, it's quite similar to the official Kyosho promo videos, I must have watched the MP10e video more than 20 times by now, I love those!
Yeah, it was mostly due to poor setup on my part. Indoors it jumped very well. But out on the dirt the only batteries I had with me were some pre-charged nimh packs. They're much heavier than the lipo packs I usually run. To get a bit more ground clearance and stop the rear from sagging due the extra weight, I added a load of pre load on the rear springs. I'm pretty sure this was causing the rear to kick up on the jumps.
I don’t own a DB-01 so can’t comment with much authority on how they compare. But I don’t think I’d be wrong in saying the Kyosho would be more robust and better suited to harsher environments (dusty, sandy tracks) by virtue of being shaft driven. Also parts might be easier to source. I’ve heard DB-01 can be hard to find at times. On a track I’ve seen a highly modded DB-01 hold its own against modern high end machines.
That's a proper dirt track 😮 And the Lazer SB is right at it's place on this terrain 🤩 Great video 🤝

Excellent footage David!! Nothing better than a buggy sliding about on a dusty track 😎

Awesome dirt kicking action! Looks like a fun track to run on. The DirtCross certainly looks at home here.👍😊

It sure does look good kicking up the dirt! 😎 The tires did a lot better than I was expecting and it drove real nice. Very easy to power slide too. 😁
I watch your videos when my wallet is busy with other things. Really appreciate you taking the time to shoot edit and upload these
Thanks for your support! 👍
Yes now we’re talking! Awesome
It does look good out on the Dirt! 😎 Clean up when I finished running was a pain though - that dust got everywhere! 😅
@@KaiCityRC hahaha yeah cleaning is always a pain on a dusty dirty shakedown :)
Great video! I learned something today!
That’s a good looking buggy and the power slide at 1:32 was kinda epic. 👌
Thanks! It sure does look good power sliding and kicking up a dust storm on track! 😁
Very nice

Thanks! ☺️
Great track! How would this compare to the DB-01? I assume its more robust? ✌️
