I love that she decided to write a song trolling the crazy cereal dater persona that the tabloids were writing about her, and rode it to billboard charts and billions of views. Nobody writes or performs out a spite quite like Taylor Swift. Absolute legend.

The reason why this song is so exaggerated is because of the press. That’s who she wrote this song for, because they always made her seem like a serial date and a psycho. Meaning that there’s something wrong with her which is why she couldn’t keep a man. That’s why this video is so great. She’s so great at taking other peoples narrative about her life and riding about it and turning it around. Like she did with the song about Kanye and the songs about scooter, etc..
