Vigilante Shit for SURE (all of them!). Everything on Rep, too. Absolutely love that she was able to do 1989, Reputation, Folklore, all fantastic, all very different.
FUN FACT- she used to be made fun of for her “bad” dancing when she was younger so she took the hate seriously and made herself learn how to dance and become great at it! Just because of the haters 😢🎉❤
Not a Swifty, but I had heard there were comments about her not being able to dance, and that she set out to prove them wrong. Swifty, or not, gotta respect that.
Taylor was one who is going to make sure people cannot laugh at her again and to improve herself.
But, what many don't understand is she was never a dancer. She is a songwriter and musician. She never had lessons. But, today it is almost required of female artists even if they are not dancers.

This was part of her album "Reputation." The album is more industrial/hiphop/pop/EDM type of music.
Check her song "Ready for it." It is also part of this album, she is even rapping in that one
If you like this style of Taylor i highly recommend you checking out more from this era. This was the first single launching her reputation era which was a huge success despite her taking on more edgier lyrics and production. As someone mentioned this song was a respone to some drama between her and Kimye.

If all you've ever heard from Taylor are her radio hits, you're missing out for sure. She has such a diverse catalog of music that most people have never been exposed to. Definitely recommend the rest of this album ('Reputation').
I wasn't a Swiftie until she dropped 'Midnights' last year and I thought to myself, "maybe I should give her a chance," and after hearing that album, I dug into her back catalog and I'm absolutely smitten. Nowadays I can't get through the day without a bunch of her hooks running through my head.
She really is remarkable.
I say this all the time to people who only judge Taylor based on what was played on the radio, I say go check out all her songs and get a taste of who Taylor really is. Odds are the ones that weren't played on the radio become some of your favorites, I know for me listening to each album, I can pick out some of the underrated songs and they happen to be my favorite, but I love all the songs, I think the way she writes is brillant. the way she puts things together is so impressive.
You should listen to her song “Don’t Blame Me”. It really changed my mind on Taylor Swift - in fact the whole reputation album changed my mind. Lots of trap production and Future 😅
Reputation was her closer to hip hop album, but honestly, trying to pin down her style is not easy. Some of her earlier music was definitely country. And she is the pop goddess. But she can basically do what she wants to at this point and it's so much fun!

Honestly. I am no Swiftie but, I like some of her stuff and enjoy her humor. I really get tired of people always downing this lady. She is an artist. She songwriter. She sings and plays instruments. She is said to be a very nice person and helps many in need for no reason. She is a good person.

In all honesty, I was never crazy about her oldest stuff, but she became a better singer. Now I understand she doesn't claim to be a good singer. She's a songwriter, a storyteller. Plus, her voice has gotten better, and I realize now she just has her own style.

Imo her Reputation album is one of the best albums she has made (even tho I throughly enjoy all of them). The Reputation Tour is iconic as well, I wasn’t a Swiftie at the time and damnit I regret as now I wish I got to see it in person and highly recommend checking it out! Currently waiting on Taylor’s Version of the album and omg I cannot wait!
Btw if you don’t know she’s rerecording all her albums that are still property of her old label that refused to give her the rights to them as well as added a few extra songs that didn’t make the original cut so if you see anything that says TV at the end it means that’s her song that she owes and not the label.

Oh. This video was meticulously thought out. It has hidden Easter eggs all throughout. It’s basically a clap back to Kanye West and Kim K …. With the car crash scene being about Katy Perry. U really gotta understand those needs to appreciate it. Also, this was her first single after she disappeared for a year. She begins in the dress she wore in her last video (before she disappeared) and is seen being buried in the dress she wore at her last public event (MET GALA)

They’re generally really technically interesting, and you get a small glimpse of who Taylor is as a person… which might make some of her stans make more sense. 😉

I too have just got on the Tay Tay Train after hearing some of her more recent stuff, she's matured and all the crap she's been through with K& K and having to re record her album has made her grow into a strong woman. I love how Taylor uses all the crap people and media say about her to make fun of herself or use it in her video and cash in on it.
