Yeah, well...the 16 year old music was from a 16 year old....she' 's 34 now....and she's been treated really badly by alot of nasty boys/men, along with a lot of mean people trying to pull her down....and her music has evolved ....her songs covers a lot of tastes today...she has a huge fan base of all ages....in her concerts in the audience you seen mothers and grandmaother with their kids...and even fathers with their daughters enjoying... none of her videos are cheap....they're very creative and involved.
The song My Tears Ricochet (Long Pond version is superior IMO) is not this kind of music BUT the lyrics in it are completely brutal and I think you'd greatly appreciate. It's about the first label she signed with, how they owned her master recordings, didn't let her buy them, and sold them to her 'enemy' after a falling-out. 'If I'm dead to you, why are you at the wake?' A ballad, but one about revenge after heartwrenching betrayal.

The song My Tears Ricochet (Long Pond version is superior IMO) is not this kind of music BUT the lyrics in it are completely brutal and I think you'd greatly appreciate. It's about the first label she signed with, how they owned her master recordings, didn't let her buy them, and sold them to her 'enemy' after a falling-out. 'If I'm dead to you, why are you at the wake?' A ballad, but one about revenge after heartwrenching betrayal.

Taylor has played around with rapping a few times. I don't know if she intends it to be rap or not though. She does stuff like this in other songs too.
